I have been using this template for 6 years and I have an issue with the website. To begin with I have all the plugins updated. When I add a new product the page open normally then I try to ad a heading or change a heading from Heading 1 to heading 2 and the website clashes. on top of that doe snot let me write short descriptions and once the product is saved and you go and check the description goes missin.

Can you help me to fix it

    Hello,

I checked your site and don’t see any problem with product creation. Here is test product that we created https://gemsandgold.com.au/product/test/
Could you, please, provide us with video of the issue?

    Regards

    Hello,

    You are welcome!
You used our of date versions of the Master slider and Essential grid plugins that caused js errors https://prnt.sc/10ir8r5
I found that you don’t use the Master slider, so just removed that and updated EG plugin.
    Check your product now.

    Regards
