    Hello @NuxMusic,

    Thank you for clarifying your conversation with the Google Ads team. However, as we mentioned earlier, this request is not related to our theme support requests. Therefore, we kindly ask you to continue your discussion with their support team.

    Although you have already added the snippet they suggested, based on your tests (https://www.8theme.com/topic/nho-gan-the-google-tag-tren-web-nuxmusic-vn/#post-461062, screenshot attached), it appears that the snippet is either not properly implemented or was cached on their sources. Their team will be able to assist you in clearing the caches or refreshing your website information in their services.

    Please note that while we are always happy to assist, this particular issue should be resolved through the Google Support forum.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Hello @Enduratex,

    Based on your request, it seems that you would like to display several types of product content in columns instead of tabs, and only on mobile devices you would like this content to appear in tabs. If that is correct, you can try using the widgets that have such content such as Short description (https://prnt.sc/Ao9cHpRLlq5Z) or Text Editor widget with dynamic tags: https://prnt.sc/8YP2MB0sQbAN.

    We are not entirely sure which method you are using to set different types of product information for your products. However, if you are using the ACF Fields plugin, you will find an option in the dynamic tags that allows you to display, for example, ACF 01 tab, ACF 02 tab, and ACF 03 tab.

    In the tabs, you can use the same ACF dynamic fields, but hide these tabs in the Advanced section for desktop while showing them on tablet and mobile: https://prnt.sc/wX9pTOrKc02e. You can then display the previous content on desktop and set it to be hidden on tablet and mobile.

    You can find more information about using ACF fields with Elementor dynamic tags in the following articles:
    https://elementor.com/help/elementor-acf/
    https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/blog/elementor-acf/

    If our understanding of your request is not accurate, please provide additional details to help us better understand your question.

    Hello @nmble,

    By default, the content of this widget is loaded with the global styles defined in the theme. However, if you would like to have more customization options for the Related Products widget, you can use the Products Grid, Products Carousel, or Products List widgets (https://prnt.sc/s6pVjTQ1wNlE) and set the Data Source option to “Related products” (https://prnt.sc/mhkorhE_v69T). This will allow you to adjust spacing, typography settings, and select or deselect elements within the product content.

    Currently, we have configured the Products Grid widget with the Related Products data source on your Single Product template (https://prnt.sc/ZKHc0mME5-y8). You can further customize it according to your needs and remove the original Related Products widget, which is also currently displayed above the content.

    To add a heading, you can insert a custom Heading widget (https://prnt.sc/-VGOap9TieGy) with your preferred text and styles, as the current widget displays only product data.

    Hello @New York Printhub,

    Our theme is fully optimized for performance and does not slow down websites by default. In most cases, speed issues are related to additional content or setup, such as:

    • Excess plugins
    • Large, unoptimized images
    • Heavy third-party scripts or resources

    To improve performance, please consider:

    – Removing unused plugins
    – Optimizing images (WebP format recommended)
    – Using a performance plugin (e.g., WP Rocket, LiteSpeed Cache)

    In the reply above we attached our step-by-step performance guide:

    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/the-ultimate-2025-guide-to-boosting-wordpress-speed-with-xstore-theme/

    If you’d like, you can also share your site URL with temporary admin access, and our team will gladly check your setup and suggest improvements.

    We are here to help!

    Hello @JS,

    We have analyzed the issue and found that the prices are displayed on your products (https://prnt.sc/L8z13d_6KioO), but the font size was set to 1px in the Elementor settings (https://prnt.sc/KfJjxw9Knde8, https://prnt.sc/CBrKCxg6cFM4). We have corrected this, and you can now verify that the prices are properly displayed on your website.

    Please note that some elements that were previously hidden may now appear due to the updated global font size.

    Hello @nmble,

    Currently, there are no specific settings available to adjust the content sizes within the mini-cart. However, you can use the following CSS snippet by adding it to Theme Options → Theme Custom CSS → Global CSS. Please note that this will affect all off-canvas-based widgets, including the wishlist, compare, and cart sections in your header:

    body .etheme-elementor-off-canvas .product_list_widget:not(.swiper-wrapper) {
        --item-title-size: 20px;
    }

    body .etheme-elementor-off-canvas_content-head {
        font-size: 12px;
    }

    We have already implemented such solution on your web-site -> https://prnt.sc/4XEgabPpLT8V, so you can check and modify to your sizes or needs.

    If you prefer to modify only the Cart widget content sizes in your header, you can use the following Custom CSS instead:

    .elementor-widget-theme-etheme_cart.etheme-elementor-off-canvas .product_list_widget:not(.swiper-wrapper) {
        --item-title-size: 20px;
    }

    .elementor-widget-theme-etheme_cart .etheme-elementor-off-canvas_content-head {
        font-size: 12px;
    }

    Hello @nmble,

    As you are using our Built-in Single Product Builder based on Elementor, you can adjust most content sizes, heading colors, spacing, and other settings by following the steps below:

    1. Open the Single Product Editor: https://prnt.sc/i-D2rMGgKzhh
    2. Locate the template you would like to edit: https://prnt.sc/vBpdQkbfH56I
    3. Select the element you wish to modify and adjust the desired settings: https://prnt.sc/JdC0zkNQcQqk

    For your reference, we have currently set the font size of the “Related Products” heading to 32px: https://prnt.sc/jYJHr_Qe-4kn

    You can find more information about the Single Product Builder in our documentation:

    Hello @HUSSTLE,

    If you would like to import a specific demo to your website while keeping the footer from another demo, you can first install the main demo content you wish to use. Then, if you are using Elementor, you can import the footer content from other demos through the XStudio functionality (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/xstudio-feature-of-xstore-wordpress-theme/) on your website. If you need any assistance, please let us know which demo footer you would like to use, and we will import it for you.

    To move the cart or wishlist items out of the header, you can use the Mobile Panel functionality, which displays the configured items in a sticky panel on mobile devices. If you require any additional customizations, please provide us with screenshots or videos to help us better understand your request.

    Hello @Lani,

    To upload a custom font, please use our built-in “Custom Fonts” functionality: https://prnt.sc/ZwF_fvkVs1HR. Once the font is uploaded, it will appear in the list of all fonts within the Customizer options and in the Elementor typography fields. You can obtain your custom font from available font sources and upload it in the appropriate formats.

    To modify the typography for headings, go to “Elementor Site Settings”: https://prnt.sc/0c5dKZWwfzgV. You can access this from any Elementor editor (page, post, or static block) or by hovering over the Elementor edit button: https://prnt.sc/C5FyHA5Y54Yf. Then, open the “Typography” section: https://prnt.sc/cAoKix9M6Doj, where you will find the general heading settings: https://prnt.sc/7SGOwN95-53N.

    To adjust the typography for the breadcrumbs area, navigate to “Theme Options → Breadcrumbs”, and scroll to the “Title Typeface” section: https://prnt.sc/kSC1FNF-58gZ.

    If you would like to achieve the following breadcrumb style: https://prnt.sc/V-FWJjK0RHFQ without modifying PHP files in your child theme (as previously suggested), you can add the following custom CSS:

    .single-post #breadcrumb .delimeter:nth-of-type(2),
    .single-post #breadcrumb .delimeter:nth-of-type(2) ~ * {
        display: none;
    }

    Could you please attach the URL of the page and provide access details in the private content section? With this access, we will be able to review the page and determine whether there is a solution to place it in the requested location.

    As we can see from the screenshot, the previous buttons are displayed by some custom plugins, so it is necessary to check whether there are possible solutions using custom CSS in this case.

    Hello @Niddy,

    We are the developers on this forum, and we have reviewed your request. Please note that our theme does not include any custom enqueueing of the Elementor Cloud Library. You can verify this by searching for the mentioned hooks in the theme files (see: https://prnt.sc/xN2hOW-_mz8t). To confirm, you may switch to another theme with the XStore Core plugin disabled and check whether the same issue occurs. If it does, it is likely that Elementor itself has modified the hooks you are trying to use, or you may need to adjust your code by adding additional actions, such as wrapping it in add_action('init', function() { // your custom code }); or a similar approach.

    As you mentioned, the issue might also be related to different priorities set in the PRO Elements plugin. Since you are a developer, we recommend exploring and analyzing the code to locate the relevant hooks or filters within the PRO Elements and Elementor plugin files. For instance, in the Cloud Library module, there is a function that checks whether the module is active (see: https://prnt.sc/lVdQcK6SK6yl).

    If switching to a default theme resolves the issue, please clarify how we can reproduce the problem on our side.

    If you would like our assistance, kindly provide screenshots and a detailed explanation of the results you wish to achieve. This will help us suggest appropriate code snippets or custom solutions, such as those described in this article: https://foxyconcept.com/how-to-disable-the-elementor-pro-templates-library-feature/.

    Hello @Roberta,

    We noticed that none of your pages contained the mentioned shortcode: https://prnt.sc/nxdeKbb5iPcg. We have now created a custom page with the specified shortcode: https://prnt.sc/Ml7nQuHyaj1B and assigned it to the corresponding booster: https://prnt.sc/NBS7Xb1YnZ4V. Most of the settings in the booster include tooltips with useful information that you can review here: https://prnt.sc/nxdeKbb5iPcg.

    Upon checking your Cart and Checkout pages, we found that they are built using Gutenberg widgets, which are not yet fully compatible with our plugin. These gutenberg widgets modify hooks and filters, and currently, no static hooks are available for our boosters to attach to the correct locations. Once static hooks are introduced, we will ensure compatibility in future updates of our plugin.

    For now, we recommend replacing your Gutenberg-based Cart and Checkout pages with the default WooCommerce shortcodes:
    – [woocommerce_cart] for the Cart page (https://prnt.sc/bsDr2sn8a3Bv) (frontend example: https://prnt.sc/mNhEbVnAUjlh)
    – [woocommerce_checkout] for the Checkout page (frontend example: https://prnt.sc/kE8UpKycy8rc)

    This approach will provide an improved design and ensure that all boosters from the SalesMax plugin, as well as custom hooks from other plugins you may install later, are displayed correctly. If you would like us to assist with this process, we would be happy to help you migrate your content.

    Hello @Roberta,

    Most of your boosters were disabled, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/ZJ2pyJbTzLSn. Consequently, these boosters were not displayed on your website. After we activated, for example, the “Buy More, Save More” booster, it appeared correctly on your single product pages: https://prnt.sc/Rp1RO3MWDowB. Please check the video in the private content section to see how the booster works.

    We have also activated the “Smart Product Recommendations” booster: https://prnt.sc/5-g0ZtIOZoiv, and verified that it is displayed correctly on the frontend: https://gyazo.com/10031eed60443cabcf8b84bb3e5609aa.

    Based on our tests, it appears that the boosters were not displayed because they were not activated. We kindly ask you to review the available boosters, decide which ones you would like to use, and activate them accordingly. If you have any specific questions, please provide additional details and screenshots to help us better understand the issue.

    At this time, only the “Buy More, Save More” booster is active, but you may enable any others you prefer.
