I’ve uploaded the theme to your site. Follow this video – https://youtu.be/4n1re0jKorc and import demo content, or let us know what demo version do you want to get and we will import it for you.
Before the import, I would recommend you to check plugins that are activated on your site and disable unrequired, because every additional plugin slows down the site a bit.

Could you, please, explain your actions step by step to reproduce the mentioned error?
Do you plan to use Header and Footer for Elementor plugin to create Header/Footer instead of the built-in theme options for this?
Did you watch video tutorial on how to create Header https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLMqMSqDgPNmDu3kYqh-SAsfUqutW3ohlG and edit footer https://youtu.be/gY-x4m47Duo but use Elementor instead of WPBakery page builder.

Hello,

If you plan to use built-in header builder then go to Plugins > disable Header and Footer builder for the Elementor. After that go to Theme Options again.
