dear please check website is very slow and i am giving you the ftp access and wp dashboard access in private content area. Kindly please check and make it solve for me.

it s very slow and my client is shouting on me now… becuase his clients are not coming back on website.

here is the reply below and i also use WPcache but it won’t work well. Can you please look into this. I search the forum and there is a lot of compaints about slow loading website.

CDN is unrelated to the response time of your VPS server, here is an example – https://prnt.sc/1065pk0, when you open the hostname of your VPS the response time IS the most accurate one.

Regarding the caching, yes, you can try with “WP Fastest Cache”, we recommend it to all of our customers and we hear only good reviews about them.

We did everything we could from our side, sorry. We don’t have more options to optimize theme at this moment. But site speed depends not just on theme. You may submit personal optimization request to WPKraken team, I think they will be able to help you with other components of the site speed to make it faster.

still have same issue. Kindly look into this. i am totally fedup and my client is now angry and he is cancelling the project due to your theme issue.

can you please look into this urgently. It is your responsibility to see the speed issue in your theme.
