Sorry, but it’s beyond our support scope to customize 3rd-party plugins. As you can see it works the same way with default WordPress theme (Twenty Fifteen theme or other one).

The issue with tabs is related to the plugin “Woocommerce Product Tab Pro” and the same problem persists with default WordPress theme too. You need contact the plugin author regarding this question.

I’ve added the code in CSS block of Visual Composer editor to remove space under the slider: http://storage2.static.itmages.com/i/15/0625/h_1435227549_2633514_173d6291c0.png and added margin-bottom value of “0px” to the first row in the row settings: http://storage4.static.itmages.com/i/15/0625/h_1435227624_8942970_f5efac2ae4.png
You can do the same for other rows.

2. You had the option “Enable languages area” disabled in Theme Options > Header. I’ve enabled it. Now your content is shown in the top bar.
