The user that you provided does not have access to your backend. Change permissions for the user to allow us to check the settings and enable plugin to test.
WordPress does not allow uploading SVG files by default, that’s why use SVG support plugin to be able to upload SVG images to your media.
WPBakery and Massive addons have only these elements. So, try to look for additional plugins for the WPBakery that have element that will suit your needs or submit additional customization request here to get help with the development of such option for you.

I supose issue with breadcrumbs caused by third-party plugins that you use because it includes additional classes and changed HTML structure. I added custom code to fix the issue. Check now.

I checked yout site and see that problem appears only if Page Optimize plugin is enabled. That plugin breaks the page HTML structure.
I disabled Page Optimize plugin and site works ok with Redux.
Did you add alt text for your brand images in the image settings?

We’ll fix issue with the mobile version of my account in the next theme update. To fix it before the update download this archive https://dropmefiles.com/Lltmf and place files from this archive to wp-content/themes/xstore with overwriting.
2) If you want to disable that description you can do this from Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout > Shop Page Banner Position > choose disable.

Do you get other results if you use the default WooCommerce Filter by price widget and Storefront theme? Could you, please, check and provide us with screenshot of the search results with the Storefront theme?
Try to deactivate and activate theme using your purchase code and then IMPORTANT! go to Dashboard > Updates > click Check again link https://prnt.sc/yygl09 to flush the activation cache. Only after that you may try to update theme and you should not face any issues.

Hello,
1) If the search by products is enabled in the Theme Options > Header builder > Search then our theme uses the shop archive page as the search results page no matter if products found or not, that’s why shop appears in the breadcrumbs. You can hide it using custom CSS below
If you use third-party plugins for the Ajax filtering and there plugins come with Ajax option you won’t lose it. When you disable the Ajax Product Filters option in theme settings you disable the built-in functionality but it does not affect the third-party plugins.

Problem caused by Post Types Order plugin. Once plugin is disabled widget works fine. It looks that they overwrite queries. Contact plugin author to fix the issue to avoid affections of the products widget displaying.

You can’t use theme for both sites if you don’t have the license for both of them. So, if you don’t want to use our theme for the sweetstore project then remove theme from that site.
