WYSIWYG not working on Product Category pages

The wysiwyg editor isn’t working on product category pages. When you click on “link” it opens a box but freezes there and doesn’t let you get back to the editor without refreshing the page…

Hello,

Are you talking about Visual Composer editor?
Please provide us with wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content.
