Gallery photos and image for produtcs are not showing

Gallery photos and image for produtcs are not showing. this is very urgent. I need the site ready for monday, 15 of march.

Hello,

Go to Theme Options > Speed optimization > Images display > choose Default and check the single product page after that. If it does not help then provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check the issue in more detail.

The problem is sovled partial, because the product gallery appears but the pictures now are pixelated than before and the related products section shows only one product instead of 4…

Provide us with FTP access to your site to check the issue in more detail.

P.S. You use Cloudflare CDN. So, log in to your account https://gyazo.com/87075df9805efd75909f274cc96e4431 to allow us to clear the CDN cache after changes to apply them.

1) We can’t connect to your server https://prnt.sc/10j0o6a
2) We don’t need access to your Cloudflare, just go to Settings > Cloudflare > click Sign in here link and login using Email and Global API Key Or API Token

Our developers are out of the office today. So, provide correct FTP access and developers will be able to start tomorrow. Sorry for this delay.
