My site is glitchy and very slow – Can you please help

    Hi there,

    After installing total cache i have been having issues with my websites loading speed. when i login to the admin dashboard. my site went down uninstalled all the plugins and installed everything one-by one where i saw that total cache was the issue.

    I uninstalled the plugin but everything is still slow, getting 503 loading issues, and cant edit pages

    after this i deleted my child theme i don’t know if this broke anything

    I had a look and it was the Elementor that broke the site after updating it.

    I now have a weird messing after checkout in AMP view

    “There was an error processing your order. Please check for any charges in your payment method and review your order history before placing order again”

    i dont have this issue on my desktop

    Sorry for only coming back to you now

    here is a list of stuff for you to provide me with a solution
    • If i update my Elementor plugin my site breaks
    • i would like to remove sign-in with google on my signup page

    1. Kindly begin by removing the Google Keys from the Social Authentication Panel settings via the following link:

    2. We also recommend deactivating any third-party plugins that are not included with the XStore theme. You can find a list of supported plugins here:
    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/
    Once these plugins have been disabled, please clear your browser cache and check if the issue persists. It is possible that one of the additional plugins may be causing the problem.

    If the issue continues, we suggest switching to the Parent theme, especially if you are currently using a Child Theme. After making the switch, please clear your cache once more and test the functionality again.
