Gaps in between sections - by Laylak - on WordPress WooCommerce support

How do I remove gaps in between elements/sections? For example, I may have an all white section and then the next one is black, but there will be a white gap in between them. Messes up the flow of the page. This is affecting the following pages: homepage, the bombshell academy, and contact (extra lines at top)
