    Hello,

    Do you use cache plugin? Probably it caches desktop version for the mobile devices. Either enable separate cache for the mobile devices in cache plugin settings or go to Theme Options > General > disable Mobile header optimization option. Clear cache and check after that.

    Hello,

    Header builder allows you just to choose location on your menu by drag&drop the Menu/Secondary menu elements and choose what menu to show from the list of menus that you created in the menu element settings. Did you watch the video on how to create header using header builder?

    If you need to edit menu list itself you need to do this from Appearance > Menus.

    Does plugin that you use require any special settings like menu location?

    Provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site for better understanding settings of your plugin.

    1) We don’t have such element in our theme and unfortunately we did not look for plugins to suggest you.

    2) Could you, please, provide us with video of the issue for better understanding of the editor issue? Do you try to add portfolio shortcode or how do you try to add portfolio? Explain in more detail, please.

    1) Could you please provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site and email/pass of the user that shows error during login process?

    2) User session depends on WooCommerce plugin. Install and enable default Storefront theme and check this process. Do you have the same issue with session? Then contact WooCommerce support with this question.

}

    If you want to set grid only you can do this in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout > Products View Mode.

    We don’t have iPhone 6, only newer versions of the iPhone, so we used BrowserStack to test with iPhone 6 and it does not display issues with the mobile menu https://gyazo.com/8fc5c15092d6f4495472ed6657862618

    Do you have the issue with the menu with other versions of the iPhone? Did you try on other devices? Provide us with video of the issue for better understanding.

    Our theme uses header builder and you don’t need to choose menu location from Appearance > Menus but you need to choose that in Theme Options > Header builder.     I have reuploaded the source theme files from ThemeForest but you need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to scan whole the WP installation and DB for the third-party malware code.

    Probably your plugin uses some of the default WooCommerce hooks that are replaced if you use the single product builder.
    Ask plugin authors what function do they use to display points?
    Use XStore hook in child theme functions.php, for example etheme_woocommerce_template_single_add_to_cart to show it before or after the add to cart form, for example:
    add_action('etheme_woocommerce_template_single_add_to_cart', 'custom_function_name', 5);

    3) Do you use third-party plugin for the tracking? Does this plugin send email? Contact plugin author to get help with this then. Because our theme does not have tracking emails by default.

    Because AMP uses minimal code for quick loading, it can’t include all the elements on a fully functioning webpage, such as certain widgets, embedded content, or pages created using page builders (Elementor/WPBakery).

Also, don’t use images larger than it’s needed. For example, your logo in footer is 3000 × 2100px when block, where you use it, is just 165×115 https://prnt.sc/1vufvsk
    So, why do you use the huge image for that block? And so on.

    2) Reduce the number of scripts on your site https://prnt.sc/1vuf41t It means that you need to check the list of plugins that you use and disable plugins that you don’t need. For example, do you plan to use newsletters on your site? If not then disable the Mailchimp plugin because the plugin script loads a lot https://prnt.sc/1vugmbv etc.

    3) Use JS and CSS modification, it speeds up the site speed as a rule (but check if everything works as expected because I see a number of third-party plugins and I’m not sure if all of them support modification).
