Import ess_grid.json shows Ajax Error!!!

    Dear Service,

    When I import ess_grid.json and check all the files as oeverwrite mode to Ess. Grid, there shows “Ajax Error!!!”.

    Is there something wrong? How to fix it?
    The ess_grid.json file that I choice is from 「XML files > sidebar」.

    Hello,

    Please ask your hosting provider to increase value for post_max_size function to 40M.
    After that try to import the file.
