    Dear @Tommy,

    Most of our customers using WP-Rocket have successfully configured it according to their specific needs by following our tutorial: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-improve-wp-rocket-settings-with-xstore/.

    The exclusion of certain files depends on individual customer requirements, as each user may prefer to load only critical CSS while requesting specific exclusions for certain areas, such as the mini-cart or wishlist. We have gladly provided the necessary file paths upon requests of such customers. If you would like to exclude specific CSS/JS files, please provide us with a list of the elements you wish to exclude, and we will be happy to assist you.

    Additionally, as previously mentioned, our development priorities are determined based on the needs of the majority of our customers. At this time, your request is unique, and no other users have made a similar request. If you would like to gather more support for this feature, we encourage you to submit it through our https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/. This platform allows other customers to vote on the idea, which may increase its priority for future updates.

    Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @Tommy,

    We hope you are doing well.

    As per our previous discussion, you had agreed to provide us with access to the staging website where you have configured everything with the Germanized plugin. This access is necessary for us to test and resolve any compatibility issues. However, we have not yet received the required access.

    For reference, please find the related discussion here: https://www.8theme.com/topic/germanized-meta-information-price-unit-and-tax-missing-in-product-grid-widget/#post-436334. Additionally, your website can be accessed here: https://prnt.sc/bOb7n9N5zOOd.

    We would appreciate it if you could provide us with the necessary access. Once we receive it, we will proceed with checking for possible solutions to the mentioned issues related to the Germanized plugin.

    Thank you for your cooperation. We look forward to your response.

    Dear @Chartnet,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Unfortunately, we are unable to provide specific recommendations regarding such implementations. If the previously suggested ideas do not meet your requirements, we kindly encourage you to submit a request for additional customization via the following link: https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel. This will help you achieve the desired results, as it appears that the current settings do not support the requested functionality.

    Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Dear @DebbieC,

    You can apply the following custom CSS in your Theme Options by navigating to “Theme Custom CSS -> Global CSS”:

    [data-mode=dark] .yith-wcwl-form {
        --color-headers-background: transparent;
        --color-wishlist-table-background: transparent;
    }

    Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could clarify whether the issue with duplicate payment methods you mentioned occurred only after the Elementor update. Could you also let us know which version you were using before the update? What version you are currenly using ?

    We look forward to your response.

    Dear @MAHDAR,

    We have reviewed the issue, and the image is displaying correctly. However, you may notice a lower quality when viewing it on certain devices. This is due to the “srcset” attribute in WordPress, which adjusts image quality based on the device being used.

    If you would like to disable the “srcset” functionality for images, you may find the following article helpful: https://perishablepress.com/disable-wordpress-responsive-images/.

    Additionally, you can try adding the following code to your “child-theme/functions.php” file to disable “srcset” on the frontend:

    // Disable srcset on frontend
    function disable_wp_responsive_images() {
        return 1;
    }
    add_filter('max_srcset_image_width', 'disable_wp_responsive_images');

    Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Dear @Chartnet,

    At this time, you have the option to create other templates and configure the conditions according to your specific requirements. Please refer to the following link for guidance: https://prnt.sc/AHQ8iDP8gfGT.

    For example, you can create one template with a condition to display it with a sidebar for all product archive pages, and another to display exclusively on the shop page. This setup will allow you to display categories only on the main shop page without a sidebar or additional sections, while ensuring that the sidebar and other sections appear on category, subcategory, and other taxonomy pages.

    Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @alhamzamedia,

    We hope you are doing well.

    1. Could you kindly share the layout displayed for such a popup on both mobile and desktop versions? Currently, we are unable to access your website.
    2. Have you reviewed the settings of your multiple headers as we previously suggested?
    3. Have you considered using the Header Builder based on Elementor?

    Additionally, if there are any IP restrictions preventing customers from accessing your website, we kindly request you to disable them, as we are currently unable to review your site.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Dear @Offcomer,

    Thank you for providing access to the staging website. We have conducted multiple tests and observed that the issue appears to be related to the structure of the cart page content.

    To further investigate and implement the necessary modifications, we kindly request FTP access to the staging website. This will allow us to make adjustments to the cart page template files and check for any structural issues.

    Could you please share the FTP access details with us at your earliest convenience?

    We appreciate your support and look forward to your response.

    Dear @alhamzamedia,

    If you would like to display an “Out of Stock” label on the products listed on your shop page, you can enable this option here: https://prnt.sc/JQLZxHQu-ju1.

    Please note that we do not provide an option to display this badge over the product image. This is due to UI/UX considerations, as the widget offers multiple options, and adding such a badge could cause conflicts with certain settings.

    Additionally, you may refer to the following discussion: https://www.8theme.com/topic/out-of-stock-products-are-not-showing-as-out-of-stock/, where we have provided a custom CSS solution for displaying the “Out of Stock” label over the product image. However, this approach is not ideal due to structural limitations, so you may need to further customize the layout to suit your specific requirements.

    For reference, here is the CSS code we provided to another customer:

    selector .etheme-product-grid-content {
        position: static;
    }

    selector .etheme-product-grid-item {
        position: relative;
    }
    selector .etheme-product-grid-item .stock.out-of-stock {
        position: absolute;
        text-align: center;
        background-color: rgba(179, 13, 2);
        z-index: 1;
        margin-bottom: 0;
        font-size: .85rem;
        text-transform: uppercase;
        color: #fff;
        left: 50%;
        top: var(--outofstock-top-offset, 21%);
        -webkit-transform: translate(-50%, 0%);
        transform: translate(-50%, 0%);
        padding: 7px 14px;
    }

    [data-elementor-device-mode="tablet"] selector {
        --outofstock-top-offset: 35%;
    }

    [data-elementor-device-mode="mobile"] selector {
        --outofstock-top-offset: 20%;
    }

    At this time, we do not display an “Out of Stock” badge on the single product page, and this option is not currently available. If you would like to see this feature implemented in the future, you may submit a request here: https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/. Alternatively, if you require a customized solution, you can request a customization service here: https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel.

    Dear @carinachan2000,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Yes, you can create the “My Account” page using XStore widgets, as described in the following tutorial:
    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-my-account-page-builder-with-elementor/.

    Please note that we do not provide a dedicated widget for login, registration, or password recovery. These sections are automatically displayed by WooCommerce when a user is not logged in or customly redirected to.

    Additionally, since you are using the “XStore Header Builder” with Elementor, you can modify the typography of mobile menu elements in the following settings:
    https://prnt.sc/AV8iVUvZauYJ.

    Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @alhamzamedia,

    We hope you are doing well.

    As you can see, multiple headers are displayed, as shown in the following reply: https://www.8theme.com/topic/popup-mini-cart-where-to-manage-popup-mini-cart-where-to-manage/#post-437442 so you should configurate each header settings.

    Additionally, we are unsure which popup you are referring to, as you have not provided a screenshot. Kindly share a screenshot so we can better understand your concern and assist you accordingly.

    Since you are using the Elementor plugin, we recommend reviewing the tutorials on utilizing the “XStore Header Builder” with Elementor. This tool offers enhanced features and an improved UI/UX experience. You can find the tutorials here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/video-tutotials/xstore-header-builder-on-elementor/.

    Dear @Rakesh,

    I hope you are doing well.

    Based on your website configuration, where the shop page is displayed on the homepage, the limit for the number of products shown in search results is determined by the WordPress settings. We have adjusted this setting to display 12 items, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/G8Gu4-BW0oBb.

    As a result, the search results page now correctly reflects the specified number of products.

    Dear @Andrea,

    By default, if you do not specify the include/exclude categories, only the subcategories of the current category will be displayed when you are on the product category page. This is because, when the include IDs parameter is set, only the predefined categories you have specified will be shown.

    Additionally, it would be helpful if you could provide more details about your topic along with the correct WP-Admin access credentials.

    Dear @Safe Desires,

    We have reviewed the issue and found that it is related to the configuration of WooCommerce Payments (please refer to the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/h8daZlm9D5JK). We kindly recommend that you double-check the payment settings, as this matter is not related to our theme support.

    If you require further assistance, we suggest reaching out to WooCommerce Support (https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/) by submitting your inquiry there.

    Additionally, we have noticed potential conflicts between similar payment methods enabled in different plugins (please see: https://prnt.sc/Wuh1wFV788sF).

    Dear @Offcomer,

    We hope you are doing well.

    Would it be possible for us to test the functionality of the Cart page on your web-site using a default theme, such as Storefront? We would like to conduct this test on your website to determine whether the issue originates from Elementor PRO or if it is related to the compatibility between our theme and Elementor PRO’s configuration.

    Once we complete the testing, we will share the results with you. This will help us identify the root cause of the issue based on factual findings and determine who should address the necessary fixes.

    Dear @Rahul Kumar,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Unfortunately, it is not feasible for us to test all available plugins worldwide. Also, due to the limited popularity of this particular plugin, we recommend contacting the plugin’s author directly to inquire about its compatibility.

    However, most products on the EnvatoMarket offer a refund within a few days after purchase. You may consider installing the plugin and testing it with our theme. If you encounter any issues, and they are related to the plugin itself, we suggest submitting a support request to the plugin’s author for further assistance.
