    Dear @anli75,

    I hope you are doing well.

    Could you kindly check if you have had the opportunity to clear the Elementor cache, as we previously suggested in the screenshot? Additionally, the issue you are experiencing may be similar to the one discussed in the following topic: https://toolset.com/forums/topic/the-frontend-displays-blank-content-after-editing-a-page-with-elementor/. It appears that the header content becomes empty due to a conflict with a plugin installed on your website or some modifications made by one of your site managers in some areas.

    May we ask you to verify whether this issue started occurring after installing a specific plugin? If so, you might try deactivating the plugin and testing the site again to see if the issue persists.

    Furthermore, in your next response, please provide us with the WordPress admin access details, as we currently do not have them. This will allow us to investigate the issue more thoroughly if needed.

    We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to your update.

    Dear @Anurag,

    We have manually added the snippet for the first section of your homepage, and it is now functioning correctly. Please review it at your convenience:
    https://prnt.sc/U7wP9IqkHXJH, https://prnt.sc/yz-0jpIcqiVt.

    It is possible that the layout shift issue occurred because the “stretch option” was not disabled, as we previously suggested. Kindly check this setting here: https://prnt.sc/ubM7_pM503al.

    Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Dear @Chartnet,

    We hope you are doing well.

    We attempted to implement some test code changes; however, it appears that a CDN is active on your website, preventing us from seeing the modifications we made to the files.

    Could you kindly consider temporarily deactivating this feature or advising us on an alternative way to disable it for testing purposes?

    We appreciate your assistance and look forward to your response.

    Dear @CD,

    I hope you are doing well.

    Could you please update the previous CSS with the following modifications?

    .elementor-widget-theme-etheme_departments_menu .etheme-elementor-nav-menu.vertical > li:nth-child(1) .nav-sublist-dropdown,
    .elementor-widget-theme-etheme_departments_menu .etheme-elementor-nav-menu.vertical > li:nth-child(2) .nav-sublist-dropdown,
    .elementor-widget-theme-etheme_departments_menu .etheme-elementor-nav-menu.vertical > li:nth-child(5) .nav-sublist-dropdown {
        top: 0;
        transform: none;
    }

    As you can see from the snippet, we have added one additional line to assign the 5th item of the menu, ensuring that the dropdown aligns at the top. This adjustment allows for longer menu items, such as the one shown in the following example: https://prnt.sc/7LQjwUuZtGK9.

    If you need to apply similar changes to other items, you can count the preceding items and adjust the CSS accordingly. For reference, here is an improved version: https://prnt.sc/2VtYQ0-R8DDN.

    Thank you in advance for your assistance. Please let us know if you need any further clarification.

    Dear @TheOne,

    I hope you are doing well.

    Could you kindly provide us with the WP-Admin access credentials along with the URLs of the relevant products? This will allow us to investigate the issue for you.

    Additionally, please note that the waitlist feature was originally designed to function only for simple products. If you are seeing it on variable products, it is possible that some code modifications were made in your child theme, which may be causing this behavior.

    We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to your response.

    Dear @slw250@hotmail.com,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    The implementation of displaying variable products as simple ones requires forcing them to appear above all other products while ignoring the sorting options. This is due to the way the code modifies the SQL query, appending the necessary SQL injection before the sorting query. As a result, these products are displayed at the top without the possibility of being reordered.

    However, you may explore alternative solutions by using another plugin that offers this functionality with more advanced configuration settings. It is quite hardly possible to achieve this through theme code customization.

    Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Hello @Peter
    Currently we don’t see such notice in your dashboard so if you set the debug to false then just keep it like that. If such notice is still shown, please, provide us the url to the page where it is displayed and attach the correct ftp access.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Hello @Anurag,

    The stretch section functionality is a default feature of Elementor scripts. You may consider deactivating the stretch section option. After doing so, you can apply the following custom CSS to the specific section that was previously stretched using JavaScript:

    Steps:
    1. Edit the section.
    2. Navigate to the “Advanced” tab.
    3. Add the following CSS under “Custom CSS”:

    selector {
    left: 50%;
      margin-left: -50vw;
      margin-right: -50vw;
      max-width: 100vw;
      position: relative;
      right: 50%;
      width: 100vw;
    }

    Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Dear @CD,

    I hope you are doing well.

    Since there are a large number of items in the sublist, you may consider adding the following custom CSS to adjust the dropdown position for the first two items, ensuring they align with the top of the parent item:
    https://prnt.sc/TFQ59wQO8Td1

    .elementor-widget-theme-etheme_departments_menu .etheme-elementor-nav-menu.vertical > li:nth-child(1) .nav-sublist-dropdown,
    .elementor-widget-theme-etheme_departments_menu .etheme-elementor-nav-menu.vertical > li:nth-child(2) .nav-sublist-dropdown {
        top: 0;
        transform: none;
    }

    You can add this snippet to your “child-theme/style.css” file or navigate to “Theme Options -> Theme Custom CSS -> Global CSS” to apply it.

    Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Dear @Andrea,

    If you need to properly configure the free shipping feature by modifying the shipping methods and prices on checkout, we recommend referring to the WooCommerce documentation or using a plugin that provides this functionality.

    Please note that our progress bar is designed solely for showing such section with custom texts and calculating its designated area. The text displayed within the booster settings can be customized as needed, meaning free shipping is not a mandatory requirement. For example, the message could indicate that if the total order amount reaches $2,999, a gift will be added to the order. In such cases, the site managers would manually apply the offer when they verify the order total.

    Should you require further assistance, please feel free to reach out.

    Dear @Jamall,

    We hope you are doing well.

    Currently, the “XStore Ajaxify” option is enabled for certain widgets, which causes the content to load based on the visible scrolling area of the window. To ensure that the content is displayed immediately without waiting for JavaScript to load, we recommend disabling the “XStore Ajaxify” option for these elements. You can do so by following this link: https://prnt.sc/UVwPqMadaf6t.

    For your convenience, we have temporarily deactivated this option for those widgets on your home page so that you can review the results. Please check and let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Dear @anli75,

    We hope you are doing well.

    We have cleared the Elementor cache, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/Qomssb_2sXfc. After doing so, the header reappeared. While this is quite unusual, we believe there are a few possible reasons for the issue you encountered:

    1. A backup may have been restored on your website, either manually by someone or automatically by your server due to its configuration.
    2. The CDN cache may not have been clearing properly.

    Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Dear @Anurag,

    We hope you are doing well.

    We have attempted to test the issue multiple times but were unable to reproduce it. Could you kindly try uploading a different loader on your website and check if the issue persists? Alternatively, if this problem occurs only in specific cases on mobile devices, it might be more effective to disable the site preloader for mobile users.

    If you decide to proceed with this approach, you can add the following custom snippet to your “child-theme/style.css” file:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 768px) {
        body > .et-loader {
            display: none;
        }

    Dear @ubansal,

    I hope you are doing well.

    Could you kindly review the effect of the newly loaded products on the following demo?
    https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor3/grocery-mega-market/shop/

    Do you find the product loading effect satisfactory? If so, we would recommend trying our “XStore Archive Products Builder” (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-products-archive-builder-with-elementor/), which offers numerous advanced features and effects for product displays.

    Alternatively, you may use custom CSS; however, due to the structure, it may not achieve the same level of perfection. If you require additional customization, please feel free to submit your request here: https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel

    Such shadow is cropped by the overflow from Elementor styles -> https://prnt.sc/UJ6Cjt8aQFoT so as it is very specific you can add few lines CSS for such box-shadow arrows cases. CSS solution that you can add to any slider widget with bottom arrows and shadows on such slider:

    selector .etheme-elementor-swiper-entry.bottom .swiper {
        padding-bottom: 20px;
    }

    Note: padding depends on the shadow spread you have for arrows.

    Dear @alhamzamedia,

    I hope you are doing well.

    1. As you may have noticed, the dropdown option is not available for the cart element in the header on mobile devices (https://prnt.sc/_NyKqucn7CLt). This is due to UI/UX considerations. For this reason, we recommended using the “XStore Header Builder” based on “Elementor”, as it is better optimized, offers more features, and provides additional customization options.

    Additionally, there is a global option for cart content type https://prnt.sc/EPvuyhOiEJ-Q that ensures compatibility across all devices.

    If you would like to “forcefully enable the dropdown type” for the cart element in the mobile header from Customizer, you may add the following snippet (https://prnt.sc/6oh3ChBm3Gv7) to your “child-theme/functions.php” file:

    add_filter('theme_mod_cart_content_type_et-mobile', function() {
        return 'dropdown';
    });

    However, please note that this dropdown type functions only on “hover”, meaning that on mobile devices, users will be redirected upon clicking instead of seeing a hover effect (https://gyazo.com/9e3ea5da2301aa8da3796a68e33b5bb4).

    2. Kindly review the “cart element settings” for each of your multiple headers to ensure proper configuration (https://prnt.sc/zySUY1Suj2DL).

    3. The details regarding this issue have been explained in the first point.
