Hello @Hanzla Nadeem,
Please check again. The issue was caused by the custom CSS added through the Yellow Pencil plugin on your checkout page -> https://prnt.sc/5VV60NHm6jPb.
We recommend carefully reviewing the custom CSS you have applied with Yellow Pencil and keeping only the essential code. For testing purposes, you may temporarily remove all custom CSS and then gradually reapply only the necessary parts.
If you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best regards,
8Theme’s Team
Hello @ziga32
We made a test from our device with no issues -> https://fex.net/s/6dvryox. Please, check the issue from another device to ensure it is not caching issue.

Hello @Hanzla Nadeem,
We are using a wappalyzer browser extension to check the features used on the website: https://prnt.sc/zp_bZa2gb1jf. To review the configuration, please check the settings under your account at https://www.cloudflare.com/ or within your hosting provider’s settings, as they may offer such options for connection.

Hello @Hanzla Nadeem,
As we previously mentioned in the official WooCommerce forum, there is already a topic related to the same request. This indicates that the issue is not directly related to our theme. Have you had a chance to review the proposed solutions here: https://prnt.sc/TXsh5_nDJZQZ and https://prnt.sc/YO7nfTP1rhOa?
Please note that these solutions are not configured through our theme but should be addressed within your Cloudflare account, which is currently active on your website.
We are the support team for our projects, and we appreciate your understanding.

Hello @Kyle,
This issue is not related to our theme but is caused by an Apple update. You can find more information in the following discussion: https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/800125. Many customers are experiencing the same issue on their websites.

Hello @jy,
We generally do not recommend using multiple items with mega menus in each one. However, you may consider using the “All Categories” widget. If you are working with Elementor, you can also take advantage of the Mega Menu functionality: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/video-tutotials/03-how-to-create-a-mega-menu/.
Additionally, if you would like to create a custom menu layout, you may install any suitable plugin available on WordPress.org and build it according to its functionality.

Hello @Regis
Please, check now. We made some global changes that will also be included in next theme update.

Hello @Istos,
In this case, it appears that the Wave tool forcibly initializes the iframe of the website content, and such carousels manually generate additional slides. For testing purposes, you may disable the infinite loop option and proceed with your improvements. Once you have completed the final steps of your implementation, you can either reactivate the loop option or leave it disabled.

Hello @alexjourneyworldwide,
During our testing, we noticed that you are using a plugin that affects the scrolling on your pages and may cause certain issues:
mousewheel smooth scroll
We recommend temporarily disabling this plugin and checking the functionality of your buttons on the single product page.
As an alternative solution, you may disable the sticky content and achieve the default browser scrolling effect by adding custom CSS in your Theme Options.

Hello @Kyle,
Could you please check the following demo on your device: https://themes.woocommerce.com/storefront/product/build-your-dslr/? We have noticed sticky sections on mobile, and we would like to confirm whether the same issue appears on your device as well.

Hello @Istos,
The issue may be related to low server parameters, which can cause certain resources on your website to load slowly: https://prnt.sc/oj3ShnGZEjez. We recommend optimizing the server settings and checking the results afterward.
Additionally, we were able to initiate testing of your website using the mentioned tool (please see the screenshot provided in private), but the loading process took some time.

Hello @Hanzla Nadeem,
The issue you are referring to (https://prnt.sc/XPwWuVCRybEC) has already been discussed in the WooCommerce plugin support forum: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/wc-ajaxupdate_order_review-403/. We kindly suggest reviewing the solutions provided in that discussion.

Hello @mell,
As we mentioned earlier, there was an issue with some string translations (https://prnt.sc/SH1-9ckkAIo1). We have now resolved this, and you can verify that everything works correctly after the update. Also, we suggest you to carefuly make such translations for strings that contain special chars in strings.

Hello @mell
Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings because the changes we made on your server will be overwritten after update so we want to ensure the strings are correctly translated.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

Hello @alexjourneyworldwide,
We have noticed that when a product is added to the cart, the issue does not occur, and the wishlist icons are displayed correctly for the added products. Could you please check in detail whether there are any restrictions on your server or cache plugins that might disable certain caching when products are added to the cart or when the mini-cart is not empty?
Best regards,

Hello @Hanzla Nadeem,
Thank you for your message. FTP (File Transfer Protocol) access allows us to connect directly to your website’s server in order to upload, download, or modify files. This type of access is often required for troubleshooting, theme installation, or resolving technical issues that cannot be managed only from the WordPress dashboard.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.
Best Regards,

Hello @alexjourneyworldwide,
Could you please clear your cache in the LiteSpeed Cache plugin and check again? We have added the following custom code in your child-theme/functions.php:
add_filter('xstore_wishlist_mini_content_ajax', '__return_true');
add_filter('xstore_compare_mini_content_ajax', '__return_true');

Hello @NxtArt_ro,
After reviewing the content of your checkout page where this field is displayed, we have identified that it originates from a separate plugin, namely the “curiero-plugin”, which is not included in our theme package. Please refer to the following screenshot for clarification: https://prnt.sc/QTcy-jwVuePW.
As previously mentioned, your request is related to this external plugin. Thank you for your understanding.

Hello @Acrdev,
As you know, each design is based on the customer’s specific requirements. If you would like to make the breadcrumb background image responsive, you will need to apply some custom styles within specific CSS media queries.
You can test the positioning using tools such as https://nikitahl.github.io/bg-image/ or apply your own custom styling, for example:
@media only screen and (max-width: 768px) {
.page-heading, .breadcrumb-trail {
background-position: right center !important;
}
}
Alternatively, you may use the following:
@media only screen and (max-width: 768px) {
.page-heading, .breadcrumb-trail {
height: 100%;
background-size: cover;
background-position: bottom center !important;
aspect-ratio: 250 /79;
}
}
Please note that there is no ready-made solution for this.

Hello @mell,
The issue you are experiencing is related to the incorrect translations that were implemented. We have resolved the fatal error on your website; however, we recommend reviewing the translations and correcting the grammatical issues. We believe the following strings contain errors:
– View %s
– View %s Static blocks
Please correct them or provide us with wp-admin access so we can assist you further.

Hello @NxtArt_ro,
Our theme does not include such an option, so it is likely that this configuration is managed within the WooCommerce settings. We recommend reviewing the following article: https://woocommerce.com/fr/posts/customize-woocommerce-checkout/.
If you could provide us with screenshots of the checkout page showing the mentioned fields, we would be able to give you more detailed guidance or share our thoughts regarding your questions about those fields.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

Hello @josephchan,
The search results display items that contain the search query in the title, description, or other metadata of the post or product. If you would like to modify the default search behavior, you may either look for plugins that provide such settings or consider a custom solution using code snippets, such as the examples provided below:
https://www.8theme.com/topic/pop-up-search-result-customization-size-hover-results/#post-456185

Hello @KING IT SOLUTIONS
Could you please test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront with only WooCommerce plugin active ? (Appearance — Themes).
If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself. In this case, we would recommend you contact support of such discount rules for WooCommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-discount-rules/

Hello @Rajesh Singh,
First, we kindly suggest updating your theme and the XStore Core plugin to the latest versions if you are not already using them. Mimimize the amount of plugins you are using (among them it seems you have few page builders). Additionally, it appears that some of the customer accounts may be created by bots, or they could be real users with similar usernames. In this case, we recommend installing a captcha on the registration form, as there are many plugins available to implement this feature.
If you require our assistance, we would appreciate addressing the issues step by step, as combining multiple concerns in one request makes it more difficult for us to resolve them effectively.
Best regards,
8Theme Team
