    Hello XStore Support Team,

I have created a template from Products Archive and set up the filters in the sidebar to display categories and price ranges.

However, I am facing the following issues:

    Price Filter:

When selecting a price range, sometimes it just keeps loading indefinitely.

Other times, it does nothing and does not filter the products.

    Category Filter:

Not all categories are displayed, even though they are active in WooCommerce and have products assigned.

Please see the attached screenshot where you can notice that when I select a price range, it just keeps loading without applying any filter.

Could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue?
I look forward to your guidance.

    Thank you,
    Enmanuel Rostran

    Hello @Enmanuel Rostran
We could not check the issue with your filters as you have some ip blocks -> https://gyazo.com/4389a71743dca9f4474c9e9f28d11632. Could you please, disable them temporary so we could check from our side ?

    Hello Jack,

Thanks for the heads-up. I’ve removed the IP blocks—everything is now unlocked

    Hello @Enmanuel Rostran,

We hope this message finds you well.

It appears that the issue you are experiencing may be related to the CDN settings configured on your website, specifically through the following service: https://hb.wpmucdn.com/.

Could we kindly ask you to temporarily disable the CDN and check if the issue persists afterward?

Additionally, could you please confirm whether this issue is limited to the AJAX filters, or if you are encountering similar problems in other areas of the website as well?

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Best regards,

    Hello Jack,

I’ve disabled the CDN (hb.wpmucdn.com) and the original issue is resolved—thanks.

However, I’m now seeing two problems:

When sorting products by Price: low to high, the first five positions show up as empty/blank entries (no product data displayed).

I’m not receiving email notifications for new orders—no emails are coming through when an order is placed.

    Hello @Enmanuel Rostran,

We kindly ask that you create separate topics for each individual question to help us address your concerns more efficiently.

Additionally, could you please provide a video demonstrating the issue you are experiencing? You may upload the video to a file-sharing service such as https://fex.net/ and share the link with us.

Regarding the issue with new order emails not being sent, we recommend testing this functionality using a default WordPress theme such as Storefront. Since you are not using our built-in email customizer, this will help determine whether the issue is related to the theme or to another component. Further guidance on this matter can also be found in the official WooCommerce documentation and support forums.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Best regards,

    Hello @Enmanuel Rostran,

We hope this message finds you well.

We kindly request that you disable the cache on your end. Although we have currently disabled the Ajax filters option, it appears that the filters are still being loaded via Ajax when accessed through an incognito tab. This suggests that the previous version may be cached, which is preventing us from accurately identifying the issue related to the product display.

Your assistance in disabling the cache will help us proceed with a more effective investigation.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Best regards,

    Hello Team,

I’ve already disabled the cache and also disabled the caching plugin completely so you can proceed with the tests without any cached versions interfering. Please check again and let me know if you need any further adjustments on my side.

    Best regards,

    Hello @Enmanuel Rostran,

We hope this message finds you well.

We have investigated the issue and found that it is caused by the following custom code snippet: “ocultar categoria navidad” (please refer to the screenshot here: https://gyazo.com/16ad553ea34168a916b4302462768442). Once this snippet is disabled, the Ajax filters function correctly and display the products as expected.

Therefore, we can confirm that the issue is related to the custom code you have implemented and is not a bug in our theme.

    Thank you for your understanding.
