    Hello @ERIC,

    You can modify the Mega Menu content by adding other widgets, such as an Accordion, and then configure the content displayed within that Accordion item. Alternatively, you can set a link on the text so that clicking it redirects the customer to another page.

    If you require our assistance, please provide temporary wp-admin access in the private content section.

    Best regards,

    Hello @zitalyaar,

    We are not certain why the plugin is missing after your migration, as this migration process was not carried out by our developers. However, you can download all the plugins available for your purchase code from https://www.8theme.com/account/ under Downloadable Files (https://prnt.sc/wqObvfw16Yo_), and install them manually if necessary.

    Hello @KSP ELECTRONICS,

    We have verified that the fake sale popup is indeed disabled: https://prnt.sc/6mv8D9amZ_YG. This popup does not appear when logged in; however, since you are using the LiteSpeed caching plugin, it may still be visible in an incognito browser until the cache is cleared in the plugin: https://prnt.sc/Z_KLnJc4xsry.

    Additionally, please create separate topics for different questions instead of combining them into a single thread. This will help us manage support requests more efficiently.

    Hello @Frank,

    The issue was caused by the Elementor settings for displaying styles (see: https://prnt.sc/qEXEpODgpWJy). We have now set it to use an external file, and the issue has been resolved (see: https://prnt.sc/FzjQ1k9cl9Hi).

    Hello @DashDoor,

    Have you checked the settings of our White Label Branding plugin? We believe it would be suitable for your needs. Please refer to the private content for a few examples. The main advantage of our plugin is that you can configure its settings and then remove the plugin entirely, while the configured settings will remain active and visible in your dashboard.

    As this type of customization is beyond the scope of our basic support, we can provide you with suggestions and recommendations. You may consider exploring the following plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-role-editor/, which allows you to modify user role access. This way, you can create a custom role, such as “Shop Manager,” for your customer and limit the access they have.

    Hello @KSP ELECTRONICS,

    We noticed that your custom list of locations and customer list were incorrectly separated. You used a comma (“,”) as a separator, while the correct symbol should be a semicolon (“;”), as shown in the example: https://prnt.sc/WdvZWd0U0Grt. We have now resolved this issue: https://prnt.sc/3WW4C2jb0f-t.

    Additionally, the social login feature is available in your login form on the “My Account” page: https://prnt.sc/Cqe7UP1L83PE. Please check this from your side, or if the issue persists, kindly clarify your request by providing screenshots or videos.

    Dear @DashDoor,

    We appreciate your idea and would like to recommend that you first try our free built-in plugin, which allows you to modify the main areas of the WordPress dashboard with custom text that can be manually configured to suit your company’s needs.

    Please refer to the documentation here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/white-label-branding-plugin/.

    These options are lightweight and easy to configure, so you can adjust them according to your preferences.

    Also, we suggest you to check the official WordPress article about the user roles and their capabilities, so you can choose the prefered one and set it for your manager: https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/roles-and-capabilities/

    If you require further assistance, please share your feedback and detailed request. We will be happy to help you as needed.

    Hello @nickporter,

    Our built-in Quantity Discount Sales Booster feature applies discounts to a specified quantity of identical items, rather than combining different product variations or applying a global discount across them. However you can submit a request on our Future requests taskboard and we will check the popularity of such implementation by amount of customers votes → https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/.

    You can configure various discount options by navigating to Dashboard → Sales Booster → Quantity Discount (see: https://prnt.sc/I9MvRx8SIRdd). There, you will find settings to adjust discounts by percentage or fixed amount, as well as to define intervals or custom quantity thresholds. Also, you can set the custom setting on specific product backend settings → https://prnt.sc/lPlil0TeHhVA.

    For more detailed instructions, please refer to our documentation: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/how-to-setup-booster-sales-quantity-discounts/

    Our theme currently does not include this functionality. However, you may refer to the SalesMax project, which offers various boosters and detailed documentation available at: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/salesmax/main/boosters/product-combo-deals/.

    Alternatively, you can explore other plugins that provide a similar implementation to meet your requirements.

    Hello @KSP ELECTRONICS,

    Please provide clarification on the following points:

    1. Which website should we check?
    2. Please provide us with the correct access credentials to your website, as the previous ones were modified and we are currently unable to review the settings.
    3. Which sales booster is not working on your website? Is it the Sales Booster page in the dashboard or a specific booster from the list?

    The more accurate details you provide in your reply, the faster and better we can offer a solution. Please attach screenshots of the issue to help us better understand the problem.

    Hello @elzoghby.com,

    1/ We understand the importance of having filtering options available on the search results page, especially for stores with extensive product catalogs like yours. Please note that, by default, the search results page is not considered a standard WooCommerce shop or product archive page. Consequently, the default shop filters do not appear or function as they normally would.

    However, it is possible to implement a custom solution to enable filtering functionality on the search results page. For this purpose, we kindly recommend contacting our customization service through the following link: https://www.8theme.com/contact-us/

    2/ Regarding the Google Map initialization issue, after a detailed review, we found that the theme script responsible for initializing the map widget was sometimes loaded before the main Google Map script. We have identified and implemented a solution, which has already been uploaded to your website and will also be included in the next theme update.

    3/ We also added a heading image for testing: https://prnt.sc/izCfnHQmqYrP. The frontend of this page appears as shown here: https://prnt.sc/Fhjwrms5i1R7. We identified this as a bug and have already implemented a fix, which has been uploaded to your website and will be included in the next theme update. For now, you can add the category page heading image or any other image/background image using dynamic tags: https://prnt.sc/8C-0Tqsy2lpw. As an example, we configured an image with a custom set image and fallback: https://prnt.sc/Y8D-94C8MOyz. You can view the frontend result here: https://prnt.sc/b_eg9coJRQ1y. Additionally, you can configure other dynamic tags, such as the Category image: https://prnt.sc/pAakkgBXRSlH, which will display on the frontend as shown here: https://prnt.sc/rJvEPbVjMpr7.

    4/ The plugins required for the proper use of the XStore theme are as follows:
    – XStore Core plugin – required
    – Elementor or WPBakery builder – depending on the demo you installed and your specific needs
    – WooCommerce – required if you have an online store

    Other plugins are optional and can be installed as needed. Each demo automatically installs the required plugins during the import process, so there is no need for manual installation to ensure the correct functionality of the imported demo. You can find detailed information about the import process in our documentation: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-setup-wizard/.

    Hello @Digital-Boutique,

    Regarding your questions about the header and footer, these template wrappers are generated by Elementor itself. You can use the classes .elementor-location-header and .elementor-location-footer, as they are unique and not repeated multiple times on a single page.

    If you need specific IDs for these locations, you can add the following snippet to your child-theme/functions.php file:

    add_filter('elementor/document/wrapper_attributes', function($attr) {
    	if (isset($attr['data-elementor-type']) && isset($attr['data-elementor-id'])) {
    		if (in_array($attr['data-elementor-type'], array('header', 'footer'))) {
    			if (!isset($attr['id'])) {
    				$attr['id'] = 'site-global-' . $attr['data-elementor-type'];
    			}
    		}
    	}
    	return $attr;
    });

    Frontend result:
    https://prnt.sc/tukwx-NoJLfn
    https://prnt.sc/S2b3TcjYDsRB

    For the breadcrumbs, you can use only the .page-heading class, as its content is loaded once per page. The .content-page class is related to the wrapper for all page content. We avoid using many IDs, as this is not considered good practice for SEO.

    Based on your request, you can use .page-heading instead of .template-container .page-wrapper .page-heading for your custom styling. However, please note that in some cases, the longer structure may be required to ensure higher priority over the theme’s built-in styles.

    If you critically need IDs for other areas provided in our theme, please specify a list of which areas you would like to assign IDs to, and we will review possible solutions for your request.

    Hello @Farhad,

    Unfortunately, we are unable to log in to your website as it redirects us to a 404 page. Could you please grant us access so that we can log in and check the issue from the dashboard? It appears that a plugin, such as Massive Addons, is currently deactivated, which is causing the shortcodes to appear. If you prefer, you may edit the static block and remove those separator shortcodes or activate the plugin yourself.

    Hello @Abhinandan,

    We recommend creating your website content using a desktop device rather than a mobile device, as the content may not display correctly on mobile. Additionally, the scrollbar you are seeing is generated by the Elementor plugin’s editor, so it cannot be adjusted from the theme’s side.

    Hello @rangana108,

    Thank you for providing the correct credentials. We have reviewed the settings, and everything appears to be configured properly. However, upon checking the error logs under Dashboard → WooCommerce → Status → Logs, we found fatal errors related to the Contact Form 7 plugin (see: https://prnt.sc/cIITzZQ78AWQ).

    We kindly ask you to contact your hosting provider, as previously suggested, to review your server configuration. You may also consider submitting a support request to the plugin’s support team for assistance with the plugin-related issues.

    Hello @rangana108,

    Based on your topic, it appears that the error originates from the Contact Form 7 plugin. We have also analyzed the error code displayed in the console when submitting the form and found a similar issue already reported on the official support forum of the plugin: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/500-internal-server-errorwp-json-contact-form-7-v1-contact-forms-7175-feedback/.

    Additionally, we recommend checking your .htaccess file with your hosting provider as mentioned in the following discussion: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/47529257/contact-form-7-cause-http-500-error.

    Since the access you provided does not allow us to review the plugin settings, we suggest contacting your hosting provider to verify the .htaccess configuration. If necessary, you may also submit your inquiry to the Contact Form 7 plugin support team, as we provide support only for our own products.

    Hello @Javier Aranda,

    These areas are displayed in the common section on the Cart page and are not separated into different areas, as all such content must be placed within a specific tag for proper functionality.

    To modify the text on this button, you can use the Loco Translate plugin. If you would like to adjust the style, for example, to make the coupon button stretch, you can use the following custom CSS in Theme Options -> Theme Custom CSS:

    .woocommerce-cart-form .coupon input[type="submit"] {
        width: auto;
        padding-left: 10px;
        padding-right: 10px;
    }

    If you would like to make other changes, please clarify your request and include screenshots so that we can provide you with appropriate solutions.

    Hello @elzoghby.com,

    As you are using the Archive Products Builder based on Elementor, we have created a search template to ensure the correct display of search results: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-search-results-page-builder-with-elementor/. You can now test the search functionality to confirm that the correct items are displayed: https://prnt.sc/-PDS4ID9QZBt.

    Regarding the issue with the incorrect display of products in the product filters, we were unable to identify the cause of this problem with only wp-admin access. Therefore, we replaced the “Filter by Product Categories” widget with the default “Product Categories” widget: https://prnt.sc/Jyqqm9gPEkNn.

    Please check the Google Map on your Contact Us page. We have adjusted the widget settings accordingly.

    Concerning the default product sorting, you can configure this option in Theme Options -> WooCommerce -> Product Catalog: https://prnt.sc/KxRBBUbQTZgI. Please note that there are no separate settings to modify sorting options for specific pages or product categories; this can only be achieved through additional customization.

    You can display the product category image assigned to a category in any image-based widget by using Dynamic Tags. For guidance, please refer to the following screenshots: https://prnt.sc/CZQbiYvNMlEg and https://prnt.sc/P_pSJKhdiIaX.

    Hello @IMR,

    Thanks for providing us the access to your staging web-site. In order to assist you more effectively, could you please provide your responses to the questions we have asked several times before?

    Could you please share your feedback on the testing you performed after disabling the mentioned plugins (https://www.8theme.com/topic/email-builder-active-but-new-order-details-are-blank-except-when-resending-through-order-itself/#post-460147)?

    Additionally, we requested that you contact your hosting provider to review the server logs and any related errors, as this information could help us better understand the issue with the email template. Could you please let us know their response to your request?

    Your answers to these questions will help us identify the areas to focus on when searching for a solution. Without this information, it is difficult to determine the appropriate fix, and it is possible that certain server settings may be blocking emails containing custom content.
