    Hello @Omar Quddam,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    At the moment, we do not offer a feature that allows users to switch between light and dark styles directly on the frontend. However, you can enable the dark mode as the default style for your entire website through the Theme Options.

    We kindly ask that you create separate topics for different questions. If your main inquiry in this topic has been resolved, please feel free to mark it as closed.

    Thank you for your understanding and for adhering to our support guidelines.

    Hello @Ali Can Yildiz,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We have reviewed your website and, based on our observations, we did not encounter any issues with the slider element, as shown in the following screenshot: https://gyazo.com/452702448153ff4f9c5f6d25ace0fb9c.

    To assist you more effectively, could you kindly provide us with the specific settings or configuration you have applied to the slider widget? We would like to understand whether the issue occurs only under certain conditions or with particular options enabled.

    Hello @kmc,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We have noticed that the following custom CSS has been added under WP Code snippets (https://gyazo.com/139b4c0db26f5de8662ef947565da7ed):

    .single-product .onsale {
        font-size: 18px;
        top: 50px !important;
    }

    Please note that this code applies the specified styles to all .onsale badges displayed across all sections of the single product page.

    If your intention is to apply these changes exclusively to the sale badge within the product gallery on the single product page, we recommend updating the code as follows:

    .images-wrapper .onsale {
        font-size: 18px;
        top: 50px !important;
    }

    This adjustment will ensure that the styling is limited to the desired section.

    Hello @Khurram Virk,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that the issue has been resolved by adjusting the Elementor settings to load styles as an external file, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/268xYvwjEFu3. This method is also recommended for improved performance.

    Previously, the styles were set to load internally. However, since the static block is loaded separately from the main page content, the styles were not being properly inserted into the head tag, which caused the issue.

    We have now applied the necessary changes, and the popup is loading correctly. You may verify it here: https://prnt.sc/pMO5Jrh5ZUPH.

    Should you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Hello @Nicolo,

    Thank you for your message.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to achieve both stretched and sticky tabs using CSS alone. The tabs can either remain sticky, as they are currently, or be stretched, but in that case, they will not retain the sticky behavior.

    We appreciate your understanding.

    Hello @Plethora,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Our support team will follow up on their response, as we are also interested in the compatibility of their plugin with the Elementor builder. This may be the first instance where the plugin was found to be incompatible, so we believe it would be beneficial for them to address this issue.

    We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we work towards a resolution.

    Hello @Nicolo,

    As previously mentioned, it appears that your website is displaying cached styles. You can verify this by checking the following file:
    https://elmate.no/wp-content/themes/xstore/style.css
    This file currently shows version 9.5.3.

    However, when viewed from the admin panel, the correct version 9.5.4 is displayed, as shown in the following screenshot:
    https://gyazo.com/78c5f52342988a02941f7e3bee5d9d0f

    We kindly ask you to review your server’s cache settings and ensure that the latest version of the styles is being used.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Hello @Darin Philip,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Could you kindly provide us with a real example of the product for which you would like to display a custom price? For instance, if the price set in the WooCommerce settings is $20, it still appears as $20 on the single product page.

    We would like to clarify whether you intend to display a custom price—retrieved from your separate request—exclusively for the Salesmax Booster, or if this should also apply to other areas of your website.

    To help us better understand your requirements, we would greatly appreciate it if you could share a screenshot indicating where the original price (set in the backend) is displayed, as well as the areas where you would like the custom price (from the external server source) to appear.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Hello @Luca Rossi,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that the issue you encountered is related to a known bug in Elementor sections concerning column proportions, where one column is set to 69.97% and the other to 30%. Additionally, the default column alignment within the section is set to “left,” which contributes to the misalignment.

    To address this, we have implemented a custom solution, which you can view here:
    https://prnt.sc/TjYCZIplcBu1

    The resulting frontend display can be seen at the following link:
    https://gyazo.com/a1ae29789244b0d7f3788b99bcee2d8c

    Should you wish to apply this solution to other sections across your menu items, you are welcome to use the same approach.

    Please do not hesitate to reach out if you need further assistance.

    Hello @Nicolo,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    To address your concern, please enable the “Stretch Container” option located in the XStore Layout settings under the Containers section. You may refer to the following screenshot for guidance: https://prnt.sc/6ijKiBLee_-Q.

    Additionally, we recommend clearing your website cache after making this change. It appears that cached styles (https://prnt.sc/KyEvKj-1u2C6) may be preventing the newly applied settings from displaying correctly on the frontend.

    Should you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Hello @Plethora,

    Thank you for submitting your topic.

    We kindly suggest that you share this topic with the plugin’s author, as we are interested in understanding how to display their features on pages built with the Elementor builder using custom widgets that do not include the default WooCommerce hooks.

    Additionally, could you please confirm whether the features from your plugin are displayed when the mentioned widgets (WooCommerce hooks) are added to such pages?

    Hello @engeldeluxe,

    You may use padding to create spacing, as the stretch feature is designed to work with margins values. It is logical that if you are using a stretch container, additional spacing around it is unnecessary – otherwise, it would no longer function as a true stretch container.

    Hello @OnlyCBD,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Could you kindly confirm whether the following frontend layout meets your requirements?
    Preview: https://gyazo.com/0f45af536419847411b467758e84c8e6

    To achieve this layout, we have implemented the following custom CSS in the Theme Options:

    .header-wrapper .et-off-canvas-wide .et-content .smax-offers:has(.smax-offer:not(:empty) + .smax-offer:not(:empty)),
    .mobile-header-wrapper .et-off-canvas-wide .et-content .smax-offers:has(.smax-offer:not(:empty) + .smax-offer:not(:empty)) {
     max-height: 220px;

    Hello @Siddharth,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    The button is not currently displayed because the Shop page has not been configured in your WooCommerce settings. As shown in the following screenshot (https://prnt.sc/NR5YDC041Fcy), without a designated Shop page, the system does not have a URL to redirect customers to, which prevents the button from appearing.

    We kindly recommend that you configure the Shop page in your WooCommerce settings to resolve this issue.
