    Hello @WooPlay,

    Based on your statement, “I have found that the problem occurs when I activate the main SanchoStore plugin,” it appears that the issue is related to that specific plugin. As our support team is responsible only for our own projects, we kindly ask you to contact the SanchoStore plugin support team for further assistance.

    Hello @sandeepkuamr,

    We have previously attached screenshots showing that all pages are displayed correctly. Could you please check the issue from another device? Additionally, we recommend asking your hosting provider to create a staging website for testing purposes using a default theme such as Storefront.

    Based on our review, this issue does not appear to be related to our theme, as the content on your pages includes a mix of default Elementor widgets and our theme’s elements. If you are using a CDN (for example, Hostinger CDN) or any other type of caching on your website, we suggest temporarily disabling it.

    Furthermore, if you are using multiple page builders, such as both Elementor and WPBakery, this may cause conflicts and slow down your website, as these plugins perform similar functions. We recommend keeping only one page builder active.

    Best regards,

    Hello @makeitsimple,

    We have successfully replicated the issue on our local website and would like to kindly request FTP access to your website. This will allow us to upload a few files containing the necessary fix, as using wp-admin access is not appropriate for this type of update. Please note that these fixes will also be included in the next theme update.

    Hello @Bas Kling,

    The issue related to the tab design is caused by your customization in the child theme (XStore Control Panel -> System status): https://prnt.sc/yYKMicfhukzx. We kindly suggest reviewing the instructions to ensure that the templates in your child theme are compatible with the latest versions of the corresponding templates in the parent theme. As we checked there are few outofdate templates despite the tabs one.

    If you need any further assistance, please feel free to contact us.

    Best regards,

    Hello @samaatlaswebsite,

    1. You can adjust the timeframe in the Booster settings: https://gyazo.com/ffa9db4d0bae61f1bef9021b4f92d7f5. More details are available in our documentation: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/cart-checkout-countdown/

    2. This functionality is not available by default, but you can use free or paid plugins to modify the content. For example: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-checkout-manager/

    3. You can set a custom URL for the account item in the Mobile Panel by navigating to Theme Options -> Mobile Panel Settings.

    If you need any further assistance, please provide us with temporary WP-Admin access along with some screenshots or videos.

    Hello @Niddy,

    Could you please try adding the following PHP snippet to your child theme’s functions.php file or to a code snippets plugin (if you are using one):

    add_filter('single_product_autoscroll_tabs_mobile', '__return_false');

    This will prevent the page from scrolling when clicking on the tabs, so the behavior you are currently experiencing will no longer occur.

    Hello @MAHDAR,

    We have cleared the cache on the mentioned demo, so the PageSpeed results should now display correctly. Please note that any previous errors may have been caused by caching issues and do not indicate a bug.

    For your reference, Chrome (and therefore PageSpeed Insights) does not include elements that are invisible to the user. This includes elements that “fade in” from an invisible state, as appears to be the case on your site, since it is difficult to determine when such elements become sufficiently visible to the user.

    LCP is a heuristic metric, so there may be instances where it does not perform accurately for certain websites. However, it generally works well for most.

    The purpose of LCP is not to discourage you from creating engaging user experiences. If the fade-in effect contributes positively to your design, there is no need to remove it solely because LCP does not measure it perfectly. Ideally, the metric should be improved to account for such cases, though this is a complex task.

    Hello @josephchan,

    We have noticed that you added some product content generated by ChatGPT, which may have caused issues with the layout of your single product pages -> https://prnt.sc/VsRa8l2-okeG . If you would like to simply increase the font size, you can use the following custom CSS:

    .elementor-widget-woocommerce-product-etheme_tabs .woocommerce-tabs .panel {
        font-size: 20px;
    }

    Or if you would like to modify the font-size only for description tab you can use next snippet:

    .elementor-widget-woocommerce-product-etheme_tabs .woocommerce-tabs .woocommerce-Tabs-panel--description {
        font-size: 20px;
    }

    Alternatively, if you would like us to investigate the issue in more detail, please provide us with FTP access in a private message.

    Hello @Krzysztof,

    Could you please perform a test using a default theme such as Storefront? We have reviewed the issue on our side, and the WooCommerce status page takes approximately 10 seconds to load. However, the sources contributing to this loading time are not related to our theme (you can verify this using the developer tools → Network tab; we have also attached a video below).

    It appears that some other plugins have been updated, which might now be loading additional scripts or files. We also recommend contacting your hosting provider to review the server configuration, as certain parameters may need to be increased to improve performance.

    Hello @sandeepkuamr,

    We have reviewed the issue but did not find any problems on our side (please see the attached screenshots in the private content). It appears that you accessed the site using a built-in browser from Instagram or another application. Could you please test the issue using Safari or Chrome instead?

    Hello @110pal,

    We have noticed that your website currently has several additional plugins installed that are not included in our theme installation package. In such cases, some of these plugins may cause issues with Elementor content across your pages.

    We recommend disabling all plugins except for the required ones (WooCommerce, XStore Core, and Elementor), then resetting your website content and importing the demo content again through the “Import Demos” section in the XStore Control Panel.

    Hello @Bas Kling,

    Since you are using the Elementor page builder to create the single product templates, the settings from the Customizer do not affect the design due to their lower priority. Could you please clarify your request in more detail? We can see that the accordion styles are correctly applied to your products as configured in the Elementor template.

    Hello @110pal,

    The images are not displayed because they appear to have been removed from your server, or the content of your home page was modified to open in the default editor. You can activate the home page editor in Elementor to verify this, or provide us with temporary wp-admin access so that we can investigate the issue.

    Please note that this is not a theme-related problem.

    Hello @Patrick,

    Certain elements do not automatically inherit the main color defined in the Theme Options. To adjust these, please modify the settings directly within the header widgets or within the individual elements in the Slider Revolution slides.

    Hello @josephchan,

    If you would like to increase the font size of the post content only, you can use the following custom CSS in Theme Options -> Theme Custom CSS -> General CSS:

    .post-single {
        --p-font-size: 20px;
    }

    Since you are using the Elementor builder to create the product content, you can also adjust the font size directly through the widget settings in the builder.

    If you need any further assistance, please clarify your request and include screenshots for better understanding.

    Hello @makeitsimple,

    The issue with the hidden mobile panel on mobile devices is caused by the setting in your Cart widget within the Header content, which is configured to automatically open the off-canvas panel when an item is added to the cart. However, since the Cart widget is not displayed on mobile, the off-canvas panel does not open. Please add the Cart widget to your mobile header or disable the option in your Cart widget and check again.

    Additionally, we kindly ask you to provide a video of the first issue so that we can better understand and investigate it from our side.

    Hello @Mark Haedo,

    The design displayed on the mentioned demo URL does not show the example from the SalesMax plugin. Instead, it presents the default sales boosters built into our XStore theme as such demos are examples of our theme functionality: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/how-to-setup-booster-sales-quantity-discounts/.

    If you would like to use the same style and layout, you can activate this feature within the Sales Boosters section of the theme. However, if you prefer to use the separate styles provided by the SalesMax plugin, you can enable the corresponding feature there. Please note that the design may differ from what is shown in our theme, as we do not display these features on our demo websites. You can find display examples in the SalesMax plugin documentation: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/salesmax/main/boosters/buy-more-save-more/.

    This plugin displays a separate section for the booster, which does not rely on the default add-to-cart form. It was designed to be universal for various use cases and compatible with different plugins, offering the option to place it in different locations within the single product content. You can hide with custom CSS the default add to cart button if you need such option.

    Regarding your question about discount calculation, please note that the discount is not based on the sale price by default. However, you can adjust this setting in the general settings of the SalesMax plugin: https://prnt.sc/P5u6z3wYU2ss/.

    Hello @hdowthwaite,

    We have modified the following file:
    /wp-content/themes/xstore-child/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php
    by copying the original file from xstore/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php and implementing several changes.

    In addition, we have added the following custom CSS to xstore-child/style.css:

    .yith-wapo-content.woocommerce.single-product .product-content {
        width: 100%;
    }

    .yith-wapo-content.woocommerce.single-product .single-product-sidebar {
        display: none;

    Hello @samaatlaswebsite,

    Thank you for your message.

    Unfortunately, our current theme does not include this functionality. However, we recommend checking our plugin, SalesMax, available at https://www.8theme.com/salesmax/. This plugin includes a coupon discount feature that allows you to send discounts to customers once their order reaches a specified number of products.

    You can find more details in our documentation: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/salesmax/.

    Hello @Krafts & Kreations,

    There are no predefined settings available to assign images to these categories, as they are created manually and are not displayed in your backend. If you would like to set custom images for these items, you can use the following custom CSS snippet in the Spotlight widget -> Advanced -> Custom CSS:

    /* new */
    selector .etheme-category-grid-image[data-type=new] {
        background: url(https://placehold.co/600x400);
        background-size: cover;
        background-position: center center;
    }

    selector .etheme-category-grid-image[data-type=new] a {
        color: transparent;
    }

    /* Shop all */
    selector .etheme-category-grid-image[data-type=all] {
        background: url(https://placehold.co/600x400);
        background-size: cover;
        background-position: center center;
    }

    selector .etheme-category-grid-image[data-type=all] a {
        color: transparent;
    }

    Additionally, this widget displays dynamic categories based on the page it appears on and the query of that page. If you wish to display specific categories, you can manually set the Data Source in the widget to “IDs” and add the categories you would like to show.

    Hello @Omar Quddam,

    There are no built-in settings available to apply multiple discounts within the mini-cart content. However, you may install third-party plugins that offer such discount functionality.

    Please note that the discounted price is not being displayed because some of the plugins you are using appear to modify the price currency, which has caused an issue preventing the theme script from calculating the discount correctly. You can refer to the following screenshot for more details: https://prnt.sc/T7N61DQ4tHrB.

    Could you please test the issue with only the required plugins activated on your website? If the issue persists, kindly provide us with temporary WP-Admin and FTP access to your website so that we can investigate further.

    Best regards,
    8Theme Team
