I can’t use the theme - by Pedro Zacchi

    Hi! Unfortunately, the theme was incompatible with my WordPress. Some simples modifications I make are not processed. I reaaly tried to use the theme, but I couldn’t. I uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared the browser cache, followed all the support tips, but it didn’t work. As I have practically not used the product, is it possible to reimburse the amount spent? Thanks.

    Could you, please, explain in more detail what exactly can’t you change?

    Basically, any changes I make, the theme doesn’t process. For example, changing a color on “customize” or changing a slide background.
    I took the test on different devices. In each of them, the change is processed differently. In some, the slide is ok, but the color of another element is not. They seem to be out of sync.
    I have entered my wordpress admin data in Private content area…

    Hello,

    I see the yellow color for the slider and it works. If I change the bg color for the header top it also works https://gyazo.com/f4b574f2bd68a7ae8ba922b43e81cd92
    So, you just need to change things you need and publish your changes.

    Hello,

    Our theme saves styles to .css file. Chrome caches the styles files and images. So, install https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/clear-cache/cppjkneekbjaeellbfkmgnhonkkjfpdn to clear cache and check the page after cache clearing.

    I installed the plugin, but the error remains. Changes are not processed. Do you indicate any specific browser to work with XStore? I’m from Brazil.

    P.S. Disable Cloudflare CDN https://prnt.sc/15mw7pp while you developing the site because it also caches styles and scripts.

    I did these steps, but it still doesn’t work 🙁

    It’s weird, because I accessed it through other devices, and some changes seem to be processed on different devices. It’s as if the website appears different to each person who accesses it.

    Hello,

    It’s because of the CloudFlare CDN that you use https://www.cloudflare.com/en-gb/
    Could you temporarily disable it for your site during the development process and turn it on once you finish with the style changes? Or disable caching in the account setting.
    In another case all the CSS and JS files are cached with CDN and you won’t see changes to the clearing of the CDN cache.
