    Dear @Lyana,

    I hope this message finds you well. Please find below the updates regarding the issues you reported:

    1. The issue has been resolved.
    2. We attempted to investigate the underlying causes; however, due to the caching system implemented on your website, a thorough check is currently unfeasible.
    3. The problem was triggered by a recent update to Elementor, specifically the removal of the “Improved Asset Loading” option. Unfortunately, this change was not documented in their changelog. Our development team has successfully identified a solution and has issued patch #93158818 for your website. For detailed instructions on applying this patch, please visit: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/how-to-use-xstore-patcher/.

    Thank you for your patience and understanding. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Vijith,

    We hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you that the product categories previously displayed on your homepage have been relocated to a different section. We have now correctly repositioned them, and we invite you to review the changes at your earliest convenience.

    Please note that the variations are not included in the basic demo import. You will need to manually create your own attributes and variations. The import does include basic demo products; however, these serve merely as examples and are not intended for actual use.

    Additionally, we have successfully applied patch #93158818 to your website. For more details on how to utilize this patch, please visit: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/how-to-use-xstore-patcher/.

    Dear @RapidClick,

    We have identified an issue related to the functions used by the MultivendorX plugin to output the description. Essentially, the plugin parses an excessive amount of the description content, which leads to the observed problem.

    To address this, we have made a modification in the following file: dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor/templates/archive-vendor-info.php. The changes are detailed below:

    **Before Modification:**

    <div class="description_data">
       <?php echo wp_kses_post(htmlspecialchars_decode( wpautop( $description ), ENT_QUOTES )); ?>
    </div>

    **After Modification:**

    <div class="description_data">
       <?php echo $description; ?>
    </div>

    We recommend that you contact the plugin’s author directly to resolve this issue permanently or to consider implementing fewer parsing functions for the description. Please be aware that these changes may be overwritten during a plugin update if no code improvements are applied to these parts.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @Abhijeet Panja,

    I hope this message finds you well. We have noticed a unique issue concerning the integration of the Vertical Gallery with the Variation Gallery on your website. Our team is currently working to replicate the problem on our local servers to determine a viable solution.

    In the interim, we have set your gallery to the horizontal layout as a temporary measure. Could you please confirm if the vertical gallery is essential for your site’s functionality, or if you would be amenable to using the horizontal gallery for the time being? We have observed that the issue of excessively tall content appearing after a product variation change is specific to the Vertical Gallery.

    We suggest using the horizontal gallery as a temporary compromise if it meets your needs. Your feedback on this would be greatly appreciated as it will help us tailor our support to better serve you.

    Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Dear @carlyliczyk,

    We hope this message finds you well. We are pleased to inform you that we have implemented an enhancement to your website’s theme functionality. A new code snippet has been added to your child-theme/functions.php file:

    add_filter('etheme_single_product_variation_gallery_lightbox', '__return_true');

    With this update, the variation gallery, which replaces the default gallery upon variation change, now includes the capability to open images in a lightbox when clicked. We believe this enhancement will improve the user experience on your site.

    Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Dear @My Little Lord Ltd,

    We are pleased to inform you that we have successfully implemented the necessary code snippet in your child-theme/functions.php file, following the provision of the correct FTP access details. The code added is as follows:

    add_filter('xstore_amp_products_categories_query_args', function($query_args) {
        $query_args['include'] = array(508, 509);
        return $query_args;
    });

    As a result, only two categories, corresponding to the IDs specified in the function above, are now displayed on the homepage of the AMP version of your website.

    Should you need to locate the IDs of other product categories, you can do so by navigating to the modification section of a product category. This can be accessed via your Dashboard under Products -> Categories -> Edit specific category. The URL will resemble the following format: https://yourwebsite.com/wp-admin/term.php?taxonomy=product_cat&tag_ID=509&post_type=product, where ‘tag_ID’ represents the ID of your product category.

    Please take a moment to review the changes at your earliest convenience.

    Dear @Lyana,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    We have noticed that the layout display issue you are experiencing is due to the use of a third-party plugin, which introduces additional content with a custom structure. To enhance the appearance, we have implemented some custom CSS, which you can review at the following link: https://prnt.sc/OBd_VfGajMTq.

    You can see the results of this update here: https://prnt.sc/3A3EF2P1dJti.

    Dear @RapidClick,

    We hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you that we have implemented a new code snippet in your child-theme’s functions.php file. The code added is as follows:

    add_filter('mvx_vendor_store_header_hide_description', '__return_true');

    This modification ensures that the vendor store header description is not displayed, aligning with the layout observed in the Storefront theme. For your reference, here is a screenshot demonstrating the absence of the description: https://prnt.sc/T5A8V0wxgjQ0.

    Dear @My Little Lord Ltd,

    I hope this message finds you well. We regret to inform you that we were unable to establish a connection using the FTP access credentials provided. However, we have implemented improvements that allow you to modify the query for product categories on your end, using the newly added filter ‘xstore_amp_products_categories_query_args’ (it will be included in next plugin update also).

    To proceed with the necessary modifications, we kindly request the following information from you:

    1. Correct FTP access credentials.
    2. Creation of at least a few products.
    3. Creation of a few product categories.

    Once these steps are completed, we can provide an example solution for a few unique categories to be displayed. Please be advised that any additional customization beyond this scope is not covered by our support services.

    Thank you for your attention to these matters. We look forward to your prompt response so we can continue to assist you effectively.

    Dear @Lyana,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    We have successfully uploaded the updated files to your server, which can be viewed here: https://prnt.sc/7UjTX29cbMil. However, it appears that the frontend is still displaying the cached (old) version of the content.

    For your reference, modifying the CSS directly on the website results in the following display: https://prnt.sc/KJEcW9mdIzuH. This is the intended outcome that should be visible following the updates from the newly uploaded CSS files.

    Could you please double-check and clear the cache on the website to ensure that the updates are reflected accurately on the frontend?

    Dear @Bagwani,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    In our preliminary assessment, we suspect that certain configurations may need to be adjusted. Could you please confirm if the settings depicted in the following screenshot are standard or require modification on your end? https://prnt.sc/pUavghWa1Z1r

    Additionally, to facilitate a more thorough investigation, we kindly request access to your FTP server. This will enable us to directly examine the files that might be contributing to the issue.

    We also recommend checking whether the LiteSpeed control panel or plugin settings are correctly configured by referring to the following guide: https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lsws/cp/cpanel/503-error/.

    Your cooperation in providing the necessary access and information would be greatly appreciated and will help us resolve the matter efficiently.

    Dear @Lyana,

    I hope this message finds you well. We have recently made specific modifications to the checkout page on your website and implemented changes to the search functionality in the header. However, it appears that some of these updates are not reflected on the live site. Additionally, we believe these changes have not caused the issue currently observed on your homepage concerning the categories.

    For verification, we kindly ask you to review the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/9knQ4HQ4jpNy. It clearly shows that we have integrated the default WooCommerce checkout page widget. Despite this, the live page continues to display the previous version, as seen here: https://prnt.sc/UfZmbnBt2UAa.

    It seems likely that there is still some cached content being served via your CDN, which might be preventing the updates from appearing. We recommend clearing your CDN cache to ensure that all recent modifications are correctly displayed.

    Dear @PanosN,

    We hope this message finds you well. We would like to inquire if you could kindly share with us which themes provide the functionality to sort results by date or price type. Upon review, we have noted that this feature appears to be hardcoded in WooCommerce and, as such, cannot be modified via any filters or actions.

    For filtering by attributes or categories, we recommend utilizing the default WooCommerce widgets that can be added to the sidebar. We acknowledge that there may be a need for improvements in our own widgets to ensure they function correctly as well.

    Additionally, you might consider testing with AJAX filters disabled to see if that impacts the functionality.

    We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to your response.

    Additionally, upon reviewing the screenshot you shared, it appears that there is a missing file in your WordPress installation, which could be causing further issues. We recommend reaching out to your hosting provider to discuss the possibility of either reinstalling WordPress or performing a fresh installation.

    Once the issues with WordPress are resolved, we would be more than happy to assist you with any concerns related to our theme.

    We kindly request that you update both the XStore theme and the XStore Core plugin to their latest versions. Following the update, please ensure to clear your website’s caches and verify if the issue persists.

    Should the problem continue after you have completed these steps, please inform us so that we can further investigate the potential causes.

    Dear @My Little Lord Ltd,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    1. While it is challenging to ensure compatibility with all existing plugins, we are open to exploring the possibility of integrating with the specific ones you are using. Could you please provide the name of the extension you are currently utilizing for validation testing? It appears that this extension identifies compatibility by detecting unique functions from popular AMP plugins. It is possible that our AMP plugin lacks the specific function required for this identification, which could be causing the issue.

    2. Should you be able to provide us with the correct FTP and wp-admin access, we would be more than happy to assist you by adding a filter to facilitate queries of product category functions in AMP. This would allow you to customize the query parameters as you see fit, using your child-theme/functions.php file. For more details on how to modify these parameters, you may refer to the WordPress Developer Resource: https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/classes/wp_query/.

    We look forward to your response and are eager to assist you further.

    Hello @OnlyCBD,

    Thank you for reaching out to us with your query. We understand that you are looking for a plugin that allows you to offer gifts and special discounts directly in the cart, similar to the functionality observed on https://www.hsnstore.com/.

    We would be happy to assist you in finding a suitable plugin that is compatible with XStore. While we do not have a specific plugin to recommend at this moment, we suggest exploring options such as “WooCommerce Smart Coupons” or “YITH WooCommerce Gift Cards,” which are known for their robust features and compatibility with many themes, including XStore.

    Additionally, it might be beneficial to consult with a developer to ensure seamless integration and customization according to your specific needs. If you require further assistance in selecting or setting up the plugin, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Thank you so much for considering us for your needs. We look forward to assisting you further.

    Dear @Fernando,

    I hope this message finds you well. I would like to inform you that our ‘Archive Products’ Elementor widget operates based on the query generated by the WooCommerce plugin. This implies that the display of products using our widget on your shop will remain consistent, even if you switch to a default theme such as Storefront, without utilizing our builder.

    It appears that your inquiry pertains to functionalities typically handled by WooCommerce support. Therefore, I recommend that you direct your query to their support forum for more specialized assistance. Generally, the main Shop page is designed to display all products across all categories by default. Currently, it is not feasible to selectively disable some products on the main shop page using standard options, as implementing such a feature universally is quite complex. To our knowledge, you are the first to request this specific functionality.

    To address your needs, you may consider the following options:
    1. Submit a request to the WooCommerce plugin support at: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
    2. Request additional customization through our service at: https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel. Please note that such customizations fall outside our standard support scope.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Dear @Nancy,

    We hope this message finds you well. Upon reviewing your website’s configuration, we observed that the “Lazy Loading” option is enabled for widgets in the sidebar area, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/QfHQDo6SES9u. This setting may be contributing to the dynamic changes in layout, as the script intended to make the limitation of items is only activated once upon page load.

    To address this, we have temporarily disabled the aforementioned settings. We kindly ask you to review the changes at your earliest convenience and inform us if the issue persists or if further adjustments are required.

    Also, it is not recommended to activate such option for widgets that are displayed in the first window view, as in such case the widgets with ‘Lazy loading’ option are triggered to become loaded that does not make any sence in page loading speed but make the Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) which is not good.

    Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your feedback.
