    Hello @Tommy Larsen,

    Thank you for providing the details. This booster cannot be displayed multiple times with different items, as it shows the products configured in the product backend settings. So, adding few of such shortcodes per one page will display the same items attached. It is designed to be used on single product pages rather than on other non-product pages.

    You can find more information in the documentation: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/salesmax/main/boosters/frequently-bought-together/.

    Hello @Shubham Singh,

    It appears that you have implemented the recommended steps as outlined in the Elementor documentation. We have verified that the editors are loading correctly, as shown in the following screenshots:
    – Shop archive builder: https://gyazo.com/a571825ed6582c81f48bad4af766a998
    – Single product: https://gyazo.com/c5fa4512156a0cc8d71e94d256f829b4

    We kindly suggest checking the issue from another browser or device, as we are unable to reproduce the problem on our end.

    Best regards,

    Hello @Ian,

    Yes, you can use the following filter by adding it to your child theme’s functions.php file:

    add_filter('etheme_account_content_shown_account_pages', '__return_true');

    You may check it now, as we have already implemented this on your staging website: https://gyazo.com/1758e2c260ac90c8fd824659e6d56b68

    Hello @Tommy Larsen,

    The shortcode will display the content of the current booster based on the configured conditions/filters (if such settings are available in the booster feature), or it will display the general booster content (if conditions settings are not available in the booster feature).

    To assist you more effectively, could you please clarify which booster you would like to display using the shortcodes?

    Hello @molo,

    If you keep the Popup type for swatches, you can modify the size of image swatches as shown in the following example: https://gyazo.com/e017346c57c06751335a6d9815aa7fed.

    Alternatively, if you set the default state for swatch display and wish to adjust the size of image swatches only, you can use the following CSS snippet:

    .content-product ul.st-swatch-size-normal li.type-image,
    .etheme-product-grid ul.st-swatch-size-normal li.type-image {
        width: 40px;
        height: 40px;
    }

    Hello @iceball,

    Could you please provide us with the results of your testing based on the following request:

    For testing purposes, we recommend creating a simple page containing only a few paragraphs and the header/footer. If the fonts continue to shift, please try deactivating third-party plugins and check the results.

    Hello @molo,

    If you prefer to use the default design instead of the popup version that appears when clicked, you can make this change by following the steps shown in the following video: https://gyazo.com/24626ded94534330f84bec2e47b8570a

    Hello @Kingsley H.,

    We kindly ask our customers to create separate topics for different questions instead of combining them into one.

    Regarding the images on your home page, they appear the same for us when viewed in both default and incognito browsers. Could you please clarify how we can reproduce the issue?

    Additionally, we recommend checking for available patches and installing the latest ones, as a fix related to product sorting was included in one of the recent updates. You can find more information here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/how-to-use-xstore-patcher/

    Hello @Ian,

    Could you please check it now? The issue you experienced occurred because the “My Account” page option was not set in the WooCommerce settings (see: https://gyazo.com/98604ac555bf4cc47d6042fc3f9e962d).

    Please also make sure to configure the other required pages, such as the Cart and Checkout pages, as shown in the attached screenshots.

    Hello @gdd,

    Following our tests, we noticed that the PRO Elements plugin had not been installed on your website (see: https://gyazo.com/6a1267252a62eede5a01b7e2dfa3c758). We have now installed the plugin for you. Please check the available widgets in your editor.

    If you have any further questions regarding this issue, kindly attach some screenshots so that we can better understand which widgets are still not displayed. However, we believe that all widgets should now be correctly visible in all builders and templates.

    Hello @alexjourneyworldwide,

    We have copied the xstore/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php file to xstore-child/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php and implemented several modifications to complete items 1 and 2 from your request.

    We kindly suggest clearing your browser and Redis cache to check whether this resolves the issue.

    Hello @gdd,

    Could you please provide us with screenshots to help us understand which locked widgets you are unable to add? Additionally, could you clarify which plugin you have installed – PRO Elements or Elementor PRO?

    Please also check whether the missing widgets are activated under the Elements Manager in your Dashboard by navigating to Elementor -> Elements Manager (https://elementor.com/help/element-manager/).

    If possible, please provide us with temporary wp-admin access to your website so that we can check the issue from our side.

    Hello @shimon,

    1. We have not made any changes that could prevent the shop page from displaying products. We recommend contacting your hosting provider to check for any server-related issues that might be affecting the permalinks, as this matter is not related to our theme template. At this time we resaved the permalinks and problem is fixed for now.

    2. Regarding your question about product categories, we previously asked you (in this reply: https://www.8theme.com/topic/i-have-a-serious-problem-with-the-site-i-am-trying-to-set-the-product-display-on-the-store-page-or/#post-457640) to verify the settings for the primary category in XStore. However, we have not yet received your feedback on the results. Could you please check whether the issue is resolved after setting the primary category in the product backend settings?

    Hello @samaatlaswebsite,

    We have set the background image to use the “Cover” size and adjusted the height of your slider for mobile devices. As a suggestion, if you prefer to have an image-based carousel, you may consider using a different widget that could better meet your needs.

    At this time, we have added the “Carousel Anything” widget to your home page. You can review the result in the private content section or directly on your website’s frontend.

    Hello @martijntje,

    The items are displayed in alphabetical order (see: https://gyazo.com/e86e50838f6c700cea96e9abf7d58137). However, according to the masonry scripts, they are arranged based on the available empty spaces.

    You may try adding the following custom CSS and check the results: https://gyazo.com/14ec2aa659eed4fe672e7438592efe62

    .et-isotope-item.brand-list-item {
        position: relative !important;
        left: unset !important;
        top: unset !important;
        float: left;
        flex: 1 1 100%;
        display: flex;
        flex-wrap: wrap;
        justify-content: flex-start;
    }

    .et-masonry-filters.et-isotope.brand-list {
        position: static !important;
        height: auto !important;
        display: flex;
        flex-wrap: wrap;
        align-items: flex-start;
        justify-content: flex-start;
    }

    .et-masonry-filters.et-isotope.brand-list .work-item {
        width: 25%;
    }

    @media only screen and (max-width: 992px) {
        .et-masonry-filters.et-isotope.brand-list .work-item {
            width: 33.33%;
        }

    Hello @iceball,

    Do you currently use any caching plugins on your website? During a brief inspection of the page source, we noticed that the plugin “YITH WooCommerce Badges Management” also loads the Open Sans font family that is loaded from Elementor.

    For testing purposes, we recommend creating a simple page containing only a few paragraphs and the header/footer. If the fonts continue to shift, please try deactivating third-party plugins and check the results.

    Additionally, to ensure proper functionality, you may consider installing (if not already installed) and configuring your caching plugin to preload fonts and enable other useful features.

    Hello @Belinda Lindhardt,

    As mentioned in our previous response (https://www.8theme.com/topic/salesmax-license-not-activating-using-the-divi-theme/#post-442189), you were required to add the following code snippets: https://gyazo.com/8248bcd780071b64fd5343389251b2bd. However, it appears that the code was copied incorrectly, as you used a single underscore in those functions instead of a double underscore in “__return_true” (https://gyazo.com/5ebbed56d5918e541d438b8a01722f8f). According to your WooCommerce → Status → Logs, such functions do not exist, which caused a fatal error on your Cart page.

    We have now corrected the snippet, so you can reactivate the SalesMax plugin on your website and verify the results.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
