    1) You built the site using the commercial version of WordPress. This version has its own built-in portfolio option https://wordpress.com/support/portfolios/
    If you don’t want to use this then disable using the WordPress setting.

    We don’t have such option but you can add the below custom to Theme Options > Custom CSS to implement this

    Hello,
    WPBakery plugin styles and scripts make the section full width. So, if these styles and scripts are still loading you see the boxed layout. We can’t speed up the process from the theme side. You can just enable the site loader to show the site once the page is fully loaded (Theme Options > General > site loader).

    We’ll fix it in the next theme update. Our developers will send me a fixed rtl.css file within a day and I’ll inform you once I fix the issue with the styles on your site to allow you to check. Feel free to report if you find any other RTL issues.

    We have fixed the multiple templates issue on the production site. Please, don’t use shortcodes in the HTML areas https://prnt.sc/15plofl because it generates additional slashes in DB.
    We downgraded the theme version on the production and you could use a single builder and other options. We are looking for the reason of the spinning of theme options on the staging with the new version.

    Could you, please, provide us with server error logs of the staging site? Because if we visit theme options we don’t see any errors in the console and don’t understand why options do not display without error logs.

    Hello,

    Provide us with link to the page where you want to change the font size and screenshot of the text that you want to do this for. We don’t have the option to change the font size completely for all the texts on the site because many elements have their personal styles (product titles, some headings etc) and do not inherit the body font size.

    We use the default WooCommerce plugin functions for this. We don’t have a billing form in our theme. Did you try the WooCommerce checkout manager plugin to change the billing details on the Checkout page?

    Hello,

    The mentioned fields are not the XStore theme or XStore core plugin texts. Do they appear if you enable the Mobile Verification plugin? In this case, you need to contact the plugin author to find out how to translate these strings. We are responsible only for theme and core plugin strings.

    Hello,

    You are welcome. Unfortunately, we don’t have a solution for this issue at this moment. So, you can either disable the sticky section or switch to a built-in layout instead of the single product builder. The built-in layout does not have such an issue with the sticky description but the single product builder has.
    We are trying to find a solution but recalculation of the sticky section height(taking into account that any section in builder could be set as sticky) if something changes inside is the problem. Can’t tell you when we’ll find the solution for this.

    Hello,

    It’s because of the CloudFlare CDN that you use https://www.cloudflare.com/en-gb/
    Could you temporarily disable it for your site during the development process and turn it on once you finish with the style changes? Or disable caching in the account setting.
    In another case all the CSS and JS files are cached with CDN and you won’t see changes to the clearing of the CDN cache.

    1) Choose the necessary font in Theme Options > Typography.
    2) Choose the necessary font in Elementor global settings.
    3) Edit elements and element typography if the font was set manually in the element settings.

    1) If you don’t have gallery images for the variable products then just disable option (Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product builder > Variation gallery > off).

    2) Elementor > Settings > Experiments > don’t enable these options https://gyazo.com/05f74b2d6e4a29d90c73965e7dde3b43 because they are in Alfa/Beta mode and cause js errors on the site.

    Hello,

    Go to Appearance > Widgets > add the currency switcher widget to the Left top bar widget area for example. After that go to Theme Options > Header builder > edit the Widgets element and choose this area for Widget 2.
    Or provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site to help you with this.
