    Dear @Khurram Virk,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We understand that you would like users to be able to select the number of months (e.g., 1, 3, 6, or 12 months) when they add a product to the cart and proceed to checkout, with the total price being automatically calculated based on the selected duration.

    Please note that this feature is not currently available in our XStore theme by default. However, as a workaround, we recommend creating a new product attribute named “Month(s)” and adding the following values: 1, 3, 6, 9, and 12. Once created, you can assign this attribute to your variable product to allow customers to choose the desired subscription duration.

    If you would like our assistance in setting up this attribute, please let us know and we will be happy to help.

    We hope this information is helpful. Should you have any further questions or need additional support, feel free to contact us.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Dear @Jack Lee,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    In this case, the hosting provider restricts users from modifying the PHP values directly.
    We kindly recommend contacting your hosting provider to request the necessary changes to the PHP settings.

    .woocommerce-checkout .product-name-info dl.variation {

    Dear @Loja do Bordado,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to kindly inform you that replying to your own support topics may inadvertently move them to the bottom of our support queue. This could potentially lead to longer response times. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

    Upon reviewing your website, we are pleased to inform you that its performance score falls within an acceptable range:
    https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-lojadobordado-pt/79uvtb2fyv?hl=en&form_factor=mobile

    Should you wish to further improve your website’s performance, we recommend using the WP Rocket plugin, as previously suggested. You may refer to the following guide for detailed instructions on optimizing WP Rocket settings with the XStore theme:
    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-improve-wp-rocket-settings-with-xstore/

    Please note that website speed optimization falls outside the scope of our standard support services.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Dear @Khurram Virk,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We have observed that the z-index value of the product table modal is set too high(https://prnt.sc/uQEefvCMrgR8), and additionally, the modal is rendered outside the theme’s template container. As a result, simply adjusting the z-index does not resolve the issue effectively.

    As an alternative, we recommend implementing the following custom JavaScript code. Please add this code to the functions.php file located in your child theme:

    add_action('wp_footer', 'n2t_wp_footer', 100);
    function n2t_wp_footer(){
    	?>
        <script>
            jQuery( function($){
                $(document).on('click touchend', 'a.login-to-buy-product', function(){
                    $('.wcpt-close-modal').click();
                })
            });
        </script>
    	<?php
    }

    We hope this solution proves helpful. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @Elon,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    1. We noticed that the product image at the following link appears blurry when zoomed in: https://levantleather.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/4.png. Could you kindly try uploading the image in its original size to improve clarity?

    2. The “Single Product Tabs” element currently does not offer built-in settings to modify its style. However, you can apply the following custom CSS to achieve your desired appearance:

    div#tab-description * {
        font-family: Roboto;
        font-size: 20px;
        font-weight: 400;
        color: #0a0a0a;
    }

    3. As the equal height setting is enabled for all products, and the product title lengths vary, this may affect the layout. To maintain consistency, you can limit the height of product images using the following custom CSS:

    .etheme-product-grid-image img {
        max-height: 400px;
    }

    4. We have also reduced the padding of the breadcrumb section on the single product page as requested. Could you please review it and let us know if it meets your expectations?

    Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Hello @kmc,

    We understand that you would like to configure your blog URLs so that the category appears as:

    http://www.xxx.com/blog/%5Bblog-category%5D
    and individual posts as:
    http://www.xxx.com/blog/%5Bpostname%5D.html

    Unfortunately, WordPress does not natively support having both a custom base for categories and a custom structure for posts with an .html extension under the same base (/blog/) without causing conflicts, which may be the reason you’re encountering 404 errors.

    To achieve this setup, you may consider the following:

    1. Permalink Settings:
    – Go to Settings > Permalinks in your WordPress dashboard.
    – Set your post permalink structure to:
    /blog/%postname%.html
    – This will apply the desired structure to your posts.

    2. Category Base:
    – WordPress by default adds a category base (e.g., /category/) to category URLs.
    – To change this to /blog/, you can modify the “Category base” field in the Permalinks settings to “blog”.

    However, please note that using the same base (/blog/) for both categories and posts can lead to conflicts, as WordPress may not be able to distinguish between a post and a category with the same slug.

    3. Recommended Solution:
    To avoid conflicts and ensure proper functionality, we recommend using a slightly different structure, such as:
    – Categories: http://www.xxx.com/blog/category/%5Bcategory-name%5D
    – Posts: http://www.xxx.com/blog/%5Bpostname%5D.html

    Alternatively, you may consider using a third-party plugin such as “Permalink Manager Pro” to gain more control over your URL structure.

    We hope this helps clarify the issue. If you need further assistance, please feel free to let us know.

    Dear @martijntje,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Kindly ensure that the Niveau Grotesk font is installed correctly on your system. Safari requires certain font types to be properly installed in order to display them as intended.

    Please note that Safari generally supports a wide range of font formats, including TTF, OTF, WOFF, and WOFF2. It also accommodates extended system fonts such as ui-serif, ui-sans-serif, ui-monospace, and ui-rounded. However, there may be occasional issues with specific font formats or configurations—particularly with self-hosted Google Fonts and certain font weights. These issues can often be resolved by adjusting the @font-face rule or modifying the font-weight properties in your stylesheet.

    Should you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @SM,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    In order to assist you more effectively, we kindly request that you follow the steps outlined below:

    1. Please navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Checkout Endpoints, and ensure that the values match those shown in the following screenshot: https://tinyurl.com/2agra5fs.

    2. We also recommend temporarily deactivating all third-party plugins that are not included with the XStore theme. You can find a list of the officially supported plugins here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/. After deactivating the additional plugins, please clear your browser cache and check the issue again. It is possible that a conflict with one of the third-party plugins is causing the problem.

    If the issue persists, and you are currently using a Child Theme, we suggest switching to the Parent Theme. Once again, please clear your cache and verify whether the issue remains. The problem may be related to custom code within your Child Theme.

    3. Should the above steps not resolve the issue, we kindly ask that you provide us with temporary WordPress admin access so we can further investigate your settings. To do this, please create a new user account with Administrator privileges via your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account has been created, you may securely share the login credentials with us through the Private Content section.

    Thank you for your cooperation. We look forward to resolving this matter promptly.
