    Hello @movileanu,

    You are currently using the Elementor Header Builder, so the settings from Theme Options → Header Builder do not apply in this case. If you would like to use the header builder from the Customizer instead, please disable the Elementor header by setting its conditions to “None.”

    If you have any further questions, please attach some screenshots to help us better understand your request.

    Best regards,

    Hello @Niddy,

    Could you please try using the following custom CSS snippet:

    @media only screen and (min-width: 768px) and (max-width: 992px) {
    .elementor-widget-woocommerce-product-etheme_sticky_cart .etheme-sticky-cart .et_column:has(.sticky_product_title) {
        display: inline-flex;
        width: auto;
    }

    .elementor-widget-woocommerce-product-etheme_sticky_cart .etheme-sticky-cart .sticky_product_title {
        white-space: nowrap;
        overflow: hidden;
        max-width: 130px;
    }

    .elementor-widget-woocommerce-product-etheme_sticky_cart .etheme-sticky-cart .et_column {
        width: auto;
        flex: 1;
    }
        .elementor-widget-woocommerce-product-etheme_sticky_cart .etheme-sticky-cart .et-container {
            max-width: unset;
            width: 100%;
        }
    }

    Hello @Luca Rossi,

    The issue may be caused by having multiple headers configured with the same conditions (see: https://prnt.sc/-UNshMBuKuWq). We verified this by switching to the Table view of the builders in the Elementor Site Editor.

    We recommend moving the other headers to the trash and keeping only one, which you can then translate using WPML. Please refer to Elementor’s documentation for guidance on translating templates.

    Additionally, we suggest disabling debug mode on your website, as it is a live store. This will prevent your customers from seeing such notices on their end.

    Hello @Hannah,

    We have tested your website and it appears that you have installed the LiteSpeed Cache plugin, which has resolved the previously mentioned issues. We did not encounter any of those issues during our tests: https://prnt.sc/pEgcm8j0AlCI.

    Could you please confirm whether the issue has been resolved, or provide more details if you still have any questions?

    Hello @DonDigital,

    Could you please try adding the following snippet to your child theme’s functions.php file:

    add_filter('etheme_elementor_force_load_global_assets', function($value, $in_preview) {
        return $in_preview;
    }, 10, 2);

    After that, please clear your cache and check if the issue persists.

    If you still require assistance, kindly provide us with temporary WP-Admin and FTP access in the private content section.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hello @ziga32,

    We have tested the home page, and the sliders are displaying correctly in both incognito and regular modes when the following setting is applied: [Elementor → Settings → Performance → CSS Print Method → Internal Embedding] (https://prnt.sc/msqm3-W5BHof). This indicates that some caching of the following file still exists: https://www.karaonline.si/wp-content/uploads/elementor/css/post-91.css. When the “External File” option is selected, the issue appears on our side as well. Could you please check on your server whether any caching system is active that might be affecting the display on your end? It is possible that a Redis cache or a similar system is installed on your server.

    Please note that this issue is not related to our theme, as you are currently using the default Elementor widget to display gallery images, which also does not appear correctly on your side. We recommend contacting your hosting provider to clear all caches and verify whether any caching settings are enabled for your website.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,

    Hello @ziga32,

    We have tested the page you shared in your reply (https://www.karaonline.si/test-2/) -> https://www.8theme.com/topic/sometimes-slider-shows-sometimes-it-does-not/#post-456442.

    We also recommend creating a separate page with similar content and testing it, as such a page would not have been opened on your devices before and therefore would not be cached.

    Best regards,

    Hello @ahmadruz98

    Could you please test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? (Appearance — Themes).
    If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself. In this case, we would recommend you contact support of woocommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    Hello @ziga32,

    We have reviewed the page you mentioned, and the sliders are displayed correctly both in desktop (incognito and regular mode) as well as on mobile devices.

    We kindly ask you to test this on a different page, as the content of the current page may be cached somehow.

    Hello @alexjourneyworldwide,

    Could you please try applying the following custom CSS and then check your Single Product layout?

    @media only screen and (min-width: 992px) {
        .single-product-wide.product-fixed-content .product-content {
            height: 100vh;
            overflow: auto;
        }

        .single-product-wide.product-fixed-content .product-information-inner {
            position: sticky !important;
            top: 0 !important;
            width: auto !important;
        }
    .single-product-wide.product-fixed-content .product-information-inner.is_stuck + div {
        visibility: hidden;
        opacity: 0;
    }

    }

    Additionally, we kindly suggest reviewing the second request in your topic using the default theme, as it is not related to our theme’s functionality and appears to be caused by an additional plugin installed on your website.

    Hello @Istos,

    You may temporarily rename the modified files in your child theme and check whether the layout and design remain the same. If there are no differences, you can safely remove those files from the child theme folder. Should you wish to adjust the design of such content, you can apply custom CSS.

    For further guidance, please refer to the following documentation:

    Hello @ziga32,

    The issue is related to your browser’s cache. You may either clear your browser cache and cookies (please note that this will remove any stored login details), or alternatively, you can create a new page that has not been previously opened on your mobile device, add the same widget there (you can copy it from the existing page), and then check again.

    Hello @ziga32,

    Could you please try using a different widget for creating slides and check if the issue persists? You may use the XStore Slider (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/video-tutotials/xstore-advanced-slider-with-elementor/), Carousel anything, Elementor Slides widget, or a banner. The problem might be specific to the current widget, which makes it difficult for us to identify and provide a proper solution.

    Please, use the public reply form if your message does not contain any private details.

    Regarding your question, the thank-you page can be found in the following template file:
    xstore/woocommerce/checkout/thankyou.php

    However, if you are using the Cart/Checkout advanced layout, please copy and modify the following file in your child-theme instead:
