Never update XStore core plugin without theme update. XStore theme is out of date and is not compatible with version of plugin that you updated. Do you have backup of your site before the plugin update?
Restore that, please. After that create staging site (full copy of the production site) and provide us with FTP and Dashboard access to your staging site to allow us to update the theme. Besides, I see that you have a lot of file in your child theme. Did you make changes in all these files or copied a lot of them just in case?

Hello,
It’s related to your cache system. We use wp_is_mobile default function to show mobile version for the mobile devices. But your cache does not separate cache for the mobile devices and display cached mobile version for the desktop.
Do you use third-party cache plugin or some kind of the server cache? You need to contact either plugin author or hosting provider and ask to separate cache for the mobile devices to avoid mentioned issue.

Child theme does not include any files from start, just styles.css and fucntions.php. If you need to overwrite any files there you could copy them from parent theme to child theme keeping the folder structure. Don’t copy files from the framework folder. If you need to overwrite function from file of the framework folder then copy only function to child theme functions.php and edit that according to your needs.
About breadcrumbs. You can copy header.php file from parent theme to child theme but we don’t show breadcrumbs in the header.php. Breadcrumbs code is at xstore/templates/breadcrumbs.php Anyway you did not provide code that rank math gave you, you provided only comment.
Provide us with code that developers gave you and explain in more details what exactly you want to change in the breadcrumbs to point you to right way.

The theme does not have the option to redirect users to one or another language. Ask this question to the plugin author (plugin that you choose to create a multilanguage site).
Try to make logo image either 166 or 164px width and upload that. Also, change the logo width in the logo element settings once you upload the updated image. Check if it looks blurred after that.
