You shouldn’t worry about those notices. They won’t affect your site at all. We edited Woocommerce files in wp-content/themes/idstore/woocommerce directory and old version may be written in those files. But, please don’t worry, as the original version is written in wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates directory.
So you can hide this message or you can fix it by editing the files in wp-content/themes/idstore/woocommerce directory and change the version to the current Woocommerce version that you’re using.

Unfortunately Classico theme doesn’t have Brands element. You can add brands using Image Gallery or Single Image elements in Visual Composer editor, upload brands images and add links for them in the element settings.

You need create Blog page in wp-admin panel > Pages section, select Default template for it, then go to Settings > Reading and select your Blog page as Posts page.
Then go to Theme Options > Blog Layout and select the layout you want.
