Thank you for reaching out to us.
We would like to inform you that our support services are dedicated exclusively to inquiries directly related to our projects. We kindly advise you to await a response from the Elementor support team, as they are better equipped to assist you with issues related to their plugin’s code. Additionaly you may post your question on their free support forum -> https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/elementor/.

Dear @hellowholesaler01,
I hope this message finds you well. We are reaching out to request the correct WP-ADMIN and FTP access credentials for your website. With these details, we will be able to increase the maximum value of the Fake Live Viewing feature on your site and implement the necessary settings.
Please also provide us with the minimum and maximum values you would like us to configure for this feature on your web-site. This will enable us to adjust and save the settings accurately in one go.
We would like to inform you that your request involves adjustments that are significantly higher than typical requests. Consequently, we have decided not to apply these changes globally as it could complicate configurations for customers with smaller websites.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We look forward to receiving the required information so we can proceed with the adjustments promptly.

Dear @filiphdan,
We are pleased to inform you that we implement the features requested and popular on our Future Request Taskboard, which can be accessed here: https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/. We encourage you to post any further requests on this platform to gauge support from other customers.
Additionally, regarding the notification button, we offer functionality that alerts subscribed customers when a specific product is back in stock. This feature is available in both the Main table, located under the sidebar pages in the WordPress dashboard, and in the unique product data section. Please note that the notification link is only active when product is in stock; it is disabled when product is still out of stock, as there is no update to notify subscribers about.
Thank you for your engagement and contributions to improving our services.

Dear @Tiavina,
I hope this message finds you well. I would like to inform you that some tabs and their corresponding content may be manually added through the files of the plugin you are currently using. If you wish to remove this particular tab mentioned, I recommend contacting the support team of the plugin directly. They will be able to provide you with the necessary code snippet to remove the tab added by their files.
Regarding your second inquiry, the content displayed within the tab is managed by the Dokan plugin. While we can provide custom CSS to hide the title, we are unable to provide you the solution to allow the modification for the content inside that tab. For this reason, it would be more effective to direct your request to the support team of the Dokan plugin, as they possess a deeper understanding of their own codebase.
We provide the support only for bugs or issues related to our projects, but in your case those questions should be posted on Dokan plugin’s support forum, due to the questions related to their plugin code.
Thank you for your understanding.

Dear @Juergen,
We have provided detailed instructions on the topic mentioned -> https://www.8theme.com/topic/problem-after-update-8/#post-412981, please, take your time and read our answer to fully understand the solutions we made for that client, as it may be useful for you later. Additionally, we have followed the steps outlined in the popup, which we recommend you review at your earliest convenience: https://prnt.sc/h9YhhBVXwKZ9.
To clarify, here are the simple steps we undertook:
1. We accessed and opened both the child-theme file and the parent theme file.
2. We utilized https://www.diffchecker.com/ to compare these two files.
3. We integrated the content from xstore/woocommerce/review-order.php into child-theme/woocommerce/review-order.php and applied the modifications made in child-theme files identified in the comparison from step 2.
4. We navigated to the System Status page in the XStore Control Panel and cleared the cache by clicking the appropriate button.
Should you need further assistance or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Dear @KSP ELECTRONICS,
I hope this message finds you well.
In an effort to determine whether the issue you reported is specifically related to our XStore theme, we temporarily activated the default HelloElementor theme on your website. Upon doing so, we proceeded to access the Footer editor and observed that the issue persists (https://prnt.sc/TJvs3ahubCj4).
This observation suggests that the problem may be related to your server settings or your WordPress configuration, rather than our theme itself. As per the Envato privacy policy, our support services are limited to addressing bugs or issues directly associated with our products.
Given that the issue falls outside the scope of our support, we kindly recommend that you contact your hosting provider to review your server configurations. Alternatively, you may wish to open a ticket with the Elementor support forum for further assistance.
Thank you for your understanding.

Dear @Liza,
I hope this message finds you well. We apologize for the delay in responding to your inquiry; we are currently handling a high volume of requests.
Upon reviewing the two websites you provided, we have identified a significant visual discrepancy primarily due to missing styles for several elements. It appears that these elements, which were originally created using the Elementor plugin, may have lost some properties during the migration process. For clarity, here are examples illustrating the differences:
1. Original: https://prnt.sc/2sQv_-6hQc4X vs. Migrated: https://prnt.sc/IA1bnUduCXQf
2. Original: https://prnt.sc/AEvr5B14O4g9 vs. Migrated: https://prnt.sc/t1vxxU0aV54Y
Could you please inform us about the method you used for the migration? Did you adhere to the guidelines provided by Elementor, which can be found here: https://elementor.com/blog/site-migration/, or was the process carried out manually?
It is important to note that the issues observed seem to stem from the migration process itself, and thus, they fall outside the scope of support we can offer as per the theme used on your website. The content on your original website is not predominantly built with our theme’s widgets or dependent on our unique classes or styles. For instance, approximately 80% of your homepage content would remain unchanged even if the active theme on your web-site be switched.
We recommend reaching out to the developer who conducted the migration, or you may wish to submit a request for proper site migration through this link: https://prnt.sc/JZW_ihaRkK5A. Please note that such requests related to Site migrations are not covered under our support guidelines as per the Envato policy.
Thank you for your understanding, and please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any further questions.
Best Regards,
Jack Richardson

Dear @Yasir Alam 8Theme,
I hope this message finds you well.
We have noticed that you currently have two versions of Linked Variations activated on your WooCommerce site that may have conflicts as they are both made for making same functionality: the third-party plugin “WPC Linked Variation for WooCommerce” and the built-in feature provided by our theme. You can view the current setup here: https://prnt.sc/Hj9oLPOE-c-Y.
To proceed efficiently, we kindly ask you to decide which version you would like to use. If you choose to use the third-party plugin, please refer to its documentation for guidance and direct any inquiries to their support team.
Alternatively, if you prefer to utilize our theme’s built-in Linked Variations, please follow the instructions available on the XStore Linked Variations page here: https://gyazo.com/2466d35c8a411adb5f71d62f38497d6d. Once you opt for our built-in feature and configure the settings accordingly, the linked variation swatches will automatically appear for products that have the ‘color’ attribute set, as per the guidelines provided.
It appears that you may have overlooked setting the attribute for linked variation, which can be done here: https://prnt.sc/WTp_pDwz2-A7. Setting the ‘color’ attribute as described will enable the Linked Variations to display on selected products.
Should you need further assistance or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Dear @wajahat zaidi,
We hope this message finds you well. To address the issue you are experiencing with the varying proportions of your images, we recommend implementing the following custom CSS solution. Please navigate to Theme Options, then select Theme Custom CSS, and finally input the code under Global CSS:
.etheme-product-grid-image img {
aspect-ratio: 1/1;
object-fit: cover;
}
This adjustment should standardize the appearance of your images, ensuring they all conform to the same size specifications.
Should you require further assistance or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Hello @filiphdan
Our current focus is primarily on Elementor plugin due to its more advanced architecture. This means that new and exciting features will mostly be introduced for Elementor. On WPBakery, we are only addressing issues that our clients might encounter, but we are not developing new features for it. The reason is that WPBakery’s architecture is outdated, and developing new features for it may cause more problems for our existing customers, as it could lead to compatibility issues.

Could you kindly verify whether the issue has been resolved at your end? Your confirmation would be greatly appreciated.

Dear @Cr3atorf1lm,
We hope this message finds you well. We understand that you are experiencing issues related to certain functionalities within WooCommerce. It is important to note that such functionalities are generally supported by WooCommerce. Therefore, we recommend conducting a test using the default Storefront theme to evaluate how it performs in this environment.
Additionally, we have observed that you are utilizing the default WooCommerce Gutenberg blocks for creating the Cart and Checkout pages. This observation leads us to believe that the issue may not be exclusive to our theme but could potentially be addressed by the plugin you are using for payment processing or by WooCommerce itself.
Please proceed with testing the Storefront theme and if the issue does not recur, kindly attach the results. This will help us confirm that the issue is isolated to our theme and not a broader WooCommerce functionality.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your response.
Best regards,

Dear @Sam,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address your inquiry regarding the default behavior observed in WooCommerce, specifically related to the autoscrolling feature on the Cart page.
You can observe this default functionality in action on the official Storefront theme demo, available at: https://themes.woocommerce.com/storefront/cart/.
Additionally, this topic has been discussed in the WooCommerce GitHub repository. There, you will find various code snippets provided by other users that may help you prevent the autoscrolling when quantities are changed or products are deleted from the Cart page. For more details, please visit: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/21988.
One effective solution, as you are using Elementor, would be to remove the ‘WooCommerce Notices’ widget from your Cart page. This will prevent any notices from being displayed, thereby stopping the JavaScript from triggering a scroll to these notices.
Alternatively, you may try the next solution to consider is adding the following code snippet to your child theme’s functions.php file:
remove_action('woocommerce_before_cart', 'woocommerce_output_all_notices', 10);
This code and further discussion can be found at: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/21988#issuecomment-734146884.

Dear @Kitab Ki Dukan,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We would like to inform you that the ability to rearrange fields and modify certain values in the checkout billing details is restricted. This limitation arises due to potential conflicts with plugins or custom codes implemented by our clients to facilitate specific functionalities. For a comprehensive understanding of how these modifications can be achieved, we recommend referring to the official WooCommerce documentation. It provides detailed guidance on customizing checkout fields using actions and filters, which can be accessed here: https://developer.woocommerce.com/docs/customizing-checkout-fields-using-actions-and-filters/#2-overriding-core-fields. Additionally, you may find ready-to-use solutions in various articles, such as this one: https://wcsuccessacademy.com/reordering-woocommerce-checkout-fields/.
Regarding the issue with sticky buttons on mobile devices, it appears that the following option was active: https://prnt.sc/d_SZ5omtEAWS. Please review this setting to ensure it aligns with your desired site behavior.

Dear @Vijith,
We hope this message finds you well. We would like to provide you with the necessary steps to customize the “Demo” button on your eCommerce platform. Please follow the instructions below:
1. Modify the following function named “ecommercehints_content_after_add_to_cart_form” into your child-theme/functions.php file:
function ecommercehints_content_after_add_to_cart_form() {
global $product;
$demo_url = $product->get_meta('demo_url');
echo 'View Demo';
}
2. To modify the appearance of the button, you may adjust the classes as follows:
– For color variations, replace “active” with any of the following: “black”, “light”, or “bordered”.
– For size variations, replace “medium” with either “small” or “big”.
In such case the button will be styled from your Theme Options -> Styling -> Buttons. If you prefer to have some unique styles, you can add own custom class for the button and write the CSS styles just for the demo button displayed.
Please note that additional customization beyond these instructions falls outside the scope of our standard support services. Should you require further customizations, we kindly ask you to submit your requests through the appropriate channel provided by our team.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
