Hi there,

I’m experiencing some strange behavior from the quantity selector on the single product page and the custom tab titles.

1. Quantity selector not working on product single page
2. Custom tab from Customiser not working

Hello,

Thank you for the video. Nice voice 🙂

1) Issue was related to js error caused by this option of the Elementor plugin https://prnt.sc/15ept4x Once we set it to Default instead of Active Q-ty works fine. Once option is enabled there are js errors in the console. This is the test version of the option (Alpha), so keep it disabled, please.

2) Provide us with FTP access to your site to check the issue in more detail.

Hello,

You are welcome. Unfortunately, we don’t have a solution for this issue at this moment. So, you can either disable the sticky section or switch to a built-in layout instead of the single product builder. The built-in layout does not have such an issue with the sticky description but the single product builder has.
We are trying to find a solution but recalculation of the sticky section height(taking into account that any section in builder could be set as sticky) if something changes inside is the problem. Can’t tell you when we’ll find the solution for this.
