    Hello @hdowthwaite,

I hope this message finds you well.

We kindly request temporary FTP access to your staging website in order to further investigate and assist with the issue you are experiencing.

Additionally, please note that the popup layout is currently styled according to the default layout settings for the single product page, as configured under Theme Options → WooCommerce → Single Product. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify these settings at the moment due to some JavaScript errors, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/wM5Jh4l9aqZl

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to resolving this matter promptly.

    Dear @Plethora,

    Thank you for your message.

As you have already conducted a test with the WP Rocket plugin disabled and the issue still persists, it is possible that the problem may be related to the WooCommerce plugin itself.

We kindly recommend performing a test using the default [woocommerce_cart] shortcode on your cart page, instead of the current XStore Elementor widget. Additionally, for more accurate troubleshooting, we suggest temporarily switching to a default WordPress theme such as Storefront.

Please let us know the results of these tests so we can assist you further.

    Hello @Tommy,

We hope this message finds you well.

We attempted to switch themes on the website you mentioned. However, due to the use of a CDN on your site, we are unable to properly test the script loading times. The website continues to display the XStore theme, even after we activated the Storefront theme, likely due to caching. Could you please, temporary disable the CDN on your staging web-site or provide us the video of test with default theme active and another video comparing to the test with our theme.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Hello @harshana,

Thank you for reaching out to us and for considering XStore for your upcoming project — myhitchbookings.com. We appreciate the detailed overview of your goals and current setup.

    Regarding your inquiries:

    1. Compatibility with PluginHive Bookings & Appointments:
While XStore is built to be compatible with a wide range of third-party plugins, including booking solutions, we have not officially tested PluginHive – WooCommerce Bookings & Appointments with XStore. However, as long as the plugin follows standard WooCommerce practices, it should work correctly with our theme, including the Single Product Builder. We recommend testing the plugin in a staging environment to ensure full compatibility with your specific configuration.

    2. Booking Form Placement with Elementor and Single Product Builder:
If the booking form is added via a shortcode or WooCommerce hook, you can use the Single Product Builder to place it in the desired location on the product page. Additionally, if the plugin provides Elementor widgets, you can use them directly within the product layout.

    3. Recommended Demo/Layout for Booking or Service Websites:
While XStore is primarily designed for e-commerce, several of our demos can be adapted for service-based or booking websites. We recommend starting with the “Service,” “Beauty,” or “Medical” demos, as they offer clean layouts and are well-suited for appointment-based businesses. These demos can be customized further using Elementor and the Single Product Builder to match your specific needs.

It is not possible to have the best demo with all layouts and content that can be simply imported on your web-site with not changes. However you can import the demo for testing and then use the “Content remover” functionality if such demo is not correct for your needs.

We understand the importance of starting with the right configuration, and we are here to support you throughout your development process. Please feel free to reach out with any further questions or if you require assistance during setup.

    Hello @cagdask,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to inform you that the spacing issue observed on your shop page is related to the top section margins you have configured, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/4XLAq6-2wlZU. We understand the reasoning behind adding such spacing, especially since the “Header Overlap” option is currently enabled on your website: https://prnt.sc/kSvOylQ5Bj2A.

However, when this setting is active, it is important to ensure that the margin values are responsive across different screen sizes. At the moment, the same margin values are being applied to smaller devices, which may affect the layout: https://prnt.sc/PKz5jh1qLcUW.

As a temporary solution, we recommend disabling the “Header Overlap” option and reviewing the layout of your pages throughout the website. If you wish to maintain the overlap style exclusively on the homepage, you can create multiple headers and assign the overlap header only to the homepage. Please refer to the following guide for instructions: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-enable-header-overlap/.

Alternatively, if you prefer to keep the current header settings, we suggest reviewing your custom-built pages and adjusting the top section spacing to ensure responsiveness on all devices.

Should you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @wdbcar,

We hope this message finds you well.

Could you kindly perform a test by disabling the Email Builder feature from our theme? It is possible that the emails in question are not part of the default WooCommerce plugin, or that a template for this specific email type has not yet been created within the Email Builder.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

Could you kindly check the issue again at your earliest convenience? We have implemented the solution described in the following reply: https://www.8theme.com/topic/xstore-email-builder-issue-for-new-account/#post-445425. Specifically, we have replaced the “reset_password_url” with “set_password_url” in the link field.

    Dear @Niddy,

    Thank you for reaching out.

If you are using the XStore Elementor Checkout widgets to create your checkout layout, please note that certain files may not be included on the page by default. Should you wish to modify the content, we recommend using the default WooCommerce shortcode by adding [woocommerce_checkout] to your custom checkout page (https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/#woocommerce-shortcodes).

We hope this helps. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

    Hello @harshana,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Yes, it is possible to display such sections using our theme. However, since you are currently utilizing the Single Product Builder, it is necessary to add specific Elementor widgets. These widgets may be included in the plugin you mentioned, so we recommend reviewing the plugin’s documentation for further guidance.

Alternatively, you may choose to disable the Single Product Builder and use the default templates provided by the theme.

Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Additionally, you mentioned that there is no option available to delay scripts. However, we would like to clarify that such an option does exist (https://prnt.sc/P621pUxB1EmA). Dear @harshana,

    Thank you for reaching out.

It appears that you are currently using the XStore Single Product Builder with Elementor to create the layout for your single product pages. In this case, we kindly recommend checking the relevant widget within your plugin settings. Alternatively, you may temporarily disable the builder using the Conditions feature to verify whether the mentioned form is displayed correctly.

For further guidance, please refer to our documentation at the following link:

    Hello @Gina,

We hope this message finds you well.

    1. We noticed that the “Catalog Mode” option was enabled for both logged-in and non-logged-in users. As a result, the product buttons were redirecting to an alternative page. We have temporarily disabled this option so you can review the changes. For more information on external/affiliate products, please refer to the official WooCommerce documentation: https://woocommerce.com/document/managing-products/#external-affiliate-products.

    2. Regarding the styling issue, we recommend experimenting with different styles. It appears that only the second color was set for the gradient for product buttons, which prevents it from displaying correctly on the frontend. Both colors need to be defined for the gradient to render properly. Please see the following screenshots for reference:
    – Editor view: https://prnt.sc/2uyRotohuqJ_
    – Frontend view: https://prnt.sc/i7Z8m6JDzbXD

    3. To configure the number of products displayed on the shop page, please navigate to the following setting in Theme Options: https://prnt.sc/ul4PVsg30V93. You can use the search function within Theme Options to locate this setting easily. For example, we set the number of items to 3, and the frontend result is shown here: https://prnt.sc/mH5JnXUf8n3I.

    4. Lastly, the issue you mentioned was indeed caused by the “Catalog Mode” setting, as explained in point 1 above.

Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Dear @Adam,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Based on the description you provided, it appears that a caching plugin is currently active on your website, and the delay of JavaScript scripts has been enabled in its settings. We kindly recommend temporarily disabling the caching plugin to determine whether the issue persists.

If the problem is resolved after deactivating the plugin, we suggest reviewing the plugin’s configuration—particularly any settings related to script delay or options such as “Load assets on user interaction.” These settings typically prevent scripts from loading until the user interacts with the page (e.g., by scrolling or clicking).

Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Dear @Jamall,

We hope this message finds you well.

It appears that your cache plugin or a custom code snippet is configured to lazy load styles using the “data-pmdelayedstyle” attribute. While this approach can improve performance, please note that certain styles are critical for proper layout rendering and should not be delayed.

We kindly recommend excluding the file provided in the private content from lazy loading to ensure the correct display of your site.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Dear @hdowthwaite,

We hope this message finds you well.

We have observed that the “Edit options” button is present within the cart content; however, clicking it triggers a JavaScript error (https://prnt.sc/86n1QJN0ytK8) originating from the “YITH WooCommerce Product Add-ons & Extra Options Premium” plugin.

To help us investigate this issue further, could you kindly provide a video demonstrating how the functionality behaves when using a default WordPress theme along with the latest versions of the mentioned plugin and WooCommerce? Alternatively, if possible, please create a staging website where we can perform the necessary tests on our end.

As this is a live website, we would prefer not to switch themes directly in the production environment. It is important for us to determine whether the issue is related to the plugin itself, especially since the Cart page utilizes the default WooCommerce structure via the [woocommerce_cart] shortcode, and our theme does not significantly modify the cart page content.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation and support.

    Dear @Plethora,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to bring to your attention that the custom script you have added to your website is loading custom CSS, which appears to be affecting various areas of the site’s layout. As previously mentioned, this is an additional customization implemented on your end, and it has the potential to cause similar issues even when using a default theme such as Storefront.

Could you please clarify the main purpose of this script? Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could review why it is applying custom styles that interfere with the layout in other sections of the site. It may be beneficial to consult the script’s documentation to load their styles in iframe tag and to determine whether certain unnecessary components can be excluded from loading. Alternatively, you might consider using a different script that better aligns with your layout requirements.

To put it simply, even if we address the current layout issues—such as those affecting the logo and some headings—the script continues to load multiple custom styles that may disrupt the layout in other areas of the site.

We strongly recommend following the solutions we have previously suggested. Please note that we are unable to provide daily CSS fixes for new issues that may arise as a result of this custom script.

    Thank you for your understanding.
