    Hi @Sweet D,

    We’ve changed the custom CSS codes to this:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 768px) {
        .elementor-widget-wrap.elementor-element-populated.lazyloaded {
            background-attachment: fixed !important;
        }
    }

    Now it’s working on tablets also. Please double check again.

    Dear Sweet D,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that the parallax feature is intentionally disabled on mobile devices within the XStore theme. This is a deliberate design choice and not a malfunction of the theme.

    The parallax scrolling effect is achieved by setting the background image position to “fixed” (background-attachment: fixed). At present, this effect is fully supported only by the Mozilla Firefox browser.

    On touch devices using browsers other than Mozilla Firefox, the parallax effect is overridden to ensure compatibility. Consequently, users will observe a static image in place of the dynamic parallax effect.

    The majority of mobile browsers do not support parallax scrolling due to issues related to responsiveness and performance concerns on mobile devices.

    However, we have provided a workaround using custom CSS code. Please be aware that this custom CSS solution will not function on iOS devices. The following custom CSS has been added for your convenience under Page Settings > Advanced > Custom CSS:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 768px) {
        .elementor-widget-wrap.elementor-element-populated.lazyloaded {
            background-attachment: fixed !important;
        }
    }

    Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Hi @uday,

    Please add the following CSS codes under Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global CSS:

    p.stock.available-on-backorder.step-1 {
        color: red;
        font-weight: bold;
    }

    One more small thing : https://www.***.com/product/korean-necklace-set-125/ in this one go to gold color and see the message should be shown in green as item is in stock dont know why it is showing in red color.( I want to make it green as item is in stock)

    Hi @Jose Hernan,

    Unfortunately, the Product Grid element doesn’t have the same hooks as Products Element. To add the Whatapp button, you need to add this code:

    add_filter('woocommerce_loop_add_to_cart_link', 'n2t_woocommerce_loop_add_to_cart_link');
    function n2t_woocommerce_loop_add_to_cart_link($add_to_cart){
    	return $add_to_cart . do_shortcode('[wa-order]');
    }

    Category
    Qualification
    Brand
    SKU
    Price
    Label

    This order is fixed and we can’t change right now.

    So if you think the Product Grid element is not suitable with your custom codes, you can keep using the Products Element. Everything will be safe.

    Dear AACoffee,

    We hope this message finds you well. Upon a thorough review of your website, we have determined that there is an incompatibility issue with our plugin when used in conjunction with the XStore AMP plugin.

    To address this matter, we kindly suggest the following options:

    1. Temporarily disable the XStore AMP plugin. By doing so, you should find that all other functionalities operate smoothly without it.
    2. We invite you to submit a feature request on our task board at https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/. Our development team will prioritize this request and aim to ensure compatibility with XStore plugins in future updates.
    3. If you require a more immediate solution, please consider submitting a customization request at https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel, and our team will be happy to assist you further.

    We appreciate your understanding and are here to support you through this process. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Hi @Jose Hernan,

    Here are the 2 available hooks for the Product Grid Item.

    1. after_etheme_product_grid_list_product_element_title: this hook will display the your custom custom after the product titles. The full of code is:

    add_action( 'after_etheme_product_grid_list_product_element_title', 'dcms_tags_item_product', 10, 0 );
    function dcms_tags_item_product() {
    	/***** if ( ! is_shop() ) return; *****/
    	global $product;
    	$product_data = $product->get_data();
    	$tag_ids = $product_data['tag_ids'];
    	if ( ! count($tag_ids) ) return;
    	print("<section class='item-tags'>");
    	foreach ($tag_ids as $tag_id){
    		$term_object = get_term_by('id', $tag_id, 'product_tag');
    		$tag_name = $term_object->name;
    		$tag_link = get_tag_link($tag_id);
    		printf("<a href='%s' title='%s'>%s</a>",$tag_link, $tag_name, $tag_name);
    	}
    	print("</section>");
    }

    2. etheme_product_grid_list_product_hover_element_render: we can display custom shortcode, HTML, or code within the hover content.

    3. What’s your custom code for the Whatsapp buttons? So we can help you to find the right hooks. We’ve attached the test page in Private Content Area.

    Hi @Mitul,

    We’ve added the custom CSS below under Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global CSS:

    ul#menu-gifts-for-all {
        padding: 37px 0;
    }

    And the menu & banner are same height now: https://prnt.sc/Oka8rOTc-A-G

    I also did not understand what you mentioned
    “Can you please also tell us why your custom CSS codes are loading via these links? Can you disable it?”

    Thats completely gone out of my head. I believe, any of your support team might have updated and you are asking to me. I dont know what you are asking about.

    We’re asking to check if you’re using any CDN services(or maybe a feature from your hosting provider). By default the CSS URL files would look like this: https://obxgour***.com/wp-content/themes/xstore/css/modules/layout/off-canvas.min.css

    Loading the custom CSS via https://obxgour***.com/_jb_static/?xxx might be slow down the loading time.

    Hi @Mitul,

    1. Make it aligned

    To make the menu same height as the banner image, please add the following CSS under Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global CSS:

    ul#menu-gifts-for-all {
        padding: 37px 0;
    }

    2. Make it back to how it was so that i can see separate settings for menu and that banner

    We’ve removed the lazyload setting from this section.

    Can you please also tell us why your custom CSS codes are loading via these links? Can you disable it?

    Hi @Mihalis,

    We’ve tested the email builder, everything seems to work fine:

    – Email for creating a new account: https://prnt.sc/-kSmI3scgBGl
    – Email for processing order: https://prnt.sc/k0lswexyRp7Q
    – Email for completed order: https://prnt.sc/_ya29jKz8omK

    Also, is there a way to translate these emails into Greek language according the default language that is used?

    WPML translation is not available for the Builder, right now. However, there is an option that allows sending different templates to customers from different countries.

    It is “Apply to billing countries” in the rules section in the right side of email template. You can create multi templates then change email contents with these respective country languages, then apply to send to countries using that language.

    For example, Email Hungarian will be applied for country billing in Hungary, Slovak email will be applied for Slovakia. You can see these images: https://prnt.sc/vx9w5c and https://prnt.sc/vibxk0

    Dear @Sweet D,

    We are pleased to inform you that we have successfully duplicated the Product Categories Element to enhance the user interface across different devices. The desktop version now utilizes a 4-column layout, while the mobile version is configured to display 2 columns for optimal viewing.

    Furthermore, we have implemented the following CSS code to ensure proper formatting:

    .categories-grid.row .category-grid.col-xs-12.col-sm-6.columns-2 {
        flex-basis: 50%;
    }

    We believe the adjustments have improved the overall presentation. Could you kindly review the changes at your earliest convenience and confirm that everything meets your satisfaction?

    Dear Uday,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We suggest utilizing the code snippet provided below to achieve the desired functionality:

    function change_specific_availability_text( $availability, $product ) {
        if ( $product->managing_stock() && $product->is_on_backorder( 1 ) ) {
            $availability = $product->backorders_require_notification() ? __( 'Availability Notice: The selected product or color is located in our central warehouse and may require an additional 4 to 5 days for dispatch.', 'woocommerce' ) : '';
        } elseif ( ! $product->managing_stock() && $product->is_on_backorder( 1 ) ) {
            $availability = __( 'Availability Notice: The selected product or color is located in our central warehouse and may require an additional 4 to 5 days for dispatch.', 'woocommerce' );
        }
        return $availability;
    }
    add_filter( 'woocommerce_get_availability_text', 'change_specific_availability_text', 999, 2 );

    Please implement this code to adjust the availability text for products that are on backorder.
