What actions did you do before options were reset? Did you change theme folder name or switched between themes or reset options?
You can do the backup of theme options using Theme Options > Import/Export > download the export file. You’ll be able to import it to get options back once you reset it.

Search element that you used on that page is the Elementor – Header, Footer & Blocks plugin element, not XStore theme element. Unfortunately, it does not have option to search by brands, or show the categories select, or show the search results like products grid and we can do nothing with that because we can’t edit that plugin, we are not developers of that plugin. You may contact the plugin author to ask them to improve the search element and add the mentioned features for that if it searches the products.

We have only search form in header and it searches by product name, description, SKU and allows to enable product categories select to search in that category. We don’t have search by brand. We have only filter by brand widget that works on the shop archive pages.

I updated theme and checked the shop page and don’t see problem with the shop page footer https://prnt.sc/xni7hm

2) You never can edit the shop page using Elementor because it’s archive page, the same as the Blog page. You can edit only simple pages, Static Blocks, posts, products description using Elementor. All the available settings for the Shop page you can find in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop, Shop elements.

You can edit archive page using Elementor Pro only. But it’s paid plugin.

3) Single product page displays image that you set in the Theme Options > WooCommerce > Product Images > Main Image Width > set 400px for example. At the same time Thumbnail Width set 300px. Also add the below code to Theme Options > Custom CSS

5) Shipping settings are WooCommerce plugin settings. We don’t have options to manage them. So, check the WooCommerce plugin documentation to set it up or contact WooCommerce plugin support https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-shipping-zones/

6) Go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop elementor > Sale and Out of stock > enable Percentage discount option.

Update theme to the latest version (7.2.4) and XStore core plugin to 3.2.4. It includes Ajax add to cart for the variable products. It will open the mini cart after adding products to the cart using Ajax. The current version uses default adding to cart.
