    Hello,

Try to re-upload the logo image to your media library and re-select it via Theme Options, currently it loading via http, not https

    Hello,

Sorry for the delay in answering.
When opening your logo image http://www.globaldefense.us/wp-uploads/2021/09/global-defense-png.png in any browser it redirects to Home page, but all is fine with others, for example, https://www.globaldefense.us/wp-uploads/2021/07/international-sales-representation-and-marketing.png
Do you have something written in .htaccess that may cause it?
Try to upload a completely different image for the logo and check how it works then.

    Regards

    Hello,

I see that you use out of date version of our theme. Please, provide us with FTP access to your site to update the theme and XStore core plugin to the latest versions, and then we’ll be able to check the issue in more detail.

    Regards

This is what our web developer said:

Access is through sftp. They can use the hostname http://www.globaldefense.us, but they need to use port 22 for sftp.

We cannot update at this time. Your theme says you support older versions of WordPress, including 5.0

    Hello,

Point is that WordPress made a lot of changes in versions 5.7 and 5.8 and we made appropriate changes in our theme, so I’m not sure that theme won’t cause compatibility issues with such old version of WP that you use. Why can’t you update WP to the latest version? It’s not secure to use such an old WP version.

    Hello,

Ok. Contact us once you update WP to the latest version. We’ll be able to proceed with the theme and plugins update after that.

    Regards
