    Our theme shouldn’t affect WP import process, but you may deactivate our theme and all plugins, then import all products and enable everything back.

    Do you have any restrictions at your hosting provider?
    Are you trying to install plugins? If so you can install them manually via FTP.
    Also please provide us with FTP and wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content.

    If you remove the theme you’ll be able to access wp-admin panel.
    You can reinstall Royal theme without any worries.

    Hello,

    We released new theme version – 2.9.3, but after Woocommerce update there was found a bug.
    Our developers are working on it and the fix will be produced very soon.
    Meanwhile you shouldn’t worry about outdated files warning. It won’t affect the site work.
    Also Store item is related to WP-eCommerce plugin, not Woocommerce.
    So if you use Woocommerce plugin, Store item won’t be displayed in the Settings.

    Sorry, but please clarify why you need to remove it? The first h1 is for the image title which is not shown on the site. That is the title you wrote for the main image.

    Sorry, but there is no such options in our theme. Also if you’re using Visual Composer editor this function should be related to their settings.
    If there is no such one then Visual Composer doesn’t provide it.

    Hello,

    You can add titles below images using Text element in Visual Composer. For example, I’ve added word “Title” for the images of the product “Fish Tacos with Lime-Cilantro Crema and Fiesta Lime Rice”. Please check it in Visual Composer editor.

    Please add this code in custom.css file:

    .content ul {
    padding-left: 0px !important;
}

    To create custom.css you need rename default.custom.css to custom.css that is located in wp-content/themes/royal directory. Then enable it in wp-admin panel > Theme Options > Custom CSS.

    Sorry, but this option is related to Woocommerce configuration, not the theme.
    Have you tried checking it with default WordPress theme? Please try this.
    If the issue persists there too, then the problem is with Woocommerce update.

    The problem was you had video background and enabled parallax effect in the settings.
    In this case if you use video background, you must disable parallax effect.
