We have conducted tests on the versions you specified across our websites and are pleased to report that we did not encounter any errors or issues. This leads us to believe that the problem may have been local to your environment. From this conversation, it appeared that you have successfully resolved the issue. Could you please confirm if this is the case? Alternatively, did you revert your website to a previous version?
For further investigation, you might consider checking the error_log file on your server, which could provide insights into the ‘white screen’ issue you experienced.

Dear @MAHDAR,
I hope this message finds you well.
I would like to clarify that the loader you have observed is not associated with the lazy-loading feature. Instead, it is implemented by our theme across most Elementor widgets to maintain the structural integrity of the visual presentation while the page completes its loading process, ensuring that all styles and scripts are properly enqueued.
For the current instance, we have implemented a CSS tweak to render the mega-menu dropdown invisible during the page loading phase. You can review this adjustment here: https://prnt.sc/gFog1cxb4Wz_.
Should you wish to completely disable the loading effect on widgets, we recommend utilizing the CSS solution provided by our support managers. You can find detailed instructions on this topic at the following link: https://www.8theme.com/topic/how-can-i-remove-content-preload-in-the-home-page/#post-392563.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Dear @ccnam,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you that we have translated the string for test you requested for the specific case you mentioned. You can view the original request here: https://prnt.sc/KvabGMsRp6U7. The translated text is: ‘Custom results of %s were not found’. You can see the result at the following link: https://prnt.sc/w0elhKXKh6m2.
Please, make own correct translation for that string and check the results.
Please note that if the string contains placeholders such as ‘%1s’ or ‘%s’, these should be retained in your translation. These symbols are placeholders for dynamic content that will be replaced with static variables or other strings within the files.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Dear @Tugba,
I hope this message finds you well.
I would like to inform you that the grey placeholders you are observing in the builder editor appear only for certain widgets. These placeholders indicate widgets that are not available for the product currently displayed in the editor. For instance, if a product does not support the ‘Add to Cart’ function due to no price set for the product, the corresponding widget will appear in a grey area within the editor. This allows for the possibility to edit this widget for other products where it can be functional.
Please note that this behavior is predefined by Elementor, and it is a standard feature within the system. There is no cause for concern when you see these grey areas.
Should you require further assistance or have any more questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Jack Richardson

Hello @jaij
As we understood from your request, you would like to have the space between items to make larger. If so, you can try to add next custom CSS snippet in Theme Options -> Theme Custom CSS -> Global CSS and check then:
@media only screen and (min-width: 992px) {
.ajax-content > div {
padding: 0 50px;
}
.products-loop {
margin-left: -50px;
margin-right: -50px;
}
}

Hello @Fernando,

Dear @kmc,
I hope this message finds you well. We have recently reviewed the menu structure in the header of your website and would like to offer some recommendations for enhancement.
We noticed that you are currently utilizing the Mega Menu functionality for each submenu item. While this feature is beneficial for displaying extensive content within dropdown menus with stretched wide content, it may not be necessary for simpler menu configurations. For a more streamlined navigation experience similar to the example provided here: https://prnt.sc/zOIDSHGfugWD, we suggest configuring your dropdown menus using the standard WordPress menu system. You can easily create and select your menu at this location: https://prnt.sc/GU2_seg7NzAZ. Also, such implementation will make not deep DOM structure that is a good way to make the web-site with optimized for SEO and Pagespeed testers.
Please consider implementing these suggestions to enhance the usability and appearance of your website’s navigation. Should you have any questions or require further assistance, do not hesitate to contact us.

Dear @Steveb,
We hope this message finds you well. We have come across a GitHub discussion regarding an issue similar to the one you are experiencing with Elementor, detailed at this link: https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues/23280. It appears there is an unresolved conflict causing certain sections not to include a default button.
However, we have identified a potential solution that involves converting all sections of the affected page simultaneously. You can do this by navigating to the Page settings, and then clicking the ‘Convert to containers’ button located at the top of the page settings. For your reference, here is a screenshot of the button: https://prnt.sc/mW6jQOCaA8a4.
Upon clicking this button, each section will begin converting to a Container structure. A duplicated Container for each section will be created below the original Section, allowing you to compare and make any necessary modifications in the new Container area. Should you wish to retain the original Section structure for certain areas, you can simply remove the newly created Container that was migrated from such a section.
Could you please try the solution suggested and let us know if it resolves the issue? We are here to assist you with any further modifications or questions you might have.

Jack Richardson

Dear @gewoonbovenaan,
Thank you for providing us with the necessary access to implement the required changes.
We are pleased to inform you that we have successfully implemented the solutions to enable search functionality for custom post types on your website. Below are the details of the implementations:
1. We have added the following custom PHP snippet to your child-theme/functions.php (https://prnt.sc/Do0AKJdlJ4x2), which allows searching by custom post types:
add_filter('etheme_elementor_search_post_types', function($post_types) {
$post_types['stores'] = esc_html__('Stores', 'xstore-child');
return $post_types;
});
2. In the XStore Header builder editor, we added the ‘stores’ value to the Search post types input. You can view the configuration here: https://prnt.sc/xj3V9MuTRUtq
3. After saving the changes to the header, we tested the functionality, and the search feature in the header can now find the custom post types as requested. The test results can be viewed here: https://prnt.sc/zVgmOxKgho1q
We would appreciate your feedback on these implementations to ensure they meet your expectations.

Dear @Sam,
I hope this message finds you well. We have encountered an issue with the access credentials provided, as they do not seem to be functioning correctly. We kindly ask if you could confirm whether these were verified before being forwarded to us. It is crucial for us to ensure that access credentials are fully operational prior to submission, as our developers need to schedule time specifically for support queries. When the access is incorrect, it unfortunately results in inefficiencies, despite the time set aside by our developers.
Regarding the current access issue, as you are experiencing difficulties in obtaining the correct wp-admin credentials, we recommend the following steps to help isolate and potentially resolve the issue:
1. Verify if the problem persists when using the default storefront theme without the XStore theme and XStore Core plugin activated. If the issue remains, please reach out to the support teams for the WooCommerce & Approve new user registration plugins, as they may be contributing to the issue on your website.
2. If the default theme does not exhibit the issue, kindly provide us with a screenshot demonstrating the proper functionality with the default theme.
3. Should the issue be exclusive to our theme being active, please deactivate the Email Builder developer mode, if it is currently enabled. You can do so here: https://prnt.sc/ko77XsSxmqG9.
4. If deactivating the Email Builder does not resolve the issue, please temporarily disable the Email Builder to determine if the problem is specifically related to this feature.
5. Additionally, we suggest contacting the support team for the ‘Approve new user registration’ plugin, as they may have specific filters or hooks that need to be activated for compatibility with our Email Builder.
To assist us in accurately assessing and addressing the issue, we would greatly appreciate if you could create a video tutorial demonstrating the problem. This will be immensely helpful for any future queries you might have after these initial tests. But previously, please, follow the steps we provided above that may help us to isolate the issue from our theme only.
Thank you for your attention to these matters. We look forward to your prompt response so that we may proceed with the necessary support.
Best Regards,
Jack Richardson

Hello @Steveb
You can try to add next custom CSS snippet to your Theme Options -> Theme Custom CSS -> Global CSS:
.swiper-wrapper img[src*=png] {
background: var(--et_container-bg-color,#fff);
}
This snippet makes all your images in png format that are displayed in sliders to have the white background.

Dear @Vijith,
I hope this message finds you well. We regret to inform you that we currently do not have access to your staging website neither WP-ADMIN nor FTP. Consequently, we are only able to offer suggestions for improvements.
We recommend that you modify the existing code snippet from:
add_action ('woocommerce_after_add_to_cart_form', 'ecommercehints_content_after_add_to_cart_form', 10, 0);
to:
add_action ('woocommerce_after_add_to_cart_button', 'ecommercehints_content_after_add_to_cart_form', 10, 0);
This change should position your custom button adjacent to the ‘Add to Cart’ button, similar to the ‘Buy Now’ button placement in our demos, which you can view here: https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/niche-market02/product/wooden-classical-golden-chairs/.
Additionally, if you are interested in incorporating an ‘OR’ separator, you may want to examine the etheme_buy_now_btn function located in xstore/framework/woo.php. Should you choose to implement this on your own and possess proficient PHP skills, you will likely be able to analyze the suggested function and extract the necessary code segments, particularly the next part of code (https://prnt.sc/kd4RbTWSgG1R);
We trust you will find these suggestions helpful. Should you require further assistance or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Dear @Bartosz Marczewski,
I hope this message finds you well. Please accept our apologies for the delayed response. We are currently experiencing a high volume of inquiries, and we appreciate your patience.
We have identified that the issue you encountered was due to the products from different languages being grouped in a single package. To address this, we have temporarily renamed the original titles of several products, adding an “(en)” postfix (https://prnt.sc/JSe8RzzSqehh) to ensure correct products are set for the Linked variation item. These products have now been correctly configured for the Linked Variations, which can be viewed here: https://prnt.sc/OdDo97BJKCNq. Consequently, the variations should now be correctly displayed on the frontend of each product, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/QQa20Aj4MAr9.
We kindly request that you review the functionality of the Linked Variations for these products at your earliest convenience. Additionally, please note that we have not reverted the postfix changes to allow you to verify the adjustments independently.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your confirmation that everything is functioning as expected.

Hello @Juergen
Short answer: There is no need to make the backup of such file, as it is already compatible with the latest version of our theme and next compatiblity requirement will be needed only in case that file will be modified in our parent theme, but mostly this one is was modified before only 2 times for all time.
If the main issue is solved, please, mark this topic as closed.
