Hello,

Try to contact your hosting provider and ask to reduce the server response time. If you use our theme you get more information about product than with the default theme, so server response time is an important moment in this case. We don’t have more options at this moment to speed up these requests from theme side unfortunately.

We don’t have more theme options for this. So, try to improve the server settings to speed up the site.
2) Styles of the Media are not related to theme update because it displays the same way even with the default Storefront theme https://gyazo.com/2547abcee9d631874a197eab7d08bd5e
So, it’s related to FileBird plugin styles. If you prefer the default media library then disable FileBird plugin.

Within 1-2 months. We have only one out of date file legenda/woocommerce/content-product_cat.php and it does not cause any compatibility issues, so if WooCommerce update is important for you you can proceed.

It’s Redux plugin error related to PHP version.
Open wp-content/plugins/redux-framework/redux-core/inc/classes/class-redux-functions-ex.php file, find

$data['parent_slug'] = end( explode( '/', end( $theme_paths ) ) ); $data['parent_slug'] = end( explode( '/', end( $theme_paths ) ) );

and replace with

$data['parent_slug'] = end( $theme_paths ); $data['parent_slug'] = explode( '/', $data['parent_slug'] ); $data['parent_slug'] = end( $data['parent_slug'] );

Hello,

You use 7 sliders on the page. Every additional slider slows down the page speed and causes an additional delay in the loading of the sliders. Why do you create new slider for the mobile device if you can change the position of the layers, font-size for the mobile devices using slider settings? For example, I have edited the first slider and mobile version of the first slide https://prnt.sc/10ser1g As you can see you can achieve good visual results without using the separate slider for the mobile version.
Why do you use slider to show simple title? https://prnt.sc/10segij
Use the heading element https://prnt.sc/10sezn7 instead.

Your page size is very large because of the images that you use https://prnt.sc/10sckjh So, optimize image and try to reduce the page size to 2Mb at least. You can try https://tinypng.com/ service. Also, don’t use png images if your image does not require transparent bg because it’s much larger than jpg, for example compare results of one of the logos that you have https://prnt.sc/10scogq or slide image https://prnt.sc/10sct0b

The theme is not fully compatible with PHP 8 at this moment. We plan to add compatibility with PHP 8 in the nearest future, follow our changelog. Till that happened use PHP 7.4

Theme support is able to help you with Theme options and errors that are related to our theme files. Issues related to server settings are outside the scope of our support, unfortunately. So, ask them to check the server error logs and tell you the reason of the errors there and fix the issues related to server settings and limits.

There is no such option, unfortunately. But add the below code to Theme Options > Custom CSS to fix the logo for mobile

1) Try frontend editor now, please. Also, you can use backend editor.
2) You just did not enable WPBakery for the static blocks https://prnt.sc/10pxgyy I have enabled it for the Static Block and don’t see the issue.
