Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site. Probably you changed more files and they require additional code from the latest version of the theme to display navigation correctly.

No, it’s not part of the XStore core plugin. All the files related to the core plugin you can find in wp-content/plugins/et-core-plugin.
wp-admin is the core directory of WordPress but it does not have such file by default as I know. You can download the WordPress archive extract and check.

Our theme is not the reason of the issue because it happens even with the default theme! If their support had try to enable the default theme they saw this, so I don’t understand why they blame our theme, it’s ridiculous. Hight level support of the Elementpor plugin ? .
Anyway, I found that issue appears if Load Files asynchronously option is enabled in Rev slider options https://prnt.sc/1erh3ce Probaly Elementor does not support Async loading of Files. So, keep this option disabled and tell about that to Elementor support because the Revolution slider is one of the most popular sliders for the WP and it’s good to be compatible with that.

I don’t remove anything. I would recommend you to copy only those files to woocommerce folder that you really changed, not all the files. After that compare the edited files with the parent theme files and add the changes that we made in the parent theme to your child theme files.
These issues are related to WP 5.8. Downgrade WP to version 5.7.2. Theme does not support WP 5.8 at this moment. We are working on new theme update that will support WP 5.8.
