    Hello, @gncR,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

To assist us in gaining a clearer understanding of the issue you are experiencing, we kindly request that you capture a video recording that demonstrates the problem. Sorry but I don’t have time to record a video. That’s why I shared with you the credentials and the error_log.

Btw rollbacking the WooCommerce to v8.40 fixed my problem just like mentioned here:

    FYI all!

    Hello, @gncR,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

We are pleased to inform you that we have verified the functionality of the latest version of the WooCommerce plugin on our test site, and it is operating as expected. Additionally, we have confirmed that the most recent version of the XStore theme, version 9.2.6, is compatible with WooCommerce version 8.5.x. You can review the update history at the following link: https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/

We recommend that you proceed with updating to the latest versions. We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

Should you encounter any issues post-update, we kindly request that you provide us with a screenshot of the problem. Furthermore, we would appreciate your authorization to conduct a thorough investigation on your site. This may involve temporarily disabling third-party plugins to identify and address the root cause of the issue.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

    Best Regards,
    The 8Theme Team
