Age Verification Form error it redirects to different website on mobile device.

    Issue with Age Verification Form Redirect

    The Age Verification Form is behaving inconsistently across devices. On desktop, it correctly stays on the same page after verification. However, on mobile devices, it redirects users to a different website (new.pipe420.com) instead of staying on pipe420.com.

    Please advise or help us fix this redirection issue.

    Based on your video, we can see that the website address remains the same, but it redirects to a single product page. It appears that the link to this page has been added to the banner: https://prnt.sc/B-5V_N6SZ5sL.

    Please note that this behavior does not occur when accessing the site via the Chrome browser on an Android device. Therefore, it seems that the issue you described is specific to iPhone devices.

    In order to investigate this further and assist you effectively, could you please provide us with temporary FTP access?

    Unfortunately, we have been unable to determine the exact cause of the redirection issue occurring exclusively on mobile devices. It is possible that there may be some custom code within your child theme that is contributing to this behavior.

    Please note that we are unable to fully investigate the issue, as it does not appear when using the responsive mode in a desktop browser – it only manifests on actual mobile devices.

    As a troubleshooting step, we kindly suggest temporarily disabling any caching and CDN plugins on your website to observe whether the issue persists without them. If the problem continues, you might consider creating a custom popup using Elementor’s built-in functionality, while keeping the default Age Verification popup disabled.     I’ll be disabling this feature for now then,
    But another thing I am facing is about the resources problem Xtheme / Core plugin is taking up so much of resources even if there is no traffic can you please check?
