    Dear @PC a medida,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that the homepage template was previously set to “Default” which caused the header and footer to be inactive on the frontend of your website. To resolve this issue, we have updated the template to use the “Theme” option instead. You can view the change here: https://prnt.sc/5lfhKghPFet9

    Please take a moment to review the update and let us know if everything is now displaying as expected.

    Best regards,

    Dear @Amit Ghai,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Following our review, we have explored the possibility of enhancing the mobile menu content using custom CSS solutions. Unfortunately, this approach is not feasible at the moment.

    However, we encourage you to submit your request for improvements to the mobile dropdown functionality via our taskboard at: https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/. Alternatively, if you require additional customization, you may submit a request through your account at: https://www.8theme.com/account/.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Dear @Tienda Vicortech,

    Thank you for your message.

    As previously mentioned, the video you provided does not demonstrate the issue in question; it only displays the screen monitor related to your topic (https://gyazo.com/93ef66df1268b3e7b3a919ccc11dfd23).

    Kindly upload the correct video that clearly shows the problem, or alternatively, provide us with a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing. This will help us assist you more effectively.

    Dear @Kingsley,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    If your developer has recently switched the contact forms of Elementor, we kindly recommend consulting with them regarding the documentation and functionality of Elementor forms. It appears that HTML tags may either not be supported or could be encoded within the form fields. Therefore, it would be advisable to have your developer review any relevant filters or hooks that could help address this issue.

    Please note that this matter is not related to our theme support. For further assistance, we suggest referring to the official Elementor documentation or reaching out to their support forums.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Dear @Deborah,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Could you kindly check whether you are experiencing the same issue with the sticky bar on our demos ? Based on our investigation, it appears that the device you are using may have a specific configuration. According to discussions on Apple forums, certain style properties may be ignored on such devices.

    While we are happy to explore a tailored solution for you, we would need access to the same device model in order to replicate and analyze the issue accurately, as we are currently unable to reproduce it on our end.

    In the meantime, you may also consider checking relevant forums or resources for information regarding the behavior of fixed-position elements in the browser on your specific device.

    Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Hello @WaawStore,

    Thank you for your response.

    Settings of Fake Sale Popup can be saved now. Please check.

    Found that the issue was caused by saving emojis. Save your locations without emoji, for example, https://prnt.sc/IQogaQrdJNsZ
    Also, contact your hosting provider and ask them to fix the DB field’s collation type that didn’t support all emoji. Probably it is set to utf8_general_ci.
    Solution: Change the field collation type to utf8mb4_general_ci to support longer-byte emoji.

    Here you can find a description of the same issue https://support.advancedcustomfields.com/forums/topic/emoji-removed-from-custom-fields/

    We hope this helps. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.

    Dear @PipeKing,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    To help us manage customer inquiries more efficiently on our support forum, we kindly ask that you separate your questions into individual topics. This allows our support team to address each issue more effectively.

    As a suggestion, we recommend reviewing your system requirements and considering an upgrade to your server configuration. You may wish to contact your hosting provider to discuss potential improvements.

    Additionally, when creating a new topic, please provide our support team with detailed information regarding the loading issues you are experiencing – specifically, when the issue occurs and when you first noticed the slowdown.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    I hope this message finds you well.

    Could you please confirm whether separate email templates have been created for new orders – one for the customer and one for the admin? If not, we kindly ask you to create and properly configure these templates at your earliest convenience.

    Additionally, if you are still experiencing any issues, we would greatly appreciate it if you could share relevant screenshots or a short video to help us better understand the problem. Should further assistance be required, please provide us with access to your WordPress admin panel via the private area.

    Dear @Deborah,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Kindly take a moment to check sticky header. It appears that the XStore sticky header option has been applied to each container individually. For optimal functionality, the sticky header should be assigned to a single parent container, or alternatively, to specific child containers with appropriate conditions set for different devices (e.g., one child container for desktop and another for tablet and mobile).

    For further guidance, please refer to our video tutorial on this topic:
    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/video-tutotials/xstore-sticky-header-with-elementor/

    Dear @PipeKing,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Unfortunately, we have been unable to determine the exact cause of the redirection issue occurring exclusively on mobile devices. It is possible that there may be some custom code within your child theme that is contributing to this behavior.

    Please note that we are unable to fully investigate the issue, as it does not appear when using the responsive mode in a desktop browser – it only manifests on actual mobile devices.

    As a troubleshooting step, we kindly suggest temporarily disabling any caching and CDN plugins on your website to observe whether the issue persists without them. If the problem continues, you might consider creating a custom popup using Elementor’s built-in functionality, while keeping the default Age Verification popup disabled. You can find a helpful guide here: https://elementor.com/help/how-do-i-create-my-first-popup/

    We have made every effort to identify a solution, but unfortunately, we have not been successful so far. We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist further if needed.

    Dear @Deborah,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Kindly try adding the following custom CSS to your website and check from your device then:

    body .etheme-sticky-cart {
        top: 100%;
        bottom: auto;
        transform: translateY(-100%);
    }

    Dear @DebbieC,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    If the share options are currently not visible on your wishlist page it typically indicates that social media settings have not yet been configured in the Theme Options. You may refer to the following link for guidance: https://prnt.sc/OXBsilzRSGzV.

    To enable the share section for logged-in customers on their wishlist pages, please activate your preferred social media platforms via the Theme Options. You can find an example here: https://prnt.sc/OsWu-cQKs3Mb. Once configured, the share section should appear as shown in this preview: https://prnt.sc/teMYYbHxMe4F.

    Dear @Elon,

    We would like to inform you that we have disabled the “Mobile Optimization” setting (please refer to the screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/8-QEFABzuPja), as it may cause conflicts when a caching plugin is in use – and we have confirmed that such a plugin is currently active on your website. As a result of this adjustment, the mobile and desktop menus should now display correctly on their respective devices.

    Regarding the “Woven leather bag” page, the description is being pulled from the logged-in view, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/jC-rf_fRtVju. We have also reviewed the content in the Elementor editor (screenshot: https://prnt.sc/p71FShhMCg_w), and can confirm that the text is set within a Text Editor widget provided by Elementor.

    Please check the website again and let us know if you are still experiencing any issues. If so, kindly provide the URLs of the specific pages where the problems occur.

    Additionally, we kindly ask that you separate different questions into individual topics in the future. This will help us provide more accurate and efficient support, as the current topic title does not correspond to the issues discussed in this thread.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Dear @Tienda Vicortech,

    Thank you for your message.

    We have reviewed the video you provided; however, it only displays the current topic for approximately three minutes and does not show the actual website settings you have configured. In order to better understand and assist with the issue, we kindly ask that you share a more detailed video that clearly demonstrates the problem, including the relevant settings.

    Additionally, we recommend checking whether you have any plugins installed that manage product reindexing. Please note that if products are set to be hidden in the catalog, they are often not indexed, which is typically unrelated to our theme functionality.

    For further assistance regarding the indexing of hidden products, we also suggest reaching out to WooCommerce support (https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/), as they may be able to provide more specific guidance on this matter.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Could you please verify whether the email is sent correctly when the XStore Built-in Email Builder is either disabled or set to Development Mode via the Email Builder section in the XStore Control Panel?

    Additionally, we recommend temporarily disabling any third-party plugins and testing the email functionality again. If the issue does not occur with the default email settings, please ensure that the email type is configured correctly and test once more.

    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/support/cookies/

    If you are not fully satisfied with the built-in cookie consent popup, we recommend installing a third-party plugin that offers more features and customization options. One such plugin is shown in the following screenshot:
    https://prnt.sc/oJzTW9vvR3-q (Cookie Notice)

    3/ We kindly ask you to install the patcher with ID #94139426. Instructions for using the XStore patcher can be found in our documentation:
    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/how-to-use-xstore-patcher/

    4/ If you would like to change the color of the sale price in the search results, you may use the following CSS snippet in child-theme/style.css or Theme Options -> Theme Custom CSS:

    .etheme-search-form-item-price ins .amount {

    Dear @DebbieC,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    3. Kindly add the following CSS snippet to your website:

    .xstore-wishlist-form .add-all-products {
        display: none;
    }

    4. We have successfully added the XStore Wishlist page to your main menu. You may view it here: https://gyazo.com/8de0fbb3ad31bbe1750c7b28c9e8e5c1

    Please note that after making changes to your menu items, it is necessary to clear the SiteGround (SG) cache to ensure the updates are reflected correctly. You can refer to the following screenshots for guidance:
    – Cache clearing: https://prnt.sc/PsY51whQctD5
    – Frontend view: https://prnt.sc/6txTi6APhbFM

    5. Please be advised that the XStore Wishlist feature does not support sharing wishlist items for users who are not logged in. This limitation was previously mentioned in our earlier response.

    7. Regarding the error message you encountered while attempting to save the snippet: this issue occurs because your server does not permit file modifications directly from the WordPress dashboard. You can verify this by attempting to add any code to your child theme’s functions.php file or by trying to resave the file – both actions should result in the same error.

    In such cases, we recommend using FTP access to make the necessary changes, or alternatively, contacting your hosting provider to enable file editing capabilities from the dashboard.

    5. Lastly, we suggest disabling the old wishlist plugin and configuring the XStore Wishlist instead. At present, there appear to be conflicts related to URLs, pages, and other elements that may affect functionality.

    Should you have any further questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @Qamar Corporation,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    While attempting to access your dashboard to investigate the reported issue, we encountered a verification step that requires a code sent to your email address (https://prnt.sc/t4TjYsh40vaO). We kindly request that you either temporarily disable this authentication requirement or provide us with an alternative method for easier access to your dashboard, without the need for additional verification steps.

    Additionally, we recommend reviewing your server configuration. It is possible that the current memory limit or other server settings may not meet the requirements for Elementor to function properly, which could be affecting the editor’s performance.

    We also suggest clearing your browser cache before beginning any work. Furthermore, clearing your browser cookies may help resolve certain issues; however, please note that doing so will log you out of any websites you are currently signed into on that device. These actions can be performed through your browser settings, depending on the browser you are using.

    Thank you for your attention to these matters. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you need further assistance.

    Dear @MonnaChu,

    Hello, and thank you for reaching out to us. Please accept our apologies for the delayed response, as our support team was unavailable over the weekend.

    We have reviewed your concerns and would like to address them as follows:

    1. It appears that you are using a third-party plugin, Iconic WooThumbs, to display the product gallery. The delay in loading the thumbnails is related to the plugin’s code and not associated with our theme. As we provide support exclusively for our own products, we kindly recommend contacting the plugin’s support team for further assistance. However, as a temporary solution, you may try adding the following CSS snippet to ensure the thumbnails are visible:

    body .iconic-woothumbs-all-images-wrap.iconic-woothumbs-all-images-wrap--layout-slider .iconic-woothumbs-thumbnails {
           visibility: visible;
       }

    2. To ensure that the product tabs are displayed even before they are fully loaded, you can use the following CSS snippet:

    body .woocommerce-tabs:not(.loaded) {
           visibility: visible;
           opacity: 1;
       }

    3. The loading time of your shop page is influenced by your server configuration and the number of products displayed per page. Currently, you have set 30 products per page. For optimal performance, we recommend reducing this number to 12–16 products per page. You can adjust this setting by navigating to Theme Options → WooCommerce → Product Catalog.

    4. Regarding the mega menu layout issue, we were unable to identify any problems based on the information provided. Kindly share a video demonstrating the issue so we can investigate further. For reference, here is what we currently see: https://gyazo.com/747a4de202080b60e258ee0c5bdafdf9

    5. We suggest reducing the number of items in your carousel or considering a simpler widget, as the current one is quite resource-intensive due to its Elementor code structure. If your goal is to display product categories, we recommend using the “Spotlight Categories” widget included with our theme. You can view an example of this widget on our demo site here: https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor3/grocery-mega-market/shop/ (screenshot: https://prnt.sc/VEhx13SiG7Dk)

    The solution we have provided addresses the issue you raised regarding the position of the % symbol. As this is the first request we have received for such a feature, we believe the current solution is appropriate for your needs.

    Should we receive additional requests for a similar issue in the future, we will certainly consider implementing a separate option. However, at this time, since the request is unique to your case, we believe the proposed solution is suitable.

    Thank you for your understanding.
