We don’t have option to set the featured label for the products. Look for third-party plugins for the custom labels for the products.

We use default wp_is_mobile function to show some things for the mobile and hide some desktop things for the mobile. But if you use cache plugin and Separate cache for the mobile devices option is not enabled you may face the mentioned issue. It means that the desktop version is cached for the mobile. In this case you don’t need to disable cache but enable a separate cache for the mobile devices.
So, enable cache plugin and provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site to check if you enabled the mentioned option in the cache plugin settings.

2) Banner hover effect “Slide right” increases the width of the banner image and it causes a difference if other banners use another hover effect. So, I changed Slide right to Zoom effect. Check now.

4) Contact your hosting provider and ask them about reports of the queries that use a lot of CPU on your site. Provide us with these reports to find out what exactly is the reason of the issue.

I can’t log in to your Dashboard https://prnt.sc/23pjyn7 to make a video of how to edit menu on your site. Anyway, you imported Elementor version of demo and you need to edit content using Elementor in this case, including Static Blocks. So, enable Elementor for the static blocks (Elementor > Settings > Post types > enable for static blocks https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/support/static-blocks/ ).
You don’t need Elementor pro to edit pages, blocks and create content of your site. All our demos were created using the free version of the Elementor and we created a lot of additional Elements for these purposes https://prnt.sc/23pkmd2
