    Dear @Zamgra_Legacy,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Could you please provide the URL of the page where this section appears? This will help us better understand the issue and assist you more effectively.

    Additionally, we kindly recommend creating separate topics for each of your questions, rather than combining them into a single thread. This approach allows our support team to address each concern more efficiently and provide you with the highest level of assistance.

    Dear @Zamgra_Legacy,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    You can display specific content within the Custom tab by using dynamic tags, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/J4XjzmSChht4. For this reason, we recommended exploring the use of the Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) plugin. This plugin enables you to add custom content to your single product pages in backend and then display that content dynamically in any widget that supports dynamic tags.

    For more detailed information on how to use ACF fields with Elementor’s dynamic content feature, please refer to the following link: https://elementor.com/help/elementor-acf/.

    Should you have any further questions, feel free to contact us.

    Dear @Terpsauce,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Custom CSS snippets like the one you mentioned should not typically cause any conflicts. To assist you further, could you please share a screenshot showing the exact location where you placed the snippet? It’s possible that a missing comma or closing bracket “}” may be preventing the subsequent code from loading correctly.

    Additionally, please provide the URL of the product page where the swatches are displaying with incorrect sizing. This will allow us to investigate further, especially if our previous suggestions did not resolve the issue.

    Lastly, could you confirm whether the header displays correctly on your devices after removing the snippet we previously recommended for fixing the header position? We would appreciate it if you could compare it with the behavior shown in the videos we shared.

    Best regards,

    Dear @rayee,

    1. The “Filter by Categories” widget operates in AND query mode by default. This means that when you select a category and then click on another one, the filter will add the new category to the URL for redirection, rather than replacing the previous selection.

    If you require a different filtering behavior, we recommend using the default WooCommerce Product Categories widget, which may better suit your needs.

    Alternatively, if you would like to prevent users from selecting an additional category when one is already selected, you may use the following custom CSS snippet:

    .etheme_widget_cats_filter:has(.current-item) li:not(.current-item) a {
        pointer-events: none;
    }
    .etheme_widget_cats_filter:has(.current-item) li:not(.current-item, .etheme_sidebar-widget-list-expand):hover {
        cursor: not-allowed;
    }

    For guidance on where to place custom CSS, please refer to the following documentation:
    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/additional-customisation/optimal-placement-for-custom-css-code/

    If you wish to disable multiple categories filters for the Spotlight Categories widget, please refer to the solution provided in this post:
    https://www.8theme.com/topic/spotlight-categories-acts-different-if-clicked-once-or-twice/#post-435642

    2. Regarding your question about disabling the zoom effect on product images when hovering:
    We have already addressed this in a previous response:
    https://www.8theme.com/topic/i-have-attached-a-screenshot-for-my-questions/#post-441225

    To disable the zoom effect, please edit your Archive page and review the hover effect settings in the Archive Products widget. You can refer to the following screenshot for guidance:
    https://prnt.sc/uZQv3zt4ydkm

    Currently, the hover effect has been set to “disable” so you may verify that the changes meet your expectations.

    Dear @Zamgra_Legacy,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Please note that it is not feasible to ensure full compatibility with every plugin available globally, particularly those that are less widely used. The plugin you are currently using has approximately 1,000 active installations, which limits our ability to provide dedicated support for it.

    If you would like to display more specific product-based content on your single product pages, we recommend using the Advanced Custom Fields plugin, available at: https://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-custom-fields/. This plugin allows you to add custom fields to your product editor and display them on the front end using Elementor’s dynamic tags feature: https://developers.elementor.com/docs/dynamic-tags/.

    Should you require further customization beyond this, you are welcome to submit a request through your account at: https://www.8theme.com/account, under the Customization section.

    Dear @Andrews,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing significant delays when attempting to load your dashboard, due to a 524 error previously mentioned by @Alex Carter. It appears that this issue has not yet been resolved on your website.

    We kindly recommend reviewing your Dokan plugin configuration settings (https://dokan.co/docs/wordpress/all-vendors/store-category/), particularly the page assignments for the Dokan dashboard, vendor list, and other related pages. If you are still unable to locate the necessary options within the settings, we suggest reaching out to the Dokan support forum, as this issue seems to be related to the plugin’s configuration.

    Once the 524 error on your website has been resolved, we will be happy to assist you further by checking the Dokan plugin settings. At this time, however, we are unable to access the settings page due to the loading issue.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Dear @Rok,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    If you are using the Elementor builder to create your Search Results page, we kindly recommend that you also configure the Products Archive page using the same builder to ensure proper setup and compatibility.

    Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with the following:

    – Screenshots showing the details of the searchable product and any redirections you are experiencing.
    – FTP access credentials, so our team can further investigate and, if necessary, make adjustments to the theme files to help resolve the issue.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

    You are correct — the option you mentioned is currently missing from the list of available email types. However, we have already addressed this issue, and a fix is now available. You can apply the fix by installing patch #94102675.

    Dear @Elon,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Upon reviewing your website, we noticed that the current product reviews do not include star ratings. As a result, WooCommerce does not display these reviews on the product pages. Once a product receives a review that includes a star rating, the customer reviews will appear in the section you inquired about.

    For your reference, please see the screenshots below:
    https://prnt.sc/IUqR0iqZm32A
    https://prnt.sc/Muayeqf6-nJS

    This behavior is part of the default functionality of the WooCommerce plugin. We recommend testing with actual reviews that include star ratings to ensure proper display. At the moment, it appears that the imported reviews contain only text content without any rating, which is why they are not being shown.

    WooCommerce documentation about product ratings you can find on next link -> https://woocommerce.com/document/product-reviews/.

    Should you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Kingsley,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Kindly navigate to the Theme Options section, where you will find the specific setting you are looking for: https://prnt.sc/tO7oPgLVWEUS. Additionally, we have included a search panel within the Theme Options to help our customers easily locate the desired settings: https://gyazo.com/32b995dadf9618cb6aa595afbdd2068b.

    Please note: placing a video in the first position may potentially cause issues with sticky sections, as videos typically require more time to load compared to images. We recommend testing this configuration to ensure it meets your requirements.

    Dear @Nirmalya,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Since your products are built using Elementor, you can utilize the Elementor editor to add or modify sections for any product as needed. For better clarity and to ensure we provide the most accurate assistance, we kindly ask that you separate your inquiries into individual topics. Including detailed information such as screenshots will greatly help us in understanding your specific case and offering the best possible solution.

    Please note that, by default, payment methods are displayed beneath the cart form on single product pages. These settings are typically managed by the payment plugins you are using. We recommend referring to the documentation provided by those plugins for guidance on proper configuration and display options.

    For any new questions, we kindly request that you create separate topics for each.

    Dear @Ralf E,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    As outlined in our documentation (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/email-builder-translation/), we have tested the translation of our email templates using the WPML plugin, as it offers more flexible options for such use cases. However, some of our customers have also successfully used the Polylang plugin to translate email templates.

    For specific questions regarding the use of Polylang with custom post types such as our email templates, we kindly recommend reaching out directly to the Polylang support team. As the developers of the plugin, they are best equipped to provide accurate guidance and solutions.

    Regarding your other inquiry, it is possible to add custom buttons with your own URLs in translated emails. If Polylang does not support automatic URL translation for such buttons, this approach can serve as an effective alternative.

    Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Terpsauce,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    If you are not fully satisfied with the built-in Age Verification popup functionality provided by our theme, you have the option to create a custom popup using Elementor’s Popup Builder. This allows you to design and configure the popup according to your specific requirements by applying the appropriate conditions and filters.

    For detailed guidance on how to create your first popup with Elementor, please refer to their official documentation: https://elementor.com/help/how-do-i-create-my-first-popup/

    Dear @Terpsauce,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to kindly remind you that we have not yet received the URL of the demo from which you imported the content. Please note that in our older demos, the default shop layouts were used. However, your website appears to be utilizing the Elementor builder for configuring the shop layout.

    Elementor Archive Products builder employs entirely different widgets with their own set of options, which were specifically developed to meet the needs of the majority of our customers. As a result, some features available in the older default shop layouts may not be present in the new Elementor-based widgets.

    We appreciate your understanding and look forward to receiving the requested information to assist you further.

    It appears that a background has been applied both to the Breadcrumbs element (as shown in the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/UZz_A8v_tWyv) and to the section behind such widget. If you would prefer to display only the lighter dark background of the section, you can simply disable the background of the Breadcrumbs widget in its settings.

    To do this, please open the editor, navigate to the Breadcrumbs widget, and either reset its background or set it to a transparent color.

    Dear @Terpsauce,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    1. To adjust the color of the clear button in dark mode, you may use the following CSS:

    [data-mode=dark] .elementor-widget-theme-etheme_mobile_menu .etheme-search-input-form-wrapper .etheme-search-form-clear {
        color: #fff;
    }

    2. If you would like to apply custom CSS properties to the search button, you can use the following selector:

    .elementor-widget-theme-etheme_mobile_menu .etheme-search-form-button-wrapper

    For example:

    .elementor-widget-theme-etheme_mobile_menu .etheme-search-form-button-wrapper {
        color: red;
        background: blue;
    }

    3. Please note that we do not offer specific configuration options for the Search element within the mobile menu widget. This is because the mobile menu is designed to display only universal elements that are optimized for limited space. Advanced configuration options are available only for the original search widget used in the main header, and are not applicable to the mobile menu version.

    Dear @Elon,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to kindly reiterate that the issue you are experiencing originates from the Elementor plugin and not from our theme. For this reason, we previously recommended allowing some time for Elementor’s cache to refresh, which may resolve the issue automatically.

    Additionally, we shared a direct link to the Theme Builder interface for your convenience. This interface offers a simplified UI for managing your templates without complications:
    https://yourweb-site.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=elementor_library&tabs_group=theme

    Please note that we are fully committed to assisting with any bugs or issues directly related to our theme or plugins. However, as this particular issue stems from the Elementor plugin (you can check the console with dev tools and see the source of error) and cannot be reproduced in a local environment, our ability to provide a direct fix is limited. Furthermore, this appears to be a rare occurrence, as only a few users have reported similar concerns, most of whom were able to resolve the issue independently over time.

    Thank you for your understanding. Should you have any further questions or require assistance with our theme, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @yang qiaorun,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    It appears that the use of video content in your product pages may be causing a delay in loading, which in turn affects the proper calculation of sticky sections. To help resolve this issue, we kindly suggest trying one of our prebuilt templates to see if the problem persists.

    For cases like yours, we also recommend exploring our non-builder templates, which offer similar layouts and may provide a more stable experience.
