Static Blocks supports both https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/support/static-blocks/
But if Static block was created using WPBakery paeg builder then edit it using WPBakery. If it was created using Elementor then edit it using Elementor. Just don’t try to edit the block created using WPBakery with the Elementor because you get the errors.

Hello,
WooCommerce My Account page displays forms in 2 columns on the desktop https://clinica-shop.com/my-account/ and 1 column below another on mobile. Unfortunately, there is no option to display it like tabs on the mobile device.
Header Account icon displays login and register forms in tabs for both desktop and mobile.
Contact chat plugin author to find out if they have option to change the position of it because I see that chat use inline styles to position it.

Because your home page, for example, looks ok for me. Besides, Elementor saves styles to separate .css file after page update, so you need to clear the plugin and browser caches to check changes. In other case you’ll see old cached version of file without your changes.

You can’t mix Elementor and WPBakery page builders on the same page or static block. They just won’t work ok. If you like the design of the Elementor sections but WPBakery page builder is your main page builder then try to recreate the design of the Elementor sections using WPBakery elements, don’t mix builders.
Are you using third-party plugin (ultimate-carousel-for-visual-composer) to add that carousel? I see that font is missing in the plugin files https://prnt.sc/12j8oog So, contact plugin author.

Probably you added a lot of conditions and every condition for every header you have increases the body size. So, reduce the number of the conditions/headers. We can do nothing with its size.
