    Dear @Rakesh,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to achieve this due to the limitations of WooCommerce’s filtering system. The available parameter allows only a single minimum price value and a single maximum price value. As a result, setting multiple minimum and maximum prices simultaneously is not supported.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

    Dear @Dr Aqeel,

I hope you are doing well.

Could you kindly try deactivating the plugin you are using for such books functinality? It is possible that the issue is related to this plugin, as it may be affecting your website’s performance across different browsers. Based on our observations, these sections utilize additional JavaScript scripts, which are not related to our theme.

Additionally, we have tested the page on multiple devices and noticed that it sometimes loads correctly and sometimes does not. To further investigate, we would appreciate it if you could share the results of your own testing.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, but due to a high volume of requests at the moment, we are unable to conduct in-depth testing for each individual customer.

Thank you for your understanding. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Dear @Lemuel Sulit,

I hope you are doing well.

Could you kindly check now? We have added some code snippets to your child-theme/functions.php, including the following:

    add_filter('etheme_product_grid_list_load_more_url_history', '__return_false');

Please let us know if everything is working as expected.

    Dear @oddevenstudio,

I hope you are doing well.

Have you tested such texts in real emails? In certain cases, there are options that can be used depending on WooCommerce conditions. Therefore, it would be best to configure them in advance to ensure optimal functionality.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Dear @Krzysztof,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Please note that it is not possible to manually select which image to use within the code. The image selection is determined by the product settings and the global website configuration. As a result, it is not feasible to filter or specify a particular type of image for email templates.

    Hello @Rakesh,

By default, the WooCommerce price widget, which is also used in the area shown in your screenshots, applies a step value of 10. However, we have added the following snippet (https://prnt.sc/jTgyZltL1uvq) to adjust the step value to 1. This ensures that the value 9999, which was previously rounded to the nearest tenth, is now displayed correctly.

Please check and let us know if everything is working as expected.

    Hello @Rio Market Services
It seems that multicurrency plugin makes such issue with AJAX filters so you can try to add next CSS solution in Theme Options -> Theme Custom CSS -> Global CSS:

    .wmc-cache-loading .woocommerce-Price-amount.amount:before,
    .wmc-cache-loading .woocommerce-Price-amount.amount:after {
     display: none;
    }

    Dear @Brandon,

You are absolutely right. Let’s continue our conversation in the topic you previously created: https://www.8theme.com/topic/no-documentation-how-to-edit-the-pages-for-the-amp-version-of-my-site-no-tutorials-nada/#post-433914. Dear @Lemuel Sulit,

We hope you are doing well.

Regarding your inquiry, if you navigate to the second page of your shop, it is expected that only the products loaded on that specific page will be displayed. To clarify further, your shop currently contains 17 products, and the product display limit per page is set to 12. As a result, your shop is divided into two pages: the first page displaying 12 products and the second page displaying the remaining 5.

If you would like to increase the number of products displayed per page, you can do so by adjusting the settings in “Theme Options -> WooCommerce -> Shop -> Shop Layout”. Please refer to the following link for guidance: https://prnt.sc/xsTK-l4xGOaD.

Unfortunately, there is no option to display products from previous pages on the next page upon the initial load. If such functionality were implemented, it would mean that by the time a user reaches page 20, all products from the previous 19 pages would also be displayed, which is not a feasible solution.

Therefore, our recommended approach is to increase the number of products displayed per page, as this will allow more products to be visible without requiring additional navigation.

Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @Krzysztof,

We hope you are doing well.

It appears that the search page on your website is overloaded with queries. To improve performance, we recommend creating a separate “Search Results” page in “XStore Builders”. You can find the relevant settings here: https://prnt.sc/jqJn5ZdGrmEw.

To assist you, we have already created a basic design for this page, incorporating the “Searched Products” and “Searched Posts” widgets. As a result, the page now loads correctly and efficiently when performing a search using the “Header Search Input”.

For more details on configuring the “Search Results” page, please refer to our documentation: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-search-results-page-builder-with-elementor/.

We look forward to your feedback on this solution. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Dear @kmc,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Unfortunately, there is no unique design that allows enabling both hotspots and filters for portfolio items simultaneously. However, you can utilize the available widgets in the Elementor builder, as shown in the screenshots here: https://prnt.sc/boxOoRXUkN41.

Additionally, you may consider using the [portfolio] shortcode, which can be added via the Shortcode widget in Elementor. Please note that this shortcode and the related widgets described above will only display projects created under the “Projects” post type provided by our theme. You can activate such setting in Theme Options -> Portfolio. You can also set a specific page to display these projects by following the instructions in our documentation: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/portfolio-page/.

    Dear @Leon,

We hope you are doing well.

We have noticed that you are using the “Estimated Delivery Date Plugin for WooCommerce” plugin to display the estimated delivery text. Since this functionality is provided by a third-party plugin, we kindly recommend referring to the plugin’s documentation to check how the relevant strings can be translated.

Please note that our support is dedicated exclusively to our own projects and features. As such, this matter falls outside the scope of our support services. We appreciate your understanding and your adherence to our support policy.

Additionally, we would like to inform you that your “wp-admin” access is currently not working, which suggests that the login credentials may have been changed. Kindly verify this on your end once you post new topics on our support forum.

Should you require any assistance related to our themes or features, please feel free to reach out.

    Dear @Brandon,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

The AMP version is a prebuilt design provided by the XStore AMP plugin, which does not support unique design customizations. However, the AMP configuration includes options that allow you to adjust the custom content of your homepage, as outlined in the XStore AMP documentation. Other dynamic pages, such as the Shop and Single Product pages, utilize the predefined layouts and styles from the plugin, and there are no available templates to modify their structure.

Please note that the AMP version of a website is built based on strict requirements set by https://amp.dev/, which restrict the use of certain HTML tags and styles. To ensure compliance with these requirements and proper validation by Google, we have developed a universal layout for specific pages, making them AMP-ready for mobile devices.

That said, we do provide an option to add custom styles to your AMP version. You can find this option under XStore AMP → Settings → Advanced.

Regarding widgets, there is a dedicated sidebar area available under Dashboard → Appearance → Widgets, labeled AMP Shop Sidebar. This sidebar will be displayed on your shop page, and you can use only the basic WooCommerce widgets, as more advanced widgets may not function correctly due to script and style limitations in the AMP version.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to clarify them, and we will be happy to assist you step by step. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in working together to create a well-optimized AMP version of your website.

    Dear @MAHDAR,

We hope you are doing well.

It appears that the sticky effect does not function correctly when the container’s padding is set using percentage (%) values. We kindly recommend using alternative units such as pixels (px), viewport height (vh), viewport width (vw), or any other suitable unit instead. This is because the fixed positioning in the browser may not accurately display offsets when percentage-based padding is applied.

Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Dear @Rakesh,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Please note that the price slider value cannot be manually adjusted, as it is dynamically set based on WooCommerce queries. The minimum and maximum values are determined by the product prices available on the current page. Specifically, the maximum value corresponds to the highest-priced product, while the minimum value reflects the lowest-priced product.

If you wish to customize this widget, please be aware that such modifications are not covered under our standard support scope. However, you may submit a customization request via the following link: https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel.

That being said, please note that if there are no products listed at a significantly high price, the price slider will not display such values. Once you add products priced at, for example, 50,000, the price widget will automatically adjust to reflect the updated values.

Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @CAMALEAO,

We have made some improvements to other products as well. If needed, you can find the CSS solution under the Product Images widget by navigating to the Advanced tab and locating the Custom CSS section.

Additionally, we have noticed that your single product layouts are identical. Therefore, there is no need to create multiple layouts with custom conditions if the same layout applies to all products across your website.

For further guidance, we recommend reviewing our documentation on using the Single Product Builder:

    Dear @JiPanditJI,

We hope you are doing well.

We have completed the tasks that fall within the scope of our support. As you can see from the images of our testing, the issues on your website originate from third-party plugins rather than our theme.

    Dear @Chris,

The fix we implemented is not related to the issues you are currently experiencing. The issue we addressed was specifically related to an “undefined value” error, whereas the problem you are facing now appears to be entirely different and unrelated to our recent fix on your website.

It is possible that the issue may have been caused by recent updates to plugins or a WordPress upgrade. Could you please confirm whether the issue started occurring immediately after we applied the fix, or if any other changes were made to your website afterward?

If any plugins were recently updated, we recommend reviewing their changelog pages, as the issue might be related to modifications introduced in those updates.

    Dear @albaghlisponge,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

If you would like the solution for displaying full data exclusively on your homepage, you can achieve this by applying custom CSS specifically to the widgets on that page, rather than applying it globally through the Theme Options.

Regarding the background for the mentioned element, it appears that you have successfully resolved the issue, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/SN_MbcrrE4Kr. You can simply modify the color within the corresponding string to suit your preferences.
