Wp-admin redirects to my-account page - by taimoorshafiq

Hi, After importing the demo of xtore, I was working on the demo to customize the theme but suddenly my wp-admin page keeps redirecting to /my-account page and I am unable to see or login my dashboard of /wp-admin.
what is the issue, any help please,

Hello,

It looks the user that you provided does not have administrator permissions. Provide us with user who has admin user permissions.

I have provided the admin user and already using the same user to access the wp-admin and to customize the theme,

Hello,

This user does not have admin permissions, we can’t check themes or plugins for example https://prnt.sc/12j7jw0
And this is the reason why you are redirected to my account page, because user does not have permission to check the backend.

I have only one admin user which I shared with you, I was working fine with this user from start like installing the wordpress, plugins etc, anyhow how to resolve this issue, or how can I give the admin permission to this user now,

Just a note – I had a similar issue when I used Facebook login and my login was the same as wp admin login. Not sure if that helps.

Hello,

I see that you installed a number of third-party plugins. Maybe one of them caused the issue. You can change the user role via Database https://tutes.in/how-to-change-wordpress-user-roles-using-mysql-database/
