    Hello @Filip,

Thank you for sharing the details of your tests. We appreciate your efforts, and it appears that we were aligned in our observations.

The primary cause of the performance slowdown is related to the WooCommerce cart fragments script. You can find similar reports and discussions on this issue in the official WooCommerce GitHub repository: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/31981.

As for your current setup, there are two possible solutions:

    1. You may disable the off-canvas content, as you have already discovered in the Cart Widget settings.
    2. Alternatively, if the cart fragments script is active, you can disable it via Theme Options → Speed Optimization.

Additionally, we recommend reviewing the following article, which provides further insights into the use and impact of the cart fragments script: https://www.businessbloomer.com/woocommerce-why-how-to-disable-ajax-cart-fragments/.

Please note that we are currently experiencing a high volume of support requests. However, our development team is actively working on performance improvements, and the test results you have provided are valuable in helping us enhance our theme.

Thank you once again for your input and understanding.

    Best regards,

    Hello @Daniele,

We hope this message finds you well.

Kindly check the following link for the latest update: https://prnt.sc/FRQE4f8E0SVr. We have disabled the unused widgets using the Elementor Elements Manager (https://elementor.com/help/element-manager/).

If you require the use of all widgets, we recommend reviewing your server configuration. The 500 error appearing in the browser console is likely due to insufficient memory allocated on your server. For more information, please refer to the following article: https://elementor.com/help/500-error/.

Should you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Hello @Siddharth,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to bring to your attention a custom CSS rule currently applied on your site, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/QzkspxRnJKhg. This rule appears to prevent the variation form from displaying when a product variation is out of stock.

Please note that this behavior only occurs when the widget contains the #addto-cart ID, which is not present in our theme’s default code. Based on our review of your child theme files (https://prnt.sc/5wWt9QEzKsG8), it seems that some customizations may have been made on your end.

To further investigate the issue, we recommend testing the functionality with the parent theme activated to determine whether the problem persists. We have also conducted tests in our local environment and were unable to replicate the issue.

Should you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Hello @CG,

    Thank you for your message.

To edit the local content of the current product, please access the product’s backend editor and then open the Elementor editor, as mentioned in our previous response.

If you wish to modify the global Single Product template (which is applied to all individual product pages), you can do so by navigating to:
XStore Builders → Single Product Builder → Elementor Editor (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-single-product-builder-with-elementor/).

Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, kindly provide us with screenshots indicating the specific sections you would like to edit. This will help us assist you more effectively.

    Dear @Siddharth,

We hope this message finds you well.

We have not yet identified the exact cause of the disappearance of the mega menus. However, we suspect that it may be related to caching on your server.

If you are able to observe the issue on your end, we kindly ask that you provide us with your feedback. This will greatly assist us in investigating the matter further. Without this information, it is difficult for us to determine an appropriate solution.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Hello @Plethora,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Could you please provide us with the steps to reproduce the issue? Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could share the URL of the product that triggered the error.

We have also noticed that the plugin you mentioned is not widely used, which may be contributing to the issue—specifically, it might be applying incorrect value types to WooCommerce hooks.

We look forward to your response.

    Hello @Plethora,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to follow up regarding the inquiry, as it appears that there is still no response to the question about how to display that plugin’s features on pages built with the Elementor builder using custom widgets that do not include the default WooCommerce hooks.

Additionally, we would like to mention that the free PRO Elements plugin offers most of the features available in Elementor PRO (including the WooCommerce widgets). Therefore, we kindly ask whether the developers of the Gift Wrapper for WooCommerce plugin can confirm compatibility with Elementor PRO and/or PRO Elements.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Hello @MAHDAR,

We hope this message finds you well.

    1. Please note that the following option was disabled in your settings: https://prnt.sc/3u1LGrc3P_L4.

    2. The attribute information is not being displayed in your mini-cart due to customizations you have implemented: https://gyazo.com/bb5050ae410394200ad6b1c4f54e0f31. Additionally, the custom CSS you have written does not follow the correct structure, as it requires a “selector” prefix: https://gyazo.com/6bb4fe1d23d31f21ee5dd4fabf582859.

    3. The styling of the PayPal buttons can be configured within the PayPal section settings. Alternatively, you may refer to the official PayPal documentation for further guidance. Please note that applying custom CSS directly is not a straightforward solution, as the buttons are rendered within an iframe.

    Dear @Enmanuel Rostran,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We have provided a response to your inquiry in the following forum post:
    https://www.8theme.com/topic/issue-with-category-and-price-filters-in-products-archive/#post-452932

Regarding the issue with new order emails not being sent, we recommend testing this functionality using a default WordPress theme such as Storefront. Since you are not using our built-in email customizer, this will help determine whether the issue is related to the theme or to another component. Further guidance on this matter can also be found in the official WooCommerce documentation and support forums.

Have you had a chance to perform a test using a default theme? Additionally, we suggest verifying whether email sending functions are working correctly on your server. You may wish to contact your hosting provider for further assistance in this regard.

Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Hello @Abhinandan,

We hope this message finds you well.

The JavaScript issues you are currently experiencing in the browser console appear to be related to the configuration of your LiteSpeed Cache plugin. Specifically, the problem seems to stem from the combination of scripts into a single file.

As a temporary troubleshooting step, we recommend disabling the LiteSpeed Cache plugin to determine whether the issue persists. If disabling the plugin resolves the problem, we suggest reviewing the plugin’s settings. Please note that not all scripts are compatible with combination, so it may be necessary to exclude certain scripts from this process.

Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Hello @Parag,

We hope this message finds you well.

As we described in previous reply:

We would like to inform you that two-factor authentication is still enabled on your account, as shown in the following screenshot: https://gyazo.com/423f6b1e7b309130147121aacebb0bcd.

If you are satisfied with the current shop layout without utilizing the PRO Elements plugin, we recommend disabling the plugin. This will allow you to retain the default layout of the shop page on your website without any issues as you have when such plugin is active.

It appears that we are currently unable to access your cPanel due to incorrect login credentials. In this case, we suggest keeping the PRO Elements plugin disabled and continuing with the default layout.

However, if you still require our assistance, we kindly ask that you verify and provide the correct cPanel access credentials. Please ensure that everything is functioning properly on your end before sharing the access details with us.

    Hello @Enmanuel Rostran,

We hope this message finds you well.

We have investigated the issue and found that it is caused by the following custom code snippet: “ocultar categoria navidad” (please refer to the screenshot here: https://gyazo.com/16ad553ea34168a916b4302462768442). Once this snippet is disabled, the Ajax filters function correctly and display the products as expected.

Therefore, we can confirm that the issue is related to the custom code you have implemented and is not a bug in our theme.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Hello @Darin Philip,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to suggest the following solution for your development team regarding the customization of the booster template.

Since you have already successfully copied the booster template into your child theme, you are now able to make modifications to the output of this booster in accordance with the template you are using.

As shown in the template file, it is possible to retrieve custom pricing based on the product ID. Please refer to the following screenshot for clarification: https://prnt.sc/JklAvmnUsJyU.

You can then assign your custom prices to each booster item by modifying the relevant attributes. For instance, if you retrieve bundled prices based on product ID within the loop:

    foreach ($products as $key => $local_product):

And the prices are as follows:
    "2: 23, 5: 19"

This means that for a quantity of 2, the price is 23, and for a quantity of 5, the price is 19. Based on this logic, you can implement custom conditions and update the values of the “data-price” and “data-quantity” attributes accordingly, using data from your custom database table (https://gyazo.com/03f186ecd0314bb48a38d2da70b64a44).

These changes will affect the frontend display. However, to ensure consistency, you will also need to update the pricing logic on the cart and checkout pages. To do this, we recommend reviewing the relevant hooks and filters in the following file:

    salesmax/app/Controllers/Store/Cart.php

You can apply your custom prices based on the cart data (product ID and quantity). The following filters are particularly important for updating prices with values from your custom table:

    smax_cart_item_discount_price_html
    smax_cart_item_discount_price

Additionally, if your developers are familiar with PHP and have programming experience, you may either provide them with access to your environment or send them the plugin archive. This will allow them to review the necessary filters and hooks directly.

Should you have any further questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Hello @Abhinandan,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to inform you that the main image on your homepage (non-AMP version) is currently not displaying, as shown in the attached screenshot. This issue is likely due to missing or outdated image thumbnails. To resolve this, we recommend regenerating your images using a plugin such as Regenerate Thumbnails Advanced (https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails-advanced/) or a similar tool.

Additionally, regarding the lazy load functionality you wish to exclude, please note that the setting you are attempting to disable pertains to browser-level lazy loading. However, the actual lazy loading behavior is being managed by your caching plugin. We suggest reviewing your cache plugin settings to properly exclude specific images from lazy loading.

Please also be aware that the AMP version of your website is developed in accordance with the strict guidelines set by the AMP Project (https://amp.dev/). These guidelines limit the use of certain HTML tags and styles to ensure compatibility and validation by Google. To meet these requirements, we have implemented a universal layout for specific pages, making them fully AMP-compliant and optimized for mobile devices.

Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Hi @CG,

    Thank you for your update.

Regarding the website speed, please note that performance optimization is a complex task that involves multiple aspects of your website — including plugins configuration, image optimization, caching, server performance, and more.

To demonstrate the potential of our XStore theme, we’ve prepared an example here:
    https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-woocommerce-1476984-5641372-cloudwaysapps-com/adlln2dhwa?form_factor=desktop
As you can see, our theme is capable of achieving a 98+ score on mobile and 100+ on desktop, which is a rare result for any e-commerce theme.

We kindly recommend checking the following on your website:

    – Optimize all images (use modern formats like WebP and compress them properly)
    – Configure a caching plugin (such as WP Rocket)
    – Ensure your server is properly optimized for WordPress and WooCommerce
    – Minimize the use of heavy third-party plugins

All of these factors significantly affect website speed and performance.

Please note that such performance optimization is outside the scope of our support, as per Envato’s support policy.

If you are using the Single Product layout built with the Elementor page builder, we kindly suggest checking the settings of the Product Images widget. There, you will find the lightbox option, which allows you to configure the desired action when an image is clicked.

    Hello @Enmanuel Rostran,

We hope this message finds you well.

We kindly request that you disable the cache on your end. Although we have currently disabled the Ajax filters option, it appears that the filters are still being loaded via Ajax when accessed through an incognito tab. This suggests that the previous version may be cached, which is preventing us from accurately identifying the issue related to the product display.

Your assistance in disabling the cache will help us proceed with a more effective investigation.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Hello @Recep,

We hope this message finds you well.

Regarding the issue with manual sorting of products, we would like to inform you that it is related to the saving action of the Select2 field, which is currently managed by the Elementor plugin’s code. As you may have noticed, other users have also raised similar concerns, but unfortunately, there has been no response from the Elementor development team thus far.

In the meantime, we recommend using tags or categories to filter and display specific products. Alternatively, you may consider using the Products Grid, List, or Carousel widget to showcase your items based on different sorting options such as date, title, random order, price, menu order, or sales.
