    Could you please contact your hosting provider to inquire whether it is possible to access the email logs on the server? Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could provide an example, such as a video demonstrating how you tested the email sending function using the default theme. This will help us better understand the steps you followed and allow us to replicate the same process with the XStore theme.

    You can review the Spotlight Categories widget, as it displays categories and subcategories based on the current query request on product archive pages.

    If you require our assistance, please provide detailed information about the result you would like to achieve and the desired design of the categories. Screenshots, videos, or GIFs would be very helpful for illustrating your request.

    Our theme offers the following settings available under Theme Options -> WooCommerce -> Shop Elements -> Categories: https://prnt.sc/qkqjcsrc_Z2p. Using these options, you can modify the layout of your categories.

    If you prefer to create a custom design for the categories, you can explore the Archive Products Builder, which allows you to design layouts similar to this example: https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor3/grocery-mega-market/shop/.

    Regarding the optimization of the default search functionality, could you please provide us with a page or template where this search feature is used on your website? Would it be acceptable if the results of the default search directed your customers to the same search results page as the one they are redirected to from the header search?

    We would like to better understand your main objective so that we can suggest the most suitable solution.

    The screenshot showing the location of the custom CSS was provided by you and is included in your previous reply. You can add this custom CSS in Theme Options → Theme Custom CSS → Global CSS at the end.

    You may add the custom CSS code in the section shown in the screenshot. If you choose to do so, please place the code at the end of the existing custom CSS.

    Additionally, we have enabled all widgets on your website in the Elements Manager, so you can now import the requested section, and it should be imported correctly.

    You may install plugins such as https://woocommerce.com/document/address-autocomplete/ or the free https://wordpress.org/plugins/autocomplete-address-for-woocommerce/, among others. To be honest, we have not received many requests for this functionality, so we have not conducted tests with plugins that provide such features. However, once you test them, please share your feedback with us so we can identify which plugins are compatible with our theme.

    Our quantity discount feature can only be displayed in the layout previously described. If you would like to use a custom “bulk deal” table style, you may install additional plugins. If you are referring to something else, please clarify your request in more detail.

    Our built-in quantity discount feature is automatically displayed for all products. However, you can adjust the quantities for a specific product in its backend settings: https://prnt.sc/0hRNFUOZ0kiq.

    If you would like the quantity discount section to appear by default for variable products, please select a predefined variation so that the variation option is already chosen: https://prnt.sc/tGbxwfP7jWPM.

    Regarding your question posted at https://www.8theme.com/topic/frontend-product-gallery-video-not-playing/#post-459369, please note that the videos displayed in the product gallery are loaded either from the Product Video settings (backend configuration) or from the iframe code set in the same area (https://prnt.sc/w6_bE0Kx4no_). Currently, we do not provide other options to load videos from third-party sources in the product gallery. However, you are welcome to submit your request on our task board at https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/.

    To reset the elements of your header, you can use the following option: https://prnt.sc/oRa6WiEWXXYJ. However, it appears that there may be some database caching on your site, as the elements remain visible in the header even after resetting. We kindly ask you to contact your hosting provider to temporarily disable database caching, as well as any caching plugins or CDN features that may be active. After doing so, please try using the mentioned option again.

    We did not fully understand your request. Please note that our theme already includes this Quantity discoutns functionality under Sales Boosters section. If you are referring to this feature, it appears on variable products only after a variation is selected, as shown here: https://gyazo.com/dfd1b9eb07894147dcb3e1cbda3bf26b. When no variation is selected, this section is not displayed. For “simple” products, the section is shown by default because the product ID is already defined and the item can be added to the cart.

    Yes, please update the staging website with the same content and snippets as your current live website. This will allow us to review and improve the snippets. Once the issue has been tested and resolved on the staging website, you can then copy the updated snippet to your live website.

    Additionally, if possible, please update all plugins and the theme to their latest versions.

    To edit the page styles, please open the Search Results Builder: https://prnt.sc/qGiLHsP2hXYB.

    Additionally, we have added the following code snippet to your child-theme/functions.php file:
    add_filter('etheme_elementor_search_results_pages_widget', '__return_true');

    This enables the requested widget on your website without creating an unused widget for all customers, which helps to avoid slowing down the Elementor editor.

    Please note that we noticed the Relevanssi plugin prevents search results from displaying correctly, so we have temporarily disabled it.

    Thank you for clarifying that your two websites are separate. Could you please confirm whether you have tested if the issue persists when WP Rocket is deactivated on your staging website? As we previously suggested and confirmed, most of the issues did not appear on your staging website when this plugin was inactive.

    As mentioned earlier, we are unable to provide customization of website content, as this falls outside the scope of Envato’s privacy policy. However, we can offer suggestions regarding the implementation of the requested features. Please note that we cannot make unique modifications based on individual requests, as most of your inquiries relate to website content modifications rather than bugs or issues with our theme.

    For example, implementing your request for a custom product layout would require the purchase of three additional XStore licenses, as it would take approximately 2–3 hours of our development time.
