Multi tabs doesn't work fine with new theme version

Hi, I’ve upgraded Royal theme to the last available version but I noticed a bug… I use multiple tabs plugin to show different product features but now the acordion tab doesn’t work fine because it opens content at the end of all menu link and not under his relative link. Besides in mobile version when I open a product page I see all tabs open in the content area.
Could you help me please? Thank you for your support!

Hi, I have solved the error who shows white page. It was showed because theme didn’t work 🙁
Now I have downloaded the last version of the theme and I have installed it but website gives me an error
Notice: Undefined variable: options in /web/htdocs/www.carpetbroker.it/home/wp-content/themes/royal/framework/theme-options.php on line 2451

Then I must say to you that theme is too slow… even in the backend side… why?

Could you help me please?

Hi,
thank you, now web site works fine.

But I have to ask you to look at previous issues because they still remain.

At the following page you can see that accordion tabs don’t work fine because they open content at the end of all menu links and not under each relative link.

Besides in mobile version if you open a product page all tabs are always opened in the content area.
You can see it dragging the browser window simulating a mobile device.

Hello,

The issue with tabs is related to the plugin “Woocommerce Product Tab Pro” and the same problem persists with default WordPress theme too. You need contact the plugin author regarding this question.

Hello,

Sorry, but it’s beyond our support scope to customize 3rd-party plugins. As you can see it works the same way with default WordPress theme (Twenty Fifteen theme or other one).
