Redux error causing white screen on wordpress

I just purchased the Royal theme, and am attempting to set up a website using the cleopatra design. If I have the Redux plug in activated I am unable to preview the site to make changes as it has an error and just gives me a white screen. With it deactivated products pages are broken, as well as the floating top banner which includes the shopping cart is missing. The top cycling banner with the seasonal links is missing images and other content as well. I would like to get it working again please. Here is the error code wordpress tech support provided me:

Hello,

I checked yout site and see that problem appears only if Page Optimize plugin is enabled. That plugin breaks the page HTML structure.
I disabled Page Optimize plugin and site works ok with Redux.
