Hello there,
I have installed on 4.2.4 WordPress the v2.2 version of Lgenda.
For some reason, i got some issues:
First of all, some product have some visual issues:

http://cloud9wines.co.uk/product/pater-2012-2/
You can observer that the background is black and thath Related Product is not ok. IT should be like this – http://cloud9wines.co.uk/product/blanc-de-gresa-2011
This is only one problem. The 2nd issue, is from blog posts : http://cloud9wines.co.uk/knowledge/
U can see that in last posted article, LINKS doesnt work. What may be the cause of all this issues?

Hello,

Please update the theme to the latest version.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/legenda/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

Hell there,
I have updated the theme to the latest version and wordpress too. The issues are still there.
I have a bug even with wpbakery Visual Composer:
I cant delete this two items : http://postimg.org/image/3r3eir0nb/

Hello,

Please provide us with FTP credentials.
As I see related products has the same background as the whole site:

Do you want to change white background color of images?

Hello,
That black background color is the problem. It should be white. Two products have background color ( I dont know why, but they have footer color and claas – black ) and the rest of them have white background. Even that related products is going wrong. Look tat last product. Is not inline with others.

Hello,

As I see the problem with black background persists for the products with tag “Spanish wines”. Try to remove this tag.
